Otele giriste meyva ve sarap ikram sepeti vaat edilmisti, sadece iki kucuk sarap vardi, birini ictik ve bunun ucretini almaya calistilar.

İstanbulda görmek istiyeceğiniz her yere yakın bir mesafede ve nezih bir semtte.

Cumartesi günü 21.08.2010 giriş yaptığımızda personelin güleryüzlü olmaması beni çok rahatsız etti, ayrıca biraz da ilgisizdi. Ama aynı şeyi aynı günde geç saatlerde otele döndüğümüzde karşılaştığımız personel için söyleyemeyeceğim. Oradaki Beyefendi gayet güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

The Lady Diana Hotel is one of the hundreds of hotels in sultanahmet, but is one of the few with an incredible view from the dining/breakfast room. Though it is sufficiently clean and in a silent place (you will hear strongly the calls to pray, but this is part of staying in Istanbul), they show 4 stars wich is not properly the case. Litle rooms with […] little bathrooms, there was a terrible smell of bathroom pipes in the room (probably coming out from the WC itself) and the breakfast wasn't that great (for a 4 star). Well located to all tourist sites in the old district. Convenient to tram-light rail.

Hotel was in good shape and service was good. Only complaint is they attempted on check in to pull a fast one and shuffle me off to another lower cost hotel on the pretense that they were fully booked. I put my foot down and insisted they honor the booking and all was fine after that.

Great location steps away from blue mosque/st. sophia and Topkapi palace. Tramway steps away. You can also walk to the Grand Bazar. Though Room was little tight with no view but it was ok to crash and get ready for the next day. Great view of Blue Mosque and St. Sophia from the roof top, lots of photography (great shots) can be done from roof only. Breakfast […] was really good with a range of foods as well as great service. we had a great time and the hotel was very nice ,lovely buffet breakfast .close to local transport and other amenities.i would definitely use again.

great location in the old town of Istanbul. The roof top restaurant has amazing view of the blue mosque. room is smaller than I expected, but it is clean and comfortable. Staff is not as friendly as other major chain hotels. didn't get the warm welcome feeling at all. Maybe this is the management issues. This hotel located right next to all historical sutes, everything is within walking distance. The service if the receptionists and cleaning crew was very good. Our first room was very cold and drafty. We asked for a new room. We were given a new room right away. Most wonderful thing is to have a breakfast on top if the hotel with the breathtaking panorama. […] Breakfast was very good, included hot dishes, all kind of cheese and fruits. Comfortable hotel, european-style rooms. 2-10 minute walk to all the major sites, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Cistern, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar. View from the rooftop restaurant is better than the picture, especially at night. Service is very good, desk staff is very helpful. Internet access is free.

I stayed there for two nights and after the first night I asked my girlfriend to get her stuff ready to leave the hotel. Even though I had paid in full for two nights. The room they gave us was so tiny, I mean it was small even for one person. I felt bad that my girlfriend had to sleep there. No windows to open air either. It was basically like a grave. The […] neighborhood was a disaster, it's old and it's supposed to be interesting but I didn't like it. It was dirty and for appealing to me. The elevator were so small, two persons could barely stand there comfortably. I live in Canada and for the price I paid you would expect a real 4 star quality hotel here in Toronto. This was at best a two start hotel. By the way, the second night I asked for a bigger room and they provided a bigger one with a windows that opened to the street. The hotel is in a good location for the "must see" historic attractions and the staff are very good. However the hotel looks tired in places. My bathroom sink was cracked. This hotel is more like a 3 star rather than the 4 star billing when I found it. I stayed at another real 4 star hotel for the remainder of my stay in a different part of the city. My husband and I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of August, 2011. My first impression of the room was not favorable, the carpet looked worn out, there was plenty of mildew in the bathroom tiles. Toward the 2nd and 3rd night we had plumbing problems in the tub. When we returned from Capadossia we got yet a smaller room, next to the one we were […] staying before and it also had plumbing problems, this time with the sink. This was in the 3rd floor. Some rooms are extremely small. We were also disappointed with one of the staff members who tried to get us to pay 170 liras for transportation to the Sahiba Cokcen airport. Not a true 4 star hotel !

Hotel was as the website showed. The 6th floor balcony, bar, and restaurant had amazing views of the Blue Mosque and the Aya Sophia with the Bosphorus in the background. The Breakfast had a huge choice to suit anyone. Great value for money.

European style hotel located within walking distance of all major attractions in Old Istanbul. The view from the rooftop restaurant is priceless. The menu is somewhat limited but the food was professionally prepared and reasonably priced. The room was very basic. Only 2 English speaking channels on the TV, BBC and CCTV. If you are going to Istanbul […] to sit in your hotel room probably look somewhere else or stay at home. The front desk assistance was hit or miss. I asked them to mail a post card for me and they directed me to the local post office. Not the kind of service I expect from a 4 star. Overall pleased with the stay. ...from Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia (5 minutes right down the street), Topkapi Palace and many restaurants. Beautiful view of old Istanbul from terrace restaurant. Restaurant is $$$$ but worth an evening viewing. Would/will stay there again and recommend to others.

we were very satisfied with the hotel, great location, very friendly service on front desk and restaurant, the restaurant has an incredible roof top view and is not overpriced like many hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fine. The room was good, the bathroom tiny but everything working. The tram is real close and easy to use too.

The location is superb. 5 - 10 minutes away walking distance from many tourist destinations. Tram only 5 minutes away walking distance, and 10 - 20 minutes from many other tourist sites. Ver convinience, especially it has many restaurants and shops - Money Changer around hotel site. The breakfast is great, especially you have a view from distance of […] Blue Mosque and Haga Sophia. But the room is so small, barely can fit 2 single beds. almost no room to put on your luggage. You can't check in before 1 PM, but even if you could they might transfer you to another hotel without even asking your permission. So odd, when you already booked the hotel since months before. My experience with the hotel was good in general. The hotel location was great, the room and the hotel in general were clean and well-maintained, the front desk people were English speakers, polite and helpful, and the rate of the room for the time I travelled was reasonable (I travelled during Kurban Bayrami or Eid Al-Adha which is a public holiday […] in Turkey) However, I expected a little bit more from a 4-Star hotel. Although the following points won't affect my overall evaluation, I thought to list them in case they are important for somebody else: 1. I requested a king-size bed when I booked but they gave me a twin-bed room. When I asked it to be changed they showed me another room that has no outside view and very small that it hardly has any space except the one occupied by the bed already. I was told that this is the only room they have (which I doubt) and they can't even change my bed. 2. One day I returned to my room to find out that one of the beds that were in the room (see point #1) has gone! When I asked about it, the guy in the front desk looked surprised. I was annoyed because no one told me the bed will be taken and because I'm using the bed to put some stuff on it for easy reach. Anyway, they were kind to return it back fast. 3. The breakfast wasn't fine but not as good as expected. Again, we're talking about 4-Star hotel. The variety is there, but the quality can be improved. I had breakfast with Turkish family before I go to Turkey and in Turkey; I can't say that I expected the same quality, but shouldn't be that different. 4. The room size is small, and I mean small. The same applies for the bathroom. I was alone in the room, so it was kind or okay, but if we were 2 I think we'll start stepping on each other's feet while moving in the room. In the bathroom there is hardly place for 1 and the bathtub is useless. 5. I had problem with the bathroom sink and the bathtub; they were not draining the water well. the htl located in good historec area , price is reznable , the stuf were nice, brkfast was good but the same food every day, need to change the menue , i stayed with my famely in 3 rooms one room was small with no fresh air comes to it, i give this htl 8.5 out of 10

We really enjoyed this hotel except for the A/C. The A/C is turned off during certain hours and is not set low enough for our comfort. After complaining several times we finally found an employee who was willing to adjust the thermostat. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the location is great. A lovely little hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Everything was immaculately clean, and the location -- just steps from the hippodrome -- is not to be beat. The restaurant, though small, served excellent food (with excellent service), and overlooks the Blue Mosque & Aya Sofia, with windows all around. The spa in the basement, though small, is very […] nice. The Turkish bath is recommended. Next time I pass through Istanbul for a short stay, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Even with just 24 hours (which is what I had) you can easily see some of the old city's most important monuments, and stroll amidst thousands of years of history. Price for value is great. Devamı

Istanbul is hot in the summer on our arrival the a/c of the room was broke for the whole night and the lobby never has a/c
