My stay overall was great. was disappointed when there was no complemtary breakfast. before I booked the room a breakfast was offered. When I decided to book the room no breakfast was offered. But other than that I had enjoyable stay...

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE EXTRA BUT YOU GET A BETTER HOTEL AND BETTER SERVICE.THE ROOMS WERE GREAT THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND THE DESK CLERKS WERE REALLY NICE. LOVED IT!!

A group of 10 stayed at the hotel with one being handicap and in a wheel chair. We didn't get a handicap specific room for him but the room we did get worked just as well. The hotel was nice, clean and modern. The staff was friendly and the location was right by a shopping center. We LOVED it!!

My grandson had a 13th bday & we stayed here the wend. The rooms very large, very clean & the staff was exceptional friendly. We wanted a room at the hotel to have pizza & cake for family & friends. We were told it would be no problem. We could have it around the inside pool or in the lobby, which ever we choose. We did not take advantage of the dining […] room for breakfast but it was large & very clean, free coffee & fruit to all guest. The gym was very nice with lots of equipment & very clean. The boys enjoyed working out !! I would definetely recommend this hotel which is in the middle of lots of good shopping centers & plenty of nice restaurants. We were only at the hotel for one night for a family gathering. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a large family group and the hotel staff went out of their way to get our rooms close together so we could visit. We spent a lot of quality time in the lobby. The only problem was there was some mix up with the fact that so many people would be there for breakfast and one waitress was left to serve 20 or more people. The problem was brought to […] the Managers attention and they apologized and offered to comp the breakfast. We did not accept just hope they address the problem. Location was easy to find . I like it was near places to eat and shop. I'm in law enforcement and I felt safe in the area. The facility gave me all the things I needed for a comfortable experience .

Easy access, close to tons of eating places, freeway, mall. Really enjoyed this hotel. Only disappointment was I thought it had free continental breakfast but it didn't. However, you could order almost anything you wanted for only $8.95, which is reasonably priced. Would stay here again - really enjoyed it.

We spent the night in an incredibly comfortable room. The service was great until breakfast. There was no silverware available. Other than that, it coulkd not have been better.

Almost 100%--mattress was too hard for my taste. It was a pillowtop style but no movement. Other than that exceeded expectations.

Wonderful hotel located in a secluded, yet easy to get to location surrounded by everything you can imagine. I will definitely stay there again.

Great room with lots of amenities. Very clean, nice, and comfy. This hotel is close to everything: wal-mart, mall, restaurants, you name it and its very close.

Although this hotel was 25-30 miles from Tunica,Ms. which was our destination, I was extremely pleased with the accomodations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and had everything we needed for our convenience, (fridge, microwave, ironing board etc) The bed was AWESOME.
