Great visit. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was open only for breakfast and carryout was a little too far to walk to.
"marriott courtyard downtown ft.smith"
I was upset with the hotel due to booking two king rooms with kids eat free. On arrival was told the dining room and the bar area was closed for two days due to low room rentals.I booked two king rooms with two beds in each room, was given two rooms with one king bed and a fold out couch in them. Returned to the desk to complain and was given a room […] witht two kingsize beds and the other room was left as it was.Being in a downtown location and no dining facilities we had to go outside on the local economy to eat. Was not offered any vouchers for breakfast. Our stay was less than exciting to say the least. Devamı

Located immediately next door to the convention center. A great alternative to other hotels within the proximity.

this is your Marriott Courtyard - they look the same and have the same quality in every city. However, this was the first one that had a different rate if you wanted breakfast or not.

Great Hotel...this hotel is right in the heart of downtown FtSmith...it has a great breakfast Buffett option as well...I will definetly stay here again

Great location if your going to party and dont wanna walk far. The staff was SUPER friendly and SUPER nice. Please stay here.

"Courtyard Marriott Ft Smith.."
Very clean.. staff was totally helpful, and friendly. Has been my 3rd time there just this year. WISH THEY HAD 24 HOUR ROOM SERVICE!!!! One block from downtown eateries, and clubs...perfect place for a couples get a way. Guess I wish they had massage therapists too... ;) Loved it!!
"Great Escape"
We planned to see a show in downtown Fort Smith and wanted a room within walking distance to the venue. Courtyard Marriott was a great choice. Same rates as the nearest hotel, but newer and, IMO better. We enjoyed our stay, and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fort Smith that wants to be near entertainment […] and restaurants. Devamı
"TV's"
I was surpised that the TV's were so old fashioned. The hotel looks so new and modern, except for the TV's Also, our room smelled like smoke, not pleasant for non smokers
"Bedding matters, folks........"
This is a decent hotel. Probably one of the better in Ft. Smith. Certainly one of the more expensive. Sadly, the sheets on my bed were stained. I'm sure housekeeping noted the stains but used the sheets nonetheless. Probably a hotel that skips on cleaning and tells you their trying to save the environment......

Hotel was great. Very clean room, facility was well maintained. Check in / out was very fast and professional, A big thank you to the resturant staff. The handled the 100's of teenagers so well, and the food was great.
"Good Hotel"
The customer service was okay - for the price of the hotel I expected them to be friendlier and more outgoing. Otherwise the hotel is in a good locale and very clean.

hotel accomodations were great we will stay there again. except for the fact that our air conditioner would not cool the room was a little uncomfortable
"Welcomed change to previous bad nights at different hotels"
After trying to be more thrifty with travel expenses and being horrified at other hotel conditions of lower quality, I finally decided to forgo the thriftiness and followed the first Courtyard by Marriot signs from the highway. The saying "You get what you pay for" really applies to my case. I had an excellent night sleep in an extremely comfortable […] room that was very spacious. The view from the window was not that great but I didn't book a room there to stare out the window. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to "get what you pay for" and be satisfied. "Hôtel Courtyard Marriott : hôtel plein centre"
Hôtel de standing idéalement placé (centre ville à proximité des sites à visiter). Parking gratuit. A noter toutefois un accueil moyen (suivant les personnes), peu d'informations sur la ville, absence de réfrigérateur, déjeuner non comprix et un mauvais entretien (douche réparée par nos soins et sèche cheveux en panne).
