It was my birthday & my friends flew to Indigo Pearl - Phuket to surprise me. They absolutely adored the hotel, the uniqueness, the food, the staff & the Adult Only Pool. We all had the most week. We will be back!

huge, and not personal hotel stay. We had a pool villa and everything, and it was a great place, don't get me wrong, but it was in the middle of nowhere. We didn't even use the free food voucher as the menu looked not worthy, and the staff were very unhelpful. I would not stay here again, but I like small hotels where they bend over backwards for the […] kind of money we spent here. Clean well maintained hotel, close to airport and a nice beach. Very quiet location, need to travel if you want shopping or night clubs. Some good small restaurants on the beach front.

Fabulous all round. Loved our stay at indigo pearl. would suit family's and couples. Loved the three pools, two are adults only. Superb buffet breakie, including Thai street food. All four restaurants in the hotel were great. The signature restaurant, black ginger, was over priced and not that much better than the much cheaper Monday night buffet in […] tin mine. Although the atmosphere at black ginger was sensation, so would recommend going there for drinks. Lots of great eating options on the beach just outside the resort. We were blown away by the fantastic design / layout of the resort. Attention to detail in the interior design was impressive and stuck to the origins of the area. Even though it was booked out, never felt crowded. A real multicultural guest base, not many Aussies which we always look for :-) the location is quite isolated, but that's exactly what we were after. And that's what we got. We booked a pool villa which was v spacious and relaxing, but we used the resort pools more frequently as they were warmer & had food / beverage options. indigo pearl is near the airport but you dont hear planes. Rarely hassled by street sellers. The resort is away from the carnage of patong / karon beach etc. late check out free of charge was not an issue - and you could use the facilities including showers in the fitness centre after check out. We could not have been happier with our stay....unless we booked for another few nights. Devamı

Amazing place, very convenient location close to the airport, incredible SPA (a bit expensive, though), where we had an incredible massage. Free wireless everywhere (so also my teenager boys didn't get annoyed at all...) Very cheap restaurants just outside the hotel. We asked for a room in the M block and it was very spacious and particular (in a very […] good way!). The breakfast offers a really huge variety of food. The Indigo Pearl did not disappoint; decor and attention to detail paid designing this unique hotel make it a delightful destination. The Black Ginger restaurant is not be be missed for exactly this reason - being pulled across the lagoon/moat to the restaurant on a raft was a really surreal experience! The location was great - the beach is literally […] right across the road and the private beach club was very comfortable. My only complaint is that some of the design details - while aesthetically pleasing were really not functional, and detracted from the comfort of our stay. I stayed in a private pool villa, which had a VERY complicated lighting set up, none of which was labelled. It was impossible to figure out how to turn on and off lights in various parts of the villa and pool courtyard and we spent many frustrating minutes flipping on and off all of the switches. Similarly, the bathroom taps were lovely from a design perspective, but we actually had to call the front desk to figure out how to get water to come out of them! Finally, making the actual bed frame out of tin was definitely a step too far! Every time we rolled over in the bed the tin loudly snapped and banged and woke us up - totally not functional! We contemplated pulling the mattress off the frame and just sleeping on the floor, These inconveniences were balanced out by the lovely surroundings, incredible food and attentive and friendly service we enjoyed from the staff. What you would expect of a hotel of this quality a very nice and comfortable stay! The Thai cooking class was spectacular actually taught us how to do the basics, highly recommended

Loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel following the 'tin mine' theme. Just wish that the outdoor area of the room was more private so we could use the outdoor bathtub. Private pool was great. Location of hotel was great with fab, reasonably priced restaurants on the beach. Good or golf at 'Blue Canyon Resort'.

Bad points: check in took 30mins; people smoking all around children's pool & restaurant next to children's pool - if this hotel wants to attract families they need to enforce no smoking at children's areas!

Me and my daughter, 17, had a great time, we especially enjoyed the room and the comfortable bed. Also the Tin mine breakfast was superb and the whole surroundings with the " mine " theme was special.

Great for families. Won't regret booking it. Rooms with private swimming pool are awesome. Helpful staff, nice hotel restaurants. Located in a quite part of the island, 40 minute taxi drive to all attractions. All in all probably the best place on the island.

Great resort for a relaxing holiday. It is very quite and private. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so many choices. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff are very polite and helpful. It is about 10 minutes away from the airport which is great for arriving and departing. The 3 swimming pools are lovely. There are great restaurants on the beach […] at the rear of the resort. When entering the Indigo Pearl from the airport my initial reaction was less than favorable- but that was only at the very fist look as the security guard slid the barricade and I was greeted with the hotel sign that was in keeping with the hotel theme- A tin mine. Once I knew that- everything was great. I have traveled to many places and this was the […] best hotel I have ever used. The free breakfast was vast, friendly and delicious. The pools were delightful and the dining room comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and enjoyable. The beach was only minutes away. The service was so exceptionally friendly! Pikky at the registration desk was outstanding in her efforts to help us in any way we needed. She is a real asset to the Indigo Pearl. We would return in an instant whenever our journey would take us to Phuket! If we could rid Thailand of a few mosquitos, it would be heaven! Devamı

Wonderful, relaxing, exceeded expectations in nearly every way. Room was massive. Staff was very nice. Hotel ammenities excellent but a bit overpriced. Take the 3 min walk to the beach and enjoy wonderful Thai food (The Octopus restaurant is amazing!) and chartered tours/taxis at less than half the price of the concierge desk.

A real 5 star retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the likes of Patong Beach, yet offering the beach on the doorstep and enough shops, restaurants and bars adjacent. This hotel is about 4 star. We had a wonderful time there. The grounds are extensive and the pool pavillions are reasonable size. The decor and sculptures around the hotel are quirky making it fun and interesting. The staff are all friendly. The rooms could do with a better standard of cleaning as we found the bathrooms and floor were not cleaned […] when the maid came. There are many places to eat just outside that are very reasonably priced, but the food at the hotel is also very good. Services such as buggy rides around the hotel should be more available. An amazing place to relax! Loved the 3 pools and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the layout of the resort is stunning. The buffet breakfast is great, lots to pick from! And the adjoining Nai Yang beach is beautiful, much more peaceful and tranquil than Patong beach. The hotel is close to the airport so […] it is a bit far from the busy Patong but that is the reason why we chose to stay here - we stayed at the Indigo after staying in Karon for a few days and found it an excellent way to end our holiday. This hotel is beautiful with amazing attention to detail. Great breakfast. Dinner at the Black Orchid is a trip and a treatment at the spa s a must. The pools are gorgeous, loved the tiles. Beautiful resort! Good value especially in off season. A bit far from Phuket town and Patong, so definately the place to go if you want relaxation and pampering. The Coqoon spa was beautiful!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Indigo Pearl for our honeymoon. We thought it was in a nice location with beach access right outside the resort. Specific details other travelers may find useful would be: 1) Indigo Pearl is located near the airport - it takes about 45 minutes to get into Phuket Town and the Markets, and the Giant Buddha and Elephant […] Safari etc - so although the location is nice - if its important for you to stay in amongst the action, this is probably a bit far away. The taxi driver we used however was sooo nice (not associated with the hotel) but he made it really easy and affordable for us to travel into the city. 2) The resort has the most amazing restaurant called Black Ginger (I think), I would definitely recommend trying this out during your stay - you won't be disappointed. 3) The room we stayed in was pretty cool - but thought it needed more maintenance or something.... or maybe just cause its got that real Quirky/Construction Design throughout the resort perhaps that's how it was supposed to look. Bed and pillows were so comfy, TV selection was great, free bottled water is a bonus, there is a little superette down the road to get cheap snacks and a bunch of really affordable restaurants down at the beach too, staff were all very friendly and courteous. Indigo Pearl is amazing. It's obvious that a lot of money was spent/is being spent to create and upkeep this Thailand gem. The resort as a whole has everything you could desire (3 very different pools, great gym, several restaurants and plenty of bookable activities). The rooms were extremely comfortable and the design is very unique. They absolutely […] nail the 'little things' and service with a smile is prompt and helpful if needed. A great addition to this resort is directly outside on the beach where there are several great bars/restaurants run by the locals to indulge in. Food and drinks are over half the price of that offered at the hotel and as you sit at a table, literally on the beach, enjoying a cocktail as the sun sets over the water, you know you made the right choice to stay at Indigo Pearl. Couples, Families, Friends...this place caters very well for everyone. It's away from the hussle of Patong and Phuket town and close to the airport for convenience. We had an amazing honeymoon here (note: if you are celebrating your honeymoon, bring a copy of your marriage certificate to prove it and you'll be well looked after) Devamı

Very nice, luxurious hotel. Love the tin mine theme, still very elegant. Nice room. Breakfast buffet could be improved with a wider selection that is comparable to other five star hotels. Nai yang beach was much nicer than patong.

The room and grounds were spacious. Despite the popularity of the hotel an number of guests it never appeared crowded. The three pools and number of restaurants were relaxed and well serviced without feeling you were among a crowd or having to wait for service.

My daughter and I stayed at Indigo Pearl for 5 nights from the 26th-31st January, we had a wonderful relaxing time. The staff were extremely professional and could not help you enough, the breakfast was amazing. I would certainly recommend this hotel as it has all the five star extras you look for. It is very close to the airport which is a plus but […] the only downside would be that it is 30/40 minutes away from Phuket town and other major attractions but if this doesnt worry you and you don't mind the taxi fare it is a great choice. Excellent hotel for families and couples alike (separate pools for adults and kids). Very funky theme, good amenities and lots to do. Great spa. Beach isnt as nice as others, but not bad and incredibly convenient for the airport (but with no air traffic noise). There was a bit of a bug problem in our room (hence the rating - otherwise it was very clean), […] but they sprayed each night for us. Service is generally excellent, other than Rivet Grill, where the staff had a bad attitude and food quality as well as service was poor. Stayed at the Indigo based on the excellent review... which will make us very cautious about this approach next time. The hotel is nice, but cramped, no space whatsoever. We had a pool pavillon, very small garden, high walls, and never used it because: 1) no sun in there and 2) pool has a roof and water is very cold. So useless! Even the common gardens […] lack space, the hotel should have 60-70 rooms at max. Food is so-so, bordering on ridiculous when their "star" menu comprised canadian lobster (in a country where you find local spiny lobsters everywhere...). Rooms are noisy and badly insulated, we hardly slept between the neighbor tv, conversation from the room above and airplane from close-by airport (do not believe them when they say you do not hear the planes...) which is less than 1 mile away... In a nutshells, would be a good four star, definitively not five... far from five! Devamı

We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous hotel but were disapointed that an email requesting twin beds had not been acted on. The staff did their best to find us another room and keep the inconvenience to a minimum. One minor criticism - for a hotel of this calibre I expected to be served fresh coffee at breakfast. My husband & I stayed in the Pool Pavillion suite from Nov 25th for 5 nights, and really enjoyed our stay in this quirky resort. The room was beautifully decorated and cleaned daily. At night the staff would come around and light the tealight candles by the pool and the citronella coil. The resort was well away from the crowds and chaos of Patong. Having the airport so close we thought we may have heard the constant noise from the planes landing and taking off, however we barely even noticed them, if at all. There are 3 beautiful large pools plus the beach to choose from. We mostly ate at the beach restaurants during the evenings and at lunch, as the hotel restaurants were much pricier. The breakfast's each morning were plentiful and satisfying. Choose this resort if you are after pure relaxation and seclusion and you will not be disappointed. Stayed in the pool pavillion room for 4 nights Dec 2011. Picked this hotel because it was well away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and it reviewed quite well. The hotel is nice and his its own unique chic design which you either love or hate. We stayed 3 nights at the Indigo Pearl and our only complaint was that, given the ongoing renovation work in two areas of the complex, some of the signs on the pathways giving directions to locations elsewhere in the resort seemed misleading. Other than that, we were extremely impressed. We stayed in one of the beautifully designed Pearl Bed Suites. […] The emphasis was not just on appearance, however, as the shower was fantastic and the bed was probably the most comfortable one we'd even slept in! We loved this hotel with its tin mining theme that was expressed sympathetically across the complex with beautiful detailing and artworks. The hotel staff were exemplary, as were the breakfasts! we had a late flight the night of our check out and the hotel team provided us with a smaller room to use until we needed to leave for the airport free of charge […] - this was just one of the many aspects that makes the hotel so amazing - others include the lanscaping, the inifinty pools, proximity to the beach, to name a few. We were looking for a place away from the crowds of Patong Beach. Indigo Pearl fit the bill perfectly. While renovations were happening in part of the resort, the remaining grounds and buildings were fantastic. The food and service were great, including some terrific sushi in one of the bars. If you're looking for exciting nightlife, this is not your […] place. But if you are looking for a relaxing romantic getaway, I suggest booking one of the rooms with either a private pool or the two-person tub on the private balcony. We loved this hotel. It is very close to the airport. You can walk out to the beach or use the pools at the hotel. There is enough to do that you can just stay at the hotel for your entire vacation. It seemed very family friendly in terms of the nightlife. The staff were fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable with very large bathrooms.

This is a secluded place, so if you're just looking to relax on a beach and spa, then this is a great resort. If you want to travel around Phukett, this hotel is not the best for that.
