"Coccas Inn Latham"
This Hotel more then met my expectations.. The room was extremely clean and very spacious.. The Jacuzzi was the perfect size and was very clean... Top notch hotel room in my book.. Will definetly book here again...

Not a bad place for the price. Room could have used some minor repairs especially in the bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock but it was very quiet.

"weekend getaway"
we have booked this hotel a few times because its close to our house. we usually take a weekend night to get out away from the kids and relax. we always get a jacuzzi suite and we always enjoy it. this time the jacuzzi jets didnt function very well and i believe it was a handicap room since the bathroom sink was separate from the bathroom and it was […] an open floor plan. i will still book here but i hope we dont get that room ever again. Wonderful welcome at the end of a long day. Locally owned motel - it seems that they have been doing a lot of improvements in their "jacuzzi suites" part of the motel. Comfortable room, spacious, nicely decorated - definitely a pleasant surprize!

"Just a Few Annoyances..."
My room was very clean and good sized, and there was a microwave and mini fridge, which was very handy. The room was freezing, though, and I'm pretty sure the thermostat was set to be cooler than it actually displayed; I'm not normally one to want my heat above 70 degrees or so, but I had to turn it up to 78 not to be freezing. Also, the shower knob […] and housing were installed *upside down* so that I had to turn the water to COLD in order to get hot water. I called the front desk for help before noticing the upside-down thing, asking if there was a trick to the knob I was missing, and received a rather sarcastic "you just turn on the hot water" as an answer. I was allowed to check in early when I first arrived at noon, however, which does balance things out. I'm just glad I didn't need any more help in the morning hours, because the AM desk guy was NOT friendly. Everyone else was a joy to deal with, including the housekeeping staff. Devamı

Room was not what I paid for. had to pay more for what I thought I reserved. Man at front desk was very rude and nasty!! Cleaning people were very nice and helpful. Had to wait over 2 hours for plumber to fix problems. Rug was wet for 2 days!! NOT A GOOD CHOICE. WILL NEVER GO BACK.!!!!! Would rather sleep in a tent. BE WARE

The room was very clean and spacious. No outside noise....great for sleeping in. Spa was extremely clean which was very important!

"Convenient and quiet"
We had a jacuzzi suite, very clean, very quiet. Handy with the microwave and 'fridge. As it was Christmas, few guests, but we heard nothing in our room, no street noise.
"Cocca's Inn - Good for a quick overnight"
I chose this hotel because of its proximity to I-87 and its price. The lobby smelled a bit of smoke but our nonsmoking room was adequate and clean and had a coffee maker and microwave/refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. There is a diner you can walk to and the food was good. For convenience, I would stay here again.
I was very satisfied with the hotel room. For a lower priced hotel, the room's decor was nice and it was clean. I would recommend it and use them again when visiting my son in college.

We booked 2 rooms. Our room was large & the shower was wonderful. But you have no control over the heat. There is a centrally located thermostat that only the desk clerk has access to and this regulates all the rooms with the same temperature. The place was suprisingly very comfortable, clean, and spacious for the price we paid. I would definitly stay there again.
"Got lucky"
as we received the Jacuzzi suite instead of the standard room due to the hotel being fully booked. Overall it is of older age but the interior has been redone nicely and the room was clean. The neighborhood is so-so and the other guests we encountered were also so-so.
"Not bad for the price"
No issues. Cheap motel but that is what we wanted. Cereal, Juice, Danish, Coffee for breakfast was good enough. Rooms were sufficient. Few minor repairs needed but nothing critical (i.e. coat rack). No bath tub, but actually like the large tiled shower better! Plenty of towels. Would stay there again if needed.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. This was our second stay at this motel. We will definitely come back. It is a great value for the money.

We stayed in a smoking room which not all hotels offer, nice room very spacious. Did not have any dresser or closet for clothes & only 2 hangers on a rack. Lots of over head noise like kids running around upstairs, but we only stayed one night. We were on the second floor, no elevator, had to drag our bags up dirty stairs. The room itself was reasonably clean but no bathtub (only a large shower with a curtain that was too short for the stall) and no refrigerator. "Good for the price"
Don't be fooled, no breakfast or weight room. Just toast and a broken little curl bench with 20lbs worth of weight just to say they have something. But the room was nice, smelled fine, and seemed clean enough. Couldn't ask for much more for sixty five a night
"Bates Motel without Anthony Perkins"
I would not recommend this place to anyone staying in the Albany area. It was dirty, smelly, and well off the beaten track. I was trying to save a few bucks by staying there; but I would never, ever stay there again. It is like a seedy motel in a bad movie. If you are writing a screenplay about white trash, this is a great setting.

We found our second floor room of the motel was spacious, comfortable and clean at a bargin rate. We will definitely consider staying at Cocca's in the future.

Overall very good! Too hot in the room. Very hard to control temperature. Other than that it was clean comfy and I would recommend it.

We had a room in the newer 2 story building, rather than the one story motel style. The room was spacious, clean and odor free. Breakfast was basically non-existent - some cold cereal and a few danish.

As someone else said, this isn't the Ritz. It's a good, clean, convenient bargain motel. Great staff. Comfortable bed. We stayed in the renovated 2-story section and I can't speak to the older section. No restaurant on site, but a diner is a 2 minute walk and there are plenty of places within a 5 minute drive. I was very satisfied with this hotel and ended up staying an extra 3 days. The experience could not have been better.

"good stay for the price"
Hotel was ok ... needed updating, bathroom a little small. We were only staying overnight so it served its purpose. Breakfast was donuts and cereal, Have stayed in other hotels in the area and it was about the same as others ,,,

"Great Value"
The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable, staff was great. The TV initially only got a few channels and within 30 min of letting the front desk know this, someone came in to reprogram the remote, wonderful reception on dozens on stations.

"Good hotel for the money"
Room was large and comfortable. Convienent to Highways and location. Staff was pleasent and professional. Will definatlyy consider staying again when in the area.
"Great room for the money"
This hotel does have 2 sections. The older smoking rooms are one story taditional motel strip, which they rent out to truck drivers. The new remodeled non-smoking building looks like a 2 story inn. The rooms are clean, quiet,odor free and come with small coffee pot, and refrig. Beds were comfortable Our 2nd floor room faced the back and was very quiet, […] not even traffic noise was heard. We didn't eat the roll & coffee offered for breakfast but opted to go to the recommended diner half a block away for a very reasonable breakfast. Devamı
