Loved the hotel, the grounds are gorgeous and we probably had one of the most diligent maids ever! The only issue was checking in - the rooms were not ready when we got there around 5 pm.

The staff was extreamly helpfull and friendly. We came to town to visit family. We only booked a one night stay. Once we floated into the most comfortable bed and pillows we ever slept on ( Including Home ) my wife and I just looked at each other and said WE HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER NIGHT. So we did.

The staff was very helpful, going so far as to let us use a banquet room for a few hours when a business issue popped up on our vacation. The food in the restaurant was fresh and delicious! The room was very comfortable and parking close and easy.

Was extremely impressed with the dedication to Greenness, they have meters on the wall for CO2 use, water and electric use. Solar power throughout, a pond surrounded by plants who need low amounts of water. If only every hotel, business would be that enviromentally conscientious. I love this place! You get more than what you pay for. Love the cookie as a welcome gesture. Quiet, clean, and professional staff. Thats all I ask for, oh and its a pretty place too with a pool and spa!

Very clean centrally located hotel in Napa Valley. Quick access to Wine Country, 6 Flags, etc. Restaurant onsite also very good & reasonable. Would stay again next visit.

This hotel was very convenient to numerous locations around the state. It was very clean but there were a couple of minor issues and one major one. The hot tub was out of service for cleaning for the entire week we were there, the beds were harder than stones, and we had to vacate the room one day in the middle of our stay to accommodate carpet cleaning […] throughout the complex. All of these were very minor. The major issue was when we had to call customer service EVERY night for more towels. Even though this was a room with two beds and three people staying in it we were only ever given two towels even when notes were left for housekeeping. Each time we called the front desk we were treated rudely and the person delivering them was very unpleasant to deal with. We finally went and bought towels so we didn't have to deal with the front desk person again. If you don't have to deal with customer service then this is an excellent place to stay. We have stayed in many Double Tree's over the years and this one definitely wasn't the best. We arrived at 3 pm to check in were told to visit the area and our room would be ready in an hour. We gave them two to be sure it was ready and still had to wait for a room once we returned. A group of extremely loud teens checked into a few of the rooms down […] the hall and were up screaming all night, this is definitely not the property's fault though, rather, it was our bad luck! When I went to dry my hair, there was no hairdryer, I called down to the front desk and the female clerk was less than thrilled that I reported there was no hairdryer in the room. She told me where to find it, I explained that I understood where it was supposed to be but it wasn't there. She curtly told me she would have one delivered and hung up the phone. 20 minutes goes by so my husband went to get one from the front desk and they told him it would take a while because the head of housekeeping had to cross the property to get a key and then cross back, etc..etc... Wet head and all, I finally went searching and found a housekeeper who had one on her cart. All in all, not the best experience, that is for sure! Devamı

We were satisfied with the room and service. We were a bit disappointed that there was not a complimentary breakfast of any time. We are not frequent users to be eligible for the buffet, but having a full breakfast before the tour was too much food and there did not appear to be anything close to grab a muffin and cup of coffee. Most impressed with the hotel at all levels. Very close to all Napa has to offer. The chocolate chip cookies were a welcoming treat after a very long flight to the west coast! The restaurant food, service and staff is outstanding! I had breakfast and dinner there throughout my trip at a very reasonable price. Will I return? Of course!

The hotel did not meet wiht my satisfaction. First, the amenities advertised on Hotel.com did not reflect what I wanted at my staty. The jacuzzi/hot tub was out of order. I tried to use the physical fitness center, and the room was being painted. The coffee machine in the room did not work, and we got another. The remote control for the TV would partially […] work. Also, the ducks and goose on the patio area, were constantly leaving the smell of bird dung in the courtyward area, and hand to be cleaned daily.....is the hotel for the customers or the wildlife? If it is for the customers, then get rid of the birds crapping all over the place! Last of all, I was told there was a $50 hoild on my creidt card for incidentals. When I checked out, I only had $16.99 in additional charges, since my room was prepaid on my card. When I got home, I found a $66.99 charge on my credit card. I had to call and ask why so much, and they told me the $50 credit hold may take 2 weeks to clear.....this is baloney. It should be cleared no later than 48 hours after my stay has ended. Devamı

It was nice, but they put a $50 charge on my credit card and then they reimburse me a few days later. I've never had another hotel do that before. I thought it was a bit odd. but outside of that this place is great.

It was a nice looking room but they don't tell you that you will not get WIFY or buttles of water because you book in throught the website. The cofe maker had old water from previous days and when we asked for it to be changed it took them over a day to do it. Also there was no handsoap in room's dispenser.

Good place to stay as you would expect from a Hilton. The major drawback is t's on a highway and not in town.

This is near the mouth of the valley. Grounds were fine. Rooms good. Decor good and amenities were good too. Furnishings were outstanding. Bed was a little firm for my taste but I like a soft soft bed. Shower was cleaned but the maid took the shower curtain. It wasn't replaced but we had an early check in. Its the fourth time I stay because of business, last time and next to last AC does not do anything in any room Ive stayed. No heat no cooling just show. Also come back from work room is not made, two times has happened and if you call it in they dont say why the missed it, just say staff has left for the day. Bad management is what normally makes this […] happen to a good hotel. If you ask to stay a little later than checkout, after everything that happened, they say they need to charge you extra! Just to exted 40 min after checkout. I really think DoubleTree is not checking its franchises the way the should and it is hurting its image, at least with me. Devamı

The hotel itself including the rooms were nice. Bathrooms were a bit small. The main issued I encountered was that there was no bath soap or body wash provided. I notified the front desk and was assured this issue would be addressed. However, housekeeping never came to refill the body wash. I ended up having to shower with shampoo for two days. Eventually […] I raised this issue with hotel management. The customer service manager was apologetic and provided me with dinner and breakfast to make up for the inconvenience. Other than this issue with housekeeping, I would definitely recommend this place. It is about 10 miles from downtown and 20 to 30 miles from the wineries. Devamı

This was a really nice hotel, we were impressed by everything they had to offer and feel it should be a 4 star hotel, the room was very clean, and even smelled great when you walk in which is unusual for a hotel.

A bit higher standards than I usually book so it was a nice change that way. One thing though, you can't get anywhere without a car. Had plans for an evening promenade but that was thwarted by a sign "End of sidewalk" :s

The people were nice enough, but the condition of our room was horrible. The bathroom was the main culprit. The toilet takes 3 flushes, and the toilet set was always coming off. Also, there are no hooks to hang your bath towels. Finally, the soap dispensers just don't cut it. You need bars of soap and bottles of shampoo. We will never stay there ag […] ain. Devamı

Overall, I found the Double Tree an excellent hotel, except my request for hypoallergenic through hotels.com (POC: Adam) was ignored. I checked in with my wife late due to delayed travel time from Yosemite...road & weather conditions and ended up with a room with pillows containing feathers. I had to sleep without pillows.

Loved the Jazz band playing in the bar. Rooms were clean, but could use a little re-vamp. The hotel more than met our needs.

Great bang for yor buck. Not the fanciest but if you're looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Napa or Sonoma and don't want to break the bank, this is the place. Although not in the center of things, it's conveniently located and just a few minutes away from all the action.

I would happily stay here again. Excellent, clean, comfortable room. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Furniture was comfortable and tv was large. The restaurant was nicely decorated, with large wine offering, and attentive staff, although limited food selection if you dont want meat. The only limitation to the hotel is that it is far from other restaurants […] so that you have no choice but to eat at the hotel. Still, if you are willing to drive it is an excellent hotel and is great value. Traffic into the hotel is very heavy in the morning. Just a quick overnighter to kill time on a business trip that allowed us to see napa and not spend a fortune on a room. Very nice accommodations and I will definitely come back for leisure! Got a hot cookie upon arrival, comfy beds, love the pillows and just a nice place to stay. Wish I had more time to see the rest of the grounds. Next time!
