We like the location of the hotel. The problem is they only have 2 elevators for 18 floors hotel. It took forever to get up or down especially when we were at the 18th floor! One of the rooms was a smoking room and double bed when we clearly indicated on the reservation that we want a king size with non-smoking! The line at the front desk was too long […] and we didn't bother to wait and complain for that. The hotel was also way too crowded. There was no place to sit at the breakfast. Room was in bad need of paint (scuff marks, cracks dirty). The real problem though was the roaches! Six confirmed kills the first night, second night was worse, was going to ask for different room but when walking through the hallway noticed roaches as well (even all over the maids cart with clean linens). If you must stay - use an extra room key or […] something to block card sensor and leave the air con on high (even when not in room) also turn every light on. Hard to sleep but will keep roaches to a minimum. I took the financial loss the third night and checked into different hotel. Devamı
