"traveling kid teams favorite"
My wife and I stayed at the hotel with three young children. The room was clean. The walls, however, are paper thin - as in the guy next door was not loud at all, but we heard his every word. It was as if he were sitting next to us. And, of course, at an Embassy Suites, it's filled with traveling soccer/basketball teams and their parents - so there […] is lots of late night drinking in the center (fairly noisy as it travels up) and kids running around. "Embassy Suites, Blue Ash, Cincinnati - great"
great part of town. close to I-71. exit 15 = 15 miles from downtown. beautiful interiors. great breakfast. manager's reception after 5pm = free. friendly and very helpfull staff. we have enjoyed our stay very much. our kids have loved the place and the pool. close to must-visit Servatii's Bakery (Kennwood/Cooper).
"Wonderful staff makes up for shortcomings!"
Typical Embassy Suites -- comfortable and quiet, although showing its age. Great pool, sauna, and whirlpool. Adequate food quality. Kudos to Mark at the Comp Bar -- his friendly service made our "Happy Hour" even happier! Very helpful staff made up for what was lacking in other areas. We'll visit again.

"Exceeded my expectation"
My family & I were impressed with our stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Cincinnati. Initially we thought the price was high, but by the time we factored in the complimentary full course breakfast for 3 people, we actually paid a budget hotel price for a luxurious hotel suite. Friendly front desk people. Great breakfast. We stay there every year at Thanksgiving when we visit family and have never been disappointed.

The middle courtyard was too small for the amount of rooms. During breakfast many had to sit outside the dinning area in chairs and table that were not designed or services for the breakfast. Many had to stand and wait for families to get up after their meal to have a place to sit, making the ones eating unconfortable and rushed. Upon arrival my wife […] and I were given two drink tickets each for drinks at the Manager's evening gathering, which I thought was very tacky and have not seen after many different stays at Embassy Suites. At check-in and during the Managerial gathering the desk manager would not allow me to charge $10 to my room and aquire cash to tip the bar tender and their own workers at their own event. "Can't go wrong with Embassy S. in Blue Ash"
Embassy Suites (Blue-Ash) is always a nice place to stay. The hotel is beginning to show wear and tear, however the service has been nothing but exceptional.
"Great Holiday Stay"
I reserved this hotel for my in-law's stay during the holidays...they loved this hotel and requested it. It is clean, the breakfast is wonderful and the staff is most friendly. They will stay here every time they visit!

Conference Room was excellent. Hotel room was very spacious. Towels luxurious. Plenty of pillows and hot water. Would have liked another blanket. Bed very comfortable. I could hear the TV in the adjacent room if it was turned up loud. Waterfall in lobby restaurant is delightful. Manager's happy hour is great. Food in hotel is okay. Workout room is excellent. "Embassy Blue Ash"
The hotel had a wonderful complementary FULL breakfast. Each night we were given a coupon for one drink at the nightly reception which included finger food. There was a man made stream with waterfalls and turtles and fish than ran through the lobby. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions to local sites. There was a internet connection to […] the greater Cincinnati web site. The pool and hot tub stay open late. We recommend this hotel to friends and family. We are planning to make the hotel we stay at whenever we are in Cincinnati. Devamı
"Embassy Suites in Blue Ash, Cincinnati, OH"
My only negative comments are that the drapes in the bedroom could not be closed and the television channels were limited. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and will probably return next year.
"Great Hotel"
Had a great time, the pool, hot tub, resturant etc. were all excellent.
"No sleep"
We booked this room on Saturday October 31 and checkout on Monday November 2. That Sunday they had a sweet 16 party- that cause me to get no sleep and I was very upset. Teenagers ran the halls all night and when I called to complain I was told that it will be taken care of. The pary was over at 11p.m but teenagers didn't get out of hall till 1:30a.m. […] I was pissed cause I had to work in the morning. Spoke with manager early in the morning figuring he was going to do something about it- he did nothing, said he was sorry and he could have given us something back but because we booked thru hotels.com nothing he can do- terrible, calling corporate. "Very Happy"
Easy access to I-71, only 10 mins north of downtown. Very friendly staff with a great made to order complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Highly recommend for families with the pullout couch in the suite.

"Outstanding Hotel"
This is our favorite hotel to stay in whenever we visit the Cininnati area. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The beautifully landscaped atrium gives you a change of scenery and a place to relax. The competent staff is friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is superb with lots of selection.

"LOCATION AND PRICE"
GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE. WAS PLEASED WITH HOTLEL'S POTENTIAL NOISE FACTOR. CONSIDERING A FAMILY RUNION AND WEDDING RECEPTION BENG HELD AT THIS HOTEL THE NOISE FACTOR (LOW) WAS GREAT.
