Excellent hotel for the location.

beautiful hotel, well appointed rooms, good breakfast, great views over harbour, FREE internet

Sited on the river elbe, this is a perfect setting for boating enthusiasts and relaxation. The boat station is right outside with a short trip into the main city. One stop across the river and there are buses frequently into to city. One ticket does boats buses and trains and is a real bargain!

The hotel was fantastic and the room on the river had a sensational view. The rooms are very comfortable but very basic and you need to ask for extra pillows. The location was great as it was very easy to catch the ferry into town. The only let down was the service of the staff at the front desk. They could not speak very good English and could not […] even recommend a good fish restaurant for us to eat at although we were in a seaside town. The breakfast was very good. Hamburg is not at all friendly to people with prams or wheelchairs so beware of that. Devamı

Great modern hotel situated very close to Airbus Hamburg. Staff were very friendly & efficient. A little out from the centre of town but this can be reached by bus or taxi. Tip for those coming from the airport. You can take bus 39 from there to Teufelsbrück which takes approx 1.15 hrs & then the ferry across to the hotel. The ferry will take no more […] than 3 minutes. Das Personal ist vom Hausmeister, über die Empfangsdamen bis hin zur Reinigungskraft nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Fragen ist das Personal sofort eingegangen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und waren zu Zweit. Ein Zimmer mit Elbblick hätten wir für 20 € pro Nacht buchen können. Der ADAC-Rabatt gilt leider nicht mehr, […] da die Hotelkette (vorher Tulip, jetzt Rilano) dies nicht mehr mit dem ADAC vereinbart hat. Aber auch die Zimmer mit Parkplatzblick waren den Sternen entsprechend. Der 1. Inhalt der Minibar (4 Softgetränke) ist kostenlos. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut gedämmt. Man hört weder den Fährenverkehr noch laute Musik aus der Hotellobby. Der Wellnessbereich (ohne Aufpreis nutzbar) wurde leider von den anderen Gästen sehr unaufgeräumt hinterlassen, da aber Silvester war, war das Personal mit der großen Gala beschäftigt. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Vor dem Hotel hält direkt eine Fähre, die bis zu den Landungsbrücken fährt. Zurück sollte man allerdings ein wenig auf die Uhr schauen, da die Fähre dann nicht mehr bis vorm Hotel fährt, sondern nur bis eine Station davor. Von dort sind es dann entweder 3 Minuten Autofahrt, oder 20 Minuten Fußweg. Devamı

bahnhof Hamburg ist beschwerlich und leider auf der Internetseite des Hotels nicht beschrieben. Das Hotel und die Gastronomie ist sehr gut.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf Anfrage haben wir sofort ein kostenloses Kinderbett bekommen. Sehr höflich und freundlich alle Mitarbeiter. Zimmer und Bad ist schön. Man kann den ganzen Tag Schiffe schauen. Einziger Punkt ist, dass man ca. 30 Min. benötigt um in die Stadt zu kommen.

Bien mais sûrement plus sympathique du côté du fleuve !

Très bien placé si l'on va chez Airbus. Très bon standing

Wer nicht gleich den Hamburger Trubel und die üblichen Großstadtprobleme haben möchte, ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Mit dem Fährschiff ist man in 30min an den Landungsbrücken.... Die Zimmer richtig groß und vermutlich sind die Suiten mit Blick auf die Elbe. Jeden Stern wert !

Modernes Haus - sehr gutes Frühstück - einwandfreier Service -

Excellent niveau d'acceuil, de service et de restauration.

Beställt och fått bekräftat icke rökrum. Trots detta fick vi besked om att alla var upptagna. i samtal med ledningen dagen efter fick vi veta att en bokning med bekräftelse skall ses som en önskan och den kan inte förväntas bli uppfylld. Vad är det för mening med att boka icke rökrum när man får "skära" sig in i rummet? Hälsningar! Reine

Udskift de "døde" dyner. Placer personale både i restaurent og bar - så ventetiden ikke bliver så lang. MEN - vi var meget tilfredse med den mad der blev lavet i køkkenet - super både middag og morgenmad. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende.

This is the best hotel within its price range I have experienced in Hamburg. The only aspects which could be improved are , in my view, the fitness room and the restaurant options. The fitness room is only equipped for machine type exercise and completely useless for guests who wish to make gymnastic-type exercises requiring an exercise mat and hand […] weights.
