friendly staff, very clean. not much to do in the area if you're there to visit. The hotel itself is great

A very convenient location, very nice hotel.

WE stay here often when visiting family in the DC area but mostly on weekends because rates for all hotels in the area increase dramatically during week days. While breakfast is often not included in the room rate, the hotel's breakfast buffet compares well with surrounding offerings and is more convenient. The rooms are generally comfortable but often […] we have to crank the A/C way up to meat locker condition because the standard comforters are way too warm. Everything was ok...except the staff at the front desk should be more informed of any rules or policies at the hotel..also the rooms are small for all the stuff u have inside....the fridge was broken which caused drinks to b hot....its close to some stores...but the street to get into the hotel looks really scary...I was about to turn around and leave […] thinking I had the wrong address Devamı

The bar needs to be open earlier and stay open later.

The hotel was convenient and had easy acess to what we needed. It was clean aswell.

We are satisfied with the hotel service, particularly with the shuttle service to and from our destinations. We were shuttled and picked up to the shopping mall, to the Grand Atrium where we attended a party and to the subway station. We did not know the area, but we did not get lost. The front desk service was VERY friendly, helpful with suggestions of local restaurants and followed up. The housekeeping service was as friendly and accommodating. Easy excess to major highways to Washington DC, Mt Vernon. Would stay at this hotel again if we return to the DC area.

we stayed in this hotel last weekend. We were visiting friends that are living in the area. It was absolutely perfect for our purposes! The weekend rates were very affordable. Overall a very good value. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The only complaint is that they do not take small dogs.

I love the hotel, nice and clean. It locates in a quiet secluded area, the road is a little dark at night. Other than that, it's a pleasant stay for us and perfectly for family with little children.

We've stayed every night for a week in a different hotel on our road trip from Florida to DC. Compering to some of the more "simple" hotels we visited this was not the highlight. I just expected for the name and the price the shower area to be more clean! Also our son forgot in the bed his teddy bear he loves so much and when I called a couple of days […] later I was told it was not found - this was disapointing too. Devamı

We have stayed here multiple times because of the hotel location and, of course, the good value for the area. However, while Hilton continues to tout the comfort of their adjustable mattresses, we have never found the beds very comfortable, as compared to another Hilton family just up the road from the Hilton Gardens in Vienna, namely the Embassy Suites, […] which we found to have extremely comfortable beds. Maybe if we pay a higher price we would find better beds?? Maybe Hilton could do better? Also, the rooms at Hilton Garden are equipped with these very heavy comforters, which are so warm we either have to crank the room's climate system so low that we don't roast..or we have to ask housekeepijng to exchange the comforter for lighter blankets Devamı

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, we did not have Internet (wireless or Ethernet) for the first 6 hours of our stay, the pool heater was broken (which was a big disappointment to the children) and the hot tub was closed, the towels were clean but clearly old and the blanket we requested (while delivered promptly) was also very old and […] even had a large hole in it. And, although the plumbing worked just fine, the fixtures in the tub/shower as well as the sink were not secure, similar to the condition of a cheap motel. Be aware that there is a $5 fee for parking (only indoor available) and breakfast is not included -- but you have a microwave and small frig so you can bring food if you wish. Also -- there is no blanket on the bead, only a large duvet-covered quilt. So for some people it is either too hot or too cool. There isn't an intermediate option during the  […] night. Devamı

The first electronic room key they gave us didn't work. So I went to the lobby to tell them. They issued a new room key. This one also didn't work. So my boyfriend went down to complain. This time a lady receptionist came up & tried her staff key. That one didn't work as well. They ended up having to get a maintenance man to let us into the room. We […] left to go to dinner & was told by the manager that our room key problem would be resolved by the time we returned. It was not. So the maintenance man let us in to get our luggage & we were moved to a new room. They gave us a coupon for free breakfast, but continental breakfast was already included, so I don't know what the coupon was for. They're "gift shop" was insanely overpriced (2 bucks for a single-serving of Fruit Loops). And they wanted to charge $5 to park in their lot, so we ended up parking on the street so we could save some money. Devamı

This hotel was acceptable given the price and location. The furniture in the rooms needs to be maintenanced more thoroughly and the staff could be friendlier.

The hotel room was nice. Parking is $5/day; which sucks. You must have a car because nothing is really walking distance.

The climate control system in the room was such that we were either freezing when the system cycled on or , afterwards we had to throw the covers off because we got too warm.Then, covers off, we were frozen when the system kicked on. Hard to sleep like that.

hotel was nice, my family enjoyed our stay, we took the hotel shuttel to tysons corner mall, each day of stay, which was very nice but on the last trip back to hotel it took them 45 minutes to pick us up which caused a little stress. Over all a nice place to stay

The room was very nice and very comfortable. The staff was professional. This hotel just lacked some of the perks that you can get at other hotels. I had recently stayed at Staybridge Inn in Tysons corner. Around the same pricing, nice neighborhood, but had a kitchen, dvd player, and pay per view movies in the room. In addition, there was a free hot […] breakfast at staybridge, and not even a continental free breakfast at the HIlton. Devamı

Service on our last day was below Hilton standards. The desk clerk was on the phone (personal call to boyfriend) when I traveled to exercise room. Upon return from exercise I asked her for a complimentary water, and she replied that there were only $4 waters (cold). Previously we had obtained room temp water complimentary. Beds in rm 422 were very uncomfortable […] and both were set to "soft" to be able to sleep. The med-hard settings resulted in the feeling of a rod across the bed. Devamı

Though the Hilton can seem a bit pricy the quality of my stay was great. It was extremely clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel.

Very good room. All the extras were included in the price. A full service hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during the Marine Corps Marathon Expo. The free hotel shuttle took us to the Metro everyday, and will take you to any restaurant or shopping center within a 3 mile radiace. All of the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Really appreciated the "homey" atmosphere, such as coffe, etc available each evening until 8 PM, as well as in the morning. Cookies were great, also.

very clean rooms-breakfast buffet was pricy

Hotel had a wonderful lobby. The pool and fitness room were much smaller than expected. Pool was small and shallow and fitness room was smaller with broken equipment. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Curtains did not shut in room so we had lights from surrounding businesses light up our room at night which was annoying. Breakfast was buffet. No […] free food option except for cookies and bland coffee. Room was a little dusty. Not very good lighting in the rooms but for the price, it was a good experience. I would book there again.
