We rented a house outside disney in fl . The house was verry clean nice area everything we needed was in the house made our trip even 10x better. When i come back from deployment we are planning to rent again for two weeks loved it thank you for helping our vacation become a great memory

The house and pool were excellent. No internet access and cable TV is poor. Contact -1-800 number only works in USA, however when we did get through on a week-end, we did get a very prompt reply and quick assistance with our problem.

Had a hard hard time figuring out how to check in. It was like an amazing rat race figuring out where to go to get the keys to check in. No one told us we had to register online 24 hours prior to checking in. Spent hours on the phone and waiting for them to call back. 5 hours later we ended up figuring out on our own where to go and what to do as a […] friend listened to a pre recorded message that any staff could have easily told us but didn't. The house was very nice and in a nice neighborhood. We paid extra for the private pool but did not use it more than once for about 15 minutes due to the fact that the water was cold and they would charge you to turn on the heating for the pool. I called the property management to ask for the water jets in the pool to be turned on but they weren't very clear about it only operating at certain times and wasn't very friendly about it. The VCR did not work and there wasn't enough toilet paper in both bathrooms. It ran out and we had to use our own tissues. The beds were very hard. Myself and another friend got rashes from sleeping in them and from sitting on the sofa. Not sure if it was the bed bugs or something else. I really hated the fact that 2 bathrooms had to be shared by 6 people and we ran out of toilet paper. Besides that, the house was very nice and reasonably priced. Devamı

Our stay was okay but I have stayed in better circumstances. The cons of the house were the cleaniess of the house was not that great, dead insects on the floor, hair in the bed, not enough towels, sink clogged, dirty ice bucket and the mattress was very very uncomfortable. The pros, the pool was cleaned, the directions to resturants, malls, and parks […] were easy to locate. Yes I would recommend to someone else but inform them of disappointments they may find in this particular property. Devamı

We stayed at one of the Legacy Vacation Homes properties during our recent vacation in Orlando. Once they have your money, do not expect to hear from anyone for any reason. The property was clean and in general, well maintained. The problem is you cannot get to a person to report or resolve a problem during the day or after business hours. The only […] option is voice mail or email, and no one ever calls back or confirms anything. For us, the problem was the smoke detectors in 2 of the rooms would beep all night with a low battery condition. We contacted the Legacy Vacation Homes management to try to get the issue repaired. Since it was after hours, we left a voice message that evening and again the following morning. Two days later, we still could not get in touch with anyone from Legacy Vacation Homes. We ended up purchasing earplugs so we could sleep at night. When we left after 7 days, the smoke detector still beeped and we had still not heard from anyone at Legacy Vacation Homes. Devamı

The home I stayed had no internet access. The pool was not heated. The carpet was not clean. The house my family stayed was not well maintained. \ I would say it was an okay rental home.

Could not get into house for 2 hours after check-in time because house was not cleaned. The bathrooms all had mold in the showers with 2 being so bad we could not use them. Screen to pool area was ripped therefore pool had to be constantly cleaned. Neighborhood was not great and condition of the grass made it so outside could not be used, completely […] dead with weeds. The location was great for everything from Disney to stores. All in all, I planned on using this place in September but after staying there I do not think I'll be using hotels.com any longer. Devamı

It is a house in a community, where almost half of people are really living there. This is a perfect home-stay: big rooms, fully furnished, great maintained, good location and had everything you need at home. If you don't expect anything else, close this window now. Two things drove me crazy, crazy, crazy! First, the internet access is so bad. Very […] very weak. If you want to buy tickets online, don't even think about open the homepage! Second, most ridiculous customer service ever! They had a number you can call, and it is a record message let you call another number. I called the other number, it is a voice menu. Every single menu lead you to a website link or an email address. There is NO REAL PERSON! You can only leave a voice message or write them an email to wait to let them contact you back! There is no customer service after 5pm or before 8am or weekends. Emergency service call is charged. Basically, you can't get any efficient response. If you can make sure you won't get any problem, No. 1 choice here. Or, you screwed. People don't have patience like me, nuts about this place. Really really drove me crazy! Devamı

The house was amazing. Better than we expected. Very organized spacious and clean. Well stocked with extra linens and plenty of cooking utensils. Couldn’t find any chemical to clean the pool, so we were unable to use it. I'm planning many more trips back to Florida and I will be using Legacy Homes again.

Only real problem with the house is it took 5 days for the pool to heat up to be able to swim in.

Legacy was superb ! The home was absolutely beautiful and well managed. We loved the convenience and location. We have booked again for May and can't wait. Lots of towels, housewares and toiletries. Thank you, Renee and Bradley L

Legacy's houses are always top notch. The only difficulty in this one was the way too soft beds. If adults have to sleep on the twin beds, it's not a good thing.

The quality of the rental itself met and surpassed our expectations. However, the lack of professionalism on the part of the owners ruined our stay. They were very invasive and rude!!

No welcome packet; individual rules pasted haphazrdly around house on walls, some of which we should have known on check in such as trash days, handling trash, washing clothes, etc. . No phone call during entire stay to ask if all was OK even after I called to complain about lack of basic supplies. I have rented vacation homes before and you get at […] least a start with the basics. If you know several individuals are staying, it would seem like more than one roll of toilet paper would be needed. No trash bags, paper towels, dish cleaner, kleenex to start with. Fan not working in living room and no pool lights. On the surface looks good, but customer service stinks. I would not stay again or recommend. While I expected to buy food, I did not expect that I would have to buy toilet paper the next day. Any place I have ever stayed initially stocks based on the number of individuals in the house. Finally, I received no evaluation or customer survey to complete which means they are not interested in whether they please the traveler or not. I didn't like the fact that it was so hard to actually talk to someone. The check in instructions were confusing and before arriving in Florida there was noway to have our questions answered. However once we arrived at our 5 bedroom pool house rental, everything was absolutely wonderful! The house was huge, clean, and well maintained. The house was just great. Lots of room, very clean and service was great. The location was about 20 minutes from Orlando which allowed us to relax after long days in the city. I will definitely be coming back.
