We have stayed here several times always been great exp. On this trip we were given a room that still had dirty linen & trash left in the room. The second room was not cleaned very well found cob webs and greasy phone and dishes were a little dirty. This vacation was the 1st we were not totally statisfied. We had a good time, and for the money you couldn't get a better place

I would definitely stay at Extended again.

The staff was exceedingly nice and the place was clean and quiet. My deal was half off their regular rate. the Continental breakfast is bare bones but our room had a kitchen and fridge so we could have made our own breakfast. A+

Overall a very nice hotel - clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. My only disappointment was the continental breakfast, I think they can offer a bit more.

I would not stay at this particular location due to the condition of the 3rd floor. Heavy smokers and the hallway is full of cigarrette smoke. Not the best.

A very nice room with full kitchen at a great price. The receptionist at the front desk was one of the best I have had recently. We only stayed one night, but this looks like a good place to stay if you are in the area on business for a few days.

Other than my room key not initially working, my stay was great. The staff was friendly, and when my key did not work, they personally walked up to my room with me to ensure it worked the second time. The room itself was pleasantly decorated, and was very clean. The staff, particularly the front desk, was extremely professional. She was informative and made us feel welcome. The location was convenient. The booking was easy and the hotel was very nice and clean.

I hated this place... Rooms were exteremly smelly, i had to change three rooms but still every room i switched to was worse that the previous one! the lady in the front was not friendly and helpful at all! the restuarant food was aweful! we ordered a nacho and a french fries for snack, nachos was cold and nasty and french fries was stale. really bad […] experience and btw the pool was out of order. I stayed on the 2nd floor facing Powell Street and was awakened several times during the night because of loud talking, and noises from garbage trucks and deliveries.

The beds were a little noisy but not as bad as some reviews would have you believe. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent pool and a hot tub that's actually hot!A good deal for the money.

I went to Novato for Thanksgiving wknd and stayed here the last night I was there and this was a better stay than I was expecting. The room was amazing and probably one of the better hotels I have ever stayed at. I only wish I had stayed there the other nights I was there. Booked a two queen bedroom but seems that they were overbooked and bumped the three of us to a king suite with a queen sofa/bed. The staff supplied us with extra sheets, pillows and comforters for the sofa. Didn't get to check out the other facilities but they do seem to have a well equipped fitness room and indoor pool.

Hotel is as described. However, beds are hard and noisy. Room was quiet (even facing the freeway outside) for outside noise, but inside noise is pervasive until other guests settle in. Children running in upper hallway were easily heard in my room. Hotel is not easy to find, have a map handy or risk getting lost.

After a terribe experience at another hotel in the vicinity I chose to stay here. It was a great decision, with a hospitable staff, a good location and a very good rate. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again if in the area.

Liked the room, but the location is not close to any places to eat. It was raining hard and the road conditions were less than ideal. I thought it was a good value, however.

The hotel is what I would call a compromise. If you were in the area, and you like ESA's, give it a whirl. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere. The lowpoint for me was the small TV and the noisy beds. The beds were absolutely noisy! Waaaayyy too noisy. Hotel is located next to San Quentin State Prison. Many guests are weekend visitors to inmates. That being […] said, we only had positive experiences w/ fellow guests. We experienced poor check-in service. Arrived an hour early, and the room wasn't ready. Fine, understandable. We were assured that when we returned (at check-in time) the room would be ready. It wasn't. We have small children (who like to run and jump), so we requested a ground floor room so as not to disturb guests below us. We were given 2nd floor room. We were told WIFI was $5, despite the advertisement that "WIFI is in all rooms". (Sure, it's in all rooms if you pay extra). Television was pretty dinky, 32" or smaller, but it worked well and we had 30+ channels (including a couple of movie channels). We were disturbed (awoken) in the middle of the night by some sort of a drain sound coming from behind the refrigerator. It was quite loud, I don't know if it was the neighbor's bathroom or what, but my wife actually thought it was a breakin attempt it was so loud. At this point (2am?) I also found some sort of a water bug crawling over our dishes (clean) in the sink. No towels in the pool area. Hotel is not located near any other facilities, just interstate and industrial (home depot, car dealership). There is a supermarket and a couple of gas stations about a mile away. Restaurants are a lot further. Property is pretty new and is well kept. We did use and enjoy use of the countertop stove, sink, and refrigerator. Dishes and cookware were provided and were spartan yet adequate (anything nicer and people would steal it). Climate control system (AC) was in good working order, and we took advantage of it. Devamı

The room was clean and fairly large, but the beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was everything we were hoping for. The staff was helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay here again and suggest to others.

HOTEL: They have some of the noisiest beds I have ever slept in. Every move was heard by anyone in the room. The hotel location is in an industrial area, and the closest restaurant was some distance away. The cleanliness of the rooms were ok. My in-laws room had a broken lamp, and shower door handle that was not repaired the entire 3 night stay. STAFF: […] The night clerk at checked-in was very helpful and friendly. She apologized for the computers being down which caused check-in to be longer than usual. However, the Sunday front desk staff was rude, angry, and not very helpful in the least. A simple question was responded to with an insulting remark and tone. Hotel staff make a customers stay more enjoyable, but this was truly a turn-off. Devamı

The hotel is dirty And the reservation included the breakfast but the breakfast there isn't. Bad bad bad.

A jewel between two bridges. A great location with an awesome staff and the rooms are spacious and clean. A definite must stay location outside of the city. You do have to pay to go over the Golden Gate Bridge so keep some cash on you.

First time with this chain. Comfortable beds, large rooms, clean , but definitely not deluxe. If you need a place to stay long term, has a pretty complete kitchen. We stayed here to be near our son and his family. It is in an industrial area so must drive to dinner or shopping. Adequate for our needs. will probably try another place next time.

The bed was a bit to hard to sleep on, but otherwise is was a nice place to say.

Hotel is in a business area, which made quiet nights. It had great service at the front desk and was very clean place. great place to stay while visiting San Fran.

My siblings an I stayed here the night before out drive up to Napa. The hotel seemed rather new and clean. We did have difficulty locating the hotel since it is out of the way. The hotel has a pool and fitness center which we did not utilize. The daily rate matches what you receive. The hotel clerk was very friendly and was kind to provide up with directions. […] The rooms were nice, updated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room we had came with a small kitchen which is always nice. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Devamı

Very nice and professional!

I love how large the rooms are at extended stay. FULL KITCHEN - with everything you need to put on a great meal! They also excepted pets - $25 per night extra. Indoor pool and BBQ grill too.

Good deal. Clean and good staff. Very simple breakfast bagels pre packaged muffins and simple fresh fruit.
