I was very excited to see the Hyatt House listed at such a great price. However, when I arrived by myself at 10 p.m. I was scared as I had to wait outside for the person at the front desk to let me inside. Once I checked in, I had to go back outside in order to enter the hotel. I stayed in a suite, which was very large but I felt that the interior was […] a little bit outdated. This would be a great place for a family on a budget or a group of friends as it is very spacious on the interior, but I did not feel safe staying here by myself as the door was located on the outside of the building. We have stayed her multiple times. We love the size of the two-bedroom apartment and full size kitchen. Rooms very clean and maintained very well. We have a large family so it fits us nicely. The breakfasts and light snack are awesome. Located in nice neighborhood so nice not to have to worry about that.

We had only booked one night on this short Texas stay, for a visit with friends in Plano. We asked for a quiet room and were switched to a suite on the other side of the hotel where the clerk knew it would be quiet. We had the best night sleep and wished we were staying longer. This hotel has improved a lot since its renovation. I stayed here a few years ago and it was not very nice. For my stay this time, i book this hotel for my wedding, not realizing it was the same one i had previously stayed at. When i pulled up to my room, I realized what I had done and was dreading going inside because I wanted a nice room for my husband […] and I. To my surprise it was very nice and updated. There was a lot of room for my family and I to get ready for my big day, and my husband and I had a great room to come back to. A huge advantage that this hotel has alway had is location. We frequent this hotel a lot. We live in Chicago and have family in Dallas area. We have a large family so the size of two bedroom is perfect. We have visited other similar hotels, but this one surpasses them all. We continue to book this hotel. The breakfast is yummy and happy hours are awesome too. Everytime I'm in town Hyatt House/Addison is where I stay. It's very pretty, clean, and comfortable. The employees are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. The location is great and has alot of entertainment. The breakfast is awesome, and the rooms are spacious. We had a 2 BR, 2 BA suite with 2 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room and privacy when you wanted it. It was a great bargain.

My husband and I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night. We didn't interact with the staff beyond checking in and out because we didn't need to but they seemed friendly enough. But the room, especially for the price, was SO nice and beautiful. It was also right next to the pool which has a beautiful courtyard area surrounding it. We didn't get a […] chance to use the pool or hot tub because we were gone a lot but it looked nice and clean. We did sit in the little courtyard areas several times throughout our stay and it was so nice and relaxing. The free breakfast was delicious--best quality free hotel breakfast I've ever had or seen. There were lots of foods to choose from. It's also located at a great convenient location, not too busy, and easy to get to THOUSANDS of restaurants!!! We had a hard time picking where to eat!!! The actual room itself was pretty good. Room was real clean and the layout of room was great. The only down part of the room was the bathtub was a little outdated, but other than that there are no complaints. The location was the best part. The surrounding area was not busy, so getting in and out of the hotel was extremely easy and you are close to […] major and key highways to all parts of the DFW area. I thought it was a great place to stay. The rooms were very nice and it made you feel like you were home. Free breakfast buffet in the morning was a plus. My studio was great. Will stay there again even on the 3rd floor with no elevator like I did, well worth it

We truly enjoy the well-equipped suites and the wonderful breakfast. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant....Our only negative experience was a brief power outage in the neighborhood grid which I understand occurs from time to time.....Thanks for everything!

The room was comfortable and the hotel was easy to find with lots of dining options close by. However, you must sign a "strict no party policy" at check-in that appears to mean nothing. When we commented on the policy, the girl at the front desk replied "Oh you really haven't stayed with us before!" Uh OH! We knew we were in for it when we drove around […] the back to find our room and college kids were appearing out of the bushes with cases of beer under each arm. We were kept awake by yelling and screaming and carrying on until about 4 am and the hotel management really didn't seem to care. In my opinion you can make a room as comfortable and clean as you like, but if you can't sleep due to a tremendous amount of noise what is the use? The noise made our trip TERRIBLE and we will not be returning to this hotel. Devamı

Clean, central location in North Dallas. Friendly staff, OK breakfast, not great. Nice room. Everything you need to stay for a long time. Very quiet, even with Addison airport next to it.

Great value. Ideal for Couples groups. Condostyle accommodations makes for a very comfortable stay. Lots of good food nearby.

Over all my stay was wonderful as always. My husband and i came here a lot in past ,but sad to say he just past away. .My room this time was the same room we had last stayed in. It was pleasant.

This hotel is more like an apartment, with a full size kitchen, two flat screens, with seperate bedroom and living area. I travel all the time and this is a great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is really nice to stay in. The staff is friendly the only thing is if you there to party this is not the place. This place does not allow parties. Breakfast is good but not great, but other than that it was a really nice place to stay at.

This is suite hotel, so while it is nice to have the extra room, the furnishing standard is very average and the bed not as comfortable as we have come to expect from chain hotels. Breakfast was very average. Good location for Dallas businesses.

This is like a timeshare without the annoying salespeople. The kitchen was almost as large as the last house I owned, and much nicer. On top of that, I could walk to dozens of restaurants a few blocks away. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen in a hotel.

Stayed here for one night as myself and my husband had just picked my mother up from Dallas International Airport after a ten hour plus flight from London, Heathrow. The hotel is billed as a "home away from home" and the rooms are set up as small appartments with a seperate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen so we thought it would […] be ideal to have us all in the one room. My mother took the bedroom and we attempted to sleep on the sofa bed. It was the most uncomfortable thing ever. There was no padding and so all we could feel all night were the springs poking into our backs. Plus there was so much noise from outside there might as well not have been a door to the room as we could hear every bit of conversation from other guests as well as lots of traffic not to mention every movement from the room above ours. Although my mother said her bed was comfortable (and she was extremely tired from her journey) she couldn't sleep because of all the noise. Devamı

The hotel is near of great restaurants, and it is very quiet, it has 3 floor, but there isn't elevator, this is the negative only. The rooms are modern decoration, and they are cleaning. We will came back it is possible
