Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Vero Beach-I-95, FL - Vero Beach

The hotel staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to details. Some dust on TV stand and desk. The edges of the room need to be vacuumed. Bathroom floor needed a scrubbing. The bed was clean and comfortable, which to me is the most important thing.

Modest hotel, about what you would expect for modest price- a little hard to find-signage from highway not very good- decent buffet breakfast, altho the eggs (from powder?) dry and inedible

The day we arrived the elevator stopped working. We were on the 3rd floor and had to lug our luggage down the stairwell---3 FLOORS. No apoligies or any type of discount to compensate for the inconvenience to us.

our room smelled musty, the bathroom light fixtures were in serious need of cleaning. One of the bathroom lights shade was hanging freely by its' bulb. On the plus side, room was very quiet.

Just a GREAT place to stay

The hotel was nice and comfortable and the staff was friendly and professional. It was clean and well-maintained. My only complaint was the provided internet access was seriously lacking (my profession requires a reasonable speed for internet). The CAT5 connection in the room was dreadfully slow. With the reinforced concrete structure, the wireless […] was also slow but it was faster than the CAT5. For anything requiring some data security, be sure and pack your patience. The location was also nice--it was right off of I-95 and close to a major state highway. Several restaurants adjacent and even within walking distance. Abundance of local flora and fauna (lizards!) help to keep the kids entertained as well...as long as kept outside the hotel, of course. Devamı

We arrived at 12:45 in the morning after a long day. Steve, the night manager, was helpful and very pleasant. The room had been recently refurbished and was very nice - flat screen tv and new bed linens. Room and bathroom were both very clean.

Stayed for five days. Hotel is well-located with average service and adequate near-by dining. Breakfast was very good with good selection. However, bed is too firm for my comfort and daily room service less than expected with no replacement of soaps and shampoo on last two days of stay.

All the people are always extremly helpful & friendly. Do not even try to stay any where else.

The room we had was very musty and damp. We checked in late and were both tired and had to get up early to get on the road, so going downstairs to the front desk was not an option. The carpet was damp feeling, the comforter and pillows on the bed were damp, even the paper note pads on the end tables. The wallpaper boarders were peeling up one the bottom […] and corners. The musty smell stuffed my husband and I up to the point where breathing through our nose was out of the question. I got no sleep at all, between the smell of the room and the noise from the highway...the next day I was exhausted. When I went to check out I let the person at the front desk know about the condition of the room and all I got was I'm very sorry to hear that. I will not recommend this hotel to others, nor will I ever stay there again. Devamı

This hotel is pretty good. My only complaint was that the internet service was a little slow, but besides that this is a very good choice.

was a buisness trip so not much time to enjoy the amenities. Very nice for the age of hotel, extremly clean and great personel. All of them. Will definitely be staying here a lot more as I go to vero quite often.

I never did actually stay; my plans fell through and I checked out about an hour after check in.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was well done. Hotel was clean.

We found the area to be very nice- near outlet mall, highway, and beach. However, room had a few issues with cleanliness: found ants in bed, ants on tables, and linens smelled like mildew.

We were thoroughly happy with everything at the hotel, it was very nice, the cookies are a nice touch. The only complaint I can come up with is they ran out of pool towels. I can live with that. The breakfast was nice. The pool was warm. No complaints about anything.

This is our second time to stay at this hotel during the past 9 months while visiting family in the area and vacationing. Both experiences have left us 100% satisfied. We always receive a great deal, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great experience. The location is convenient to several restaurants and the interstate, but not in an overly crowded […] area. It is directly adjacent to the outlet malls for anyone interested in shopping. Both Vero Beach and Sebastian are accessible within minutes to pretty much any area you want for restaurants, shopping, or entertainment. The beach is about a 15 min drive. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again at another visit later this year. Devamı

We were very happy with our room and our visit there. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy! We will be visiting that location again!

If you're looking to shop at the outlet mall, literally a few steps away, then this hotel is just right. However, it's 30-40 mins away from beaches, Vero Beach & Ft. Pierce. Breakfast was good. At least hot items were offered, not just muffins n bagels. Rooms were clean but hotel needs to keep up w/ maintaining it's walls n flooring...tiles and grouting […] look worn. Devamı

This is a fine hotel. The rooms are nice, the staff is pleasant and helpful, the breakfast is really good. Good enough to keep you from going to the Cracker Barrel Restaurant next door. And it is within walking distance of the Tanger Outlets and a short drive to downtown Vero Beach.

A very well maintained hotel in a great location, close to everything. We enjoyed a delicious full breakfast and everyone was very nice and helpful. One great perk we didn't expect was free laundry, no need to bring quarters, just bring your soap and your all set !!!!!

From the fresh cookies to the quietness of the room to the hot breakfast and the excellent service throughout, it was the perfect weekend and I would not hesitate to return.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in Vero Beach Fl. I never booked a hotel reservation online before, even though they have pictures of the hotel,. But I thought it would look nothing like the pictures online, the hotel looked just like the pictures. The employees were very friendly and the complementary breakfast was very […] nice too. I definite would stay there again and would recommend the hotel. I have family in Vero Beach, Fl. and would again stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson. The rooms and gym are nice. I was surprisingly impressed with the Comfort Inn and Suites Vero "beach" Florida. The hotels was nice, good breakfast spread, and nice staff. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only downside to this hotel was the beds weren't very comfortable (but they were clean) and the surrounding area (Vero Beach) didn't have much to offer (unless you were looking […] to shop at the outlets or just hang out at the hotel, catch a movie..etc.). You're in walking distance to the outlets and a few restaurants (McDonalds, Steak and Shake, and The Cracker Barrel). There is a mall about 4-5 miles away and the beach is about 10-12. My main goal of going here was just to get away and relax at a hotel with a pool - so I definitely got everything I was looking for and then some. Devamı

This hotel is one of our favorites! From the ease of check-in to the full breakfast. Everything was done well. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was definitely clean and spacious with a little wash area outside the bathroom as well. Room service was great. The towels were bigger and better than typical hotel towels. Nice pool […] area, no jacuzzi though. The area was quiet and you don't hear any traffic from the highway or outlet center near the hotel. Very quiet and no problems with noise from anywhere. we were very pleased with this stay...arrived early and was greeted and allowed to check in early. staff very friendly and helpful.breakfast very nice. this location very clean and close to beach,etc.

This hotel was very clean and wait staff and reception were very friendly. A great breakfast was included in the price, and cookies were available in the evening. Great hotel experience, especially for the price. Will definitely stay at this hotel for our next visit.

It is a very nice hotel. Our room & bathroom were clean, nicely furnished and decorated. However, the location (while convenient) was a bit noisy what with I-95 right there. It made sleeping at night somewhat difficult with all of the traffic on a major thoroughfare. For what we paid, this was a very good deal. The hotel was in a convenient location (just off I-95, walking distance to shopping, 15 minutes to beach). It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, upon arrival, we were told the hotel was under a "boil water alert" and not to drink the water. I book hotels often. either for relatives coming down to see me or i am traveling somewhere with my family. This is definitely one of the better hotels to stay. Very clean, and the staff is very friendly. And the convenience of being right near I-95 is great. I would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel sans prétentions, mais calme et propre. Petit déjeuner à l'américaine. Nous y avons simplement dormi 1 nuit pour une halte sur notre route.

15 min Autofahrt bis an den Strand, jedoch 30 sec neben dem Outlet. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Hotel und einem geheizten Pool.
