but avoid the side with the construction work

It is a very nice and good hotel, the moment you step in the hotel, u will feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel, it even have a room specially prepare for u, I am a regular somerset hotel customer.

I had read some negative reviews on this hotel, but decided to take a chance and was rewarded with a clean comfortable hotel in a good location. Staff were efficient and friendly. The location is close to major shopping centres, the Petronas Towers, the KL tower and the KL monorail. The only negative is the breakfast, which was quite ordinary. They […] need to deliver more breakfast choices and definitely serve real coffee. If they could fix that issue, the place would be great. Was a pleasant getaway . Had lots of good F & B hangouts within walking distance. Room was clean & comfortable. Wish the housekeeping team were a little more consistent though.

good for family. small pool was not bad. frugal breakfast, good people. small convenience. I recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here, its OK but nothing special. For the money I think you can do better in KL.

After swapping hotels a few times we found this hidden jewel. More of an apartment than a hotel room. Staff is excellent, it all is excellently run. Only minus was the lousy breakfast (this seems to be the result of any Asian hotel trying to copy European breakfast).

This is quite a good hotel in a very convenient location. It is near many restaurants and bars and close to the large shopping centres. The staff were very helpful.

Lovely place to stay. The apartment was so much better than we expected it to be - spacious and very clean! It was so nice to come back to after a tiresome day. Excellent location. Only 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Staff were also very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Our room was a 2 bedroom apartment which had a bathroom for the kids room plus an ensuite for our huge bedroom. It also had a loungeroom, dining room and kitchen with everything you need and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, a full size fridge and even a washer/dryer. The loungeroom was very comfortable with DVD player and […] numerous channels. I think this hotel is more aimed at long term business travellers but after a week in Phuket with 2 small kids it was perfect to have all the comforts of home for them to relax and watch a movie. The pool is in shade for half the day so was pretty cold while we were there. Although breakfast was sufficient, there wasn't a huge selection, which was a bit hard to get anything that the kids would eat. The hotel is in the Golden Triangle and was easily walking distance to great shopping and eateries including the Petronis Towers and KLCC. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Somerset, especially the friendly reception staff, and would definately recommend it. Devamı

Fantastic place to stay - the rooms are very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It's in a great location if you are unfamiliar with Kuala Lumpur, with a large selection of western bars and restaurants a minutes walk away . The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I would recommend the Somerset Seri Bukit Ceylon to anyone I know going […] to KL. Devamı

In una posizione centrale molto strategica offrè la possibilità di accedere alla zona centrale in condizioni di struttura e servizio all'altezza delle 4 stelle di cui si fregia. Pulita e spaziosa la camera, con vista sulla torre della televisione, a un prezzo economico

Hotellet ligger bra - det är väldigt nära bra barer och restauranger. Inom 5 minuters promenad är man på stora shoppinggatan med bl.a. BB Plaza. Det tar kanske tio minuter att gå till Pavillion (i mitt tycke bästa shoppingen) och en kvart att gå till KLCC/PetronasTowers. Storleken på rum är bra - vi hade två badrum med duschar på en tre:a! Rummen skulle […] behöva en uppfräschning - inte för att det var slitet men det kändes lite sunkigt med laminatgolv som inte riktigt sitter bra. Det kändes även tydligt att någon tidigare gäst hade rökt en hel del i lägenhten. Det finns ett bra gym som alltid var outnyttjat. Likaså fanns det en pool (som såg fräsch ut), men poolområdet låg i konstant skugga då det ligger "inmejslad" på våning 4 och i skugga av de andra 15+ våningshusen runt omkring. Frukosten var även den lite sunkig (eller åtminstone sunkigt serverad) - det kändes budget. Vår treåriga son hade sönder ett glas (sånt händer när man har klinkers på golven) vilket vi naturligtvis ersatte - men vi blev lite förvånade att Sumerset ville ha 66 kr för ett dricksglas. Och det kan summera hotellet - diskrepansen mellan förväntan på denna prisnivå och vad du verkligen får är lite för stor. Tidigare erfarenheter från Somerset har varit mycket positiva. El hotel está ubicado en una avenida importante que soporta mucho tráfico, y la consguiente contaminación, pero está a "walking distance" de varios centros comerciales y del monumento nacional. El personal se esfuerza por agradar y servir al huésped en todo momento. El buffet de desayuno es excelente.

El hotel es bastante bueno, La atención del personal es excelente. Muy colaboradores y serviciales. La habitación es muy cómoda, tipo "apart-hotel" pues tiene cocina completa, con todos los utensilios para cocinar. Tiene además sala y comedor. Lo único negativo es el desayuno, bastante pobre y descuidado. No limpian las mesas ni atienden a los huéspedes […] como debería ser. Nosotros optamos por comprar lo básico y tomar desayuno en la habitación. Devamı
