There is no off-ramp if coming from the north on hwy 1 - you must go to next exit, turn around and come back. There is an off-ramp when coming from the south.

Information about hotel amenities were inaccurate. Wireless Internet not available to rooms, fridge not available, microwave in lobby. Was on business trip, needed to complete work online, unable to because what service they have was down. Undependable service. Extremely disappointed. Noisy guests. When doors close they slam. So any guest coming in […] throughout night caused doors to slam which echos down hallway, woke me many times throughout night. Also any guest visiting other guests rooms when walking through hallways, footsteps can be heard. Rooms are not very quiet from inside noises. My room was very nice. I had problems with the internet, so I may not stay at that location again.

I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised of the level of great service and the cleanliness of this hotel. For the price we paid to stay, we definitely got a great bargain. I am very cautious about deals, I do believe that you get what you pay for, but in this instance - I got far more than what I paid for.

No air conditioning in room and for 3 nights the internet was down for the complete building. General Manager Maurice said if I didn't book thru Hotels.com, he would have been able to cancel my reservation but since I did book thru hotels.com, he couldn't do anything about my issue and said remember not to stay here the next time.

I rented this room to get some rest before a drive back to Virginia. The hotel was nice and plain. I was surprised they had an underground garage, and it was nice to wake up to a warm car before my drive.. The beds were huge and comfortable, and there was a little bed/window seat that would easily accommodate a 5th child/small adult in a pinch.The room […] could use a little decoration and remodeling. The giant mirror on taking almost the entire wall behind the beds was a little creepy (or sexy, depending on why you're there, though the room doesn't exactly scream 'romance'). Finally, they need to install new shower heads. The existing ones do not compliment the high water pressure and borders on painful. It was a little expensive based on what you got, but reasonable based on the other hotels in the area. No bad, but not great. Devamı

Great friendly service (& we checked in late at night -- the clerk was extremely polite, helpful & personable). The clerk in the morning was also great & was dealing with many tasks at the time (due to serving the continental breakfast, answering calls & questions, and making coffee). Very great service & comfy beds for the weary traveler!

We found this hotel very clean, rooms included all the amenities needed for a short stay and very efficiently designed making the space very comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental but free! Eating space was limited but you could take food back to your room where there was eating space as well.

First time staying at this hotel, or a Microtel period. GREAT hotel. I live in the area, and my fiance was here this weekend, and we chose this one. We will definitely be staying here again if the need arises. Staff was very gracious and polite, room was very comfortable, the temperature was easy to control. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing about it was that it was out of the way and a bit confusing to get to, but once you found your way not too bad.

Not bad, but I had higher expectations. The sofa in the hall way o the 2nd floor is shabby and immediately tarnished the impression. The website said it would be a full breakfast but it was the usual continental breakfast, but the major breakfast disappointment was the seating area capacity - just 2 tables for 6 people in total. More guests come down […] at any moment for breakfast and there is no place to seat down. The orange juice jar was empty and it took 10 minutes for a staff person to notice that. At checkout, I came to the front desk and it was unattended. So I decided to make an experiment and see when the front desk person stop chatting merrily with another two of staff in the adjacent room, door ajar. Sadly, the experiment had to be stopped due to lack of time and patience because they wouldn't even bother check for hotel guests in need for attention. Devamı

The Wi - Fi was the only disappointment weak, didn't function from room. No eggs, sausage, bacon, or waffles @ comp. breakfast.

We have chosen to stay at Microtels when traveling because of their consistent cleanliness, excellent customer service, dependable breakfasts, and reasonable price. This Dover, Delaware Microtel was above and beyond in every category. The rooms are spacious in this hotel with every amenity one could wish. My husband and I went to the Monster Mile for race weekend and stayed at this motel. It was clean, the staff was very personable, and the rooms were really nice. Parking was under the building so we did not get wet when the rain started that Saturday. Overall, I would go back there again for another stay.

The room was small but the hotel was very nice. The hotel staff was not friendly but was not rude either.

The hotel lobby was nice and the free breakfast had a large variety. There is underground parking which is a plus in bad weather. We noticed that the room we had was smaller than the rest, but it was just off the elevator. It's on a main highway, however we didn't hear any outside noise.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Check in was good however I have been a frequent hotel.com customer I have had 18 stays at different hotels in the past 6 months I am one night away from my 2nd free hotel room and this hotel room was UNACCEPTABLE!! It was the size of a college dorm room (LITERALLY) the 20 inch (1980) TV was on top of the closet which u had to strain […] your neck to look at, they did NOT even have a microwave,or a refrigerator, or sofa or chair to sit on just a desk connected to the wall! ! The shower pressure was horrible! Some of the holes in the shower head water did not come out of them! The towels had a funny smell! When I called the front desk to upgrade and change the room and I wanted to pay the difference they said they can't do anything and hung up rudely. I called hotels.com and they were no help at all! I was very, very disappointed in this customer service experience I received from HOTELS.COM and MICROTEL INN & SUITES in Dover, DE. I WILL NEVER, NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS WAS OFFERED ON HOTEL.COM!!!! Devamı

The room was very, very small although it has a window seat (for some reason). There was no dresser or bureau, just a closet with the TV on top and a desk. Overall it was a clean room and the stay was ok, however we went back to our room on Saturday evening (we were there for 2 nights) and the room card did not work. The breakfast was not even worth […] putting out (cereal, coffee, bagels) and it was out at 3:30 am even though it wasnt supposed to be available till 5:30 am, so it was not fresh. I was pleasently surprised at how nice this hotel was seeing what group it's a part of. I've stayed at 3 of the other Wyndham hotels very recentely and had horrible experiences at all of them. This hotel though was great. Check in went quick. The room was spotless and very up to date. I wondered if they recentely remodeled or if the hotel is just new. […] The whole hotel is non-smoking so there was no smoke odor anywhere which was such a change from the other Wyndham hotels. The only complaint if I even have one is that the guy at the front desk was on a personal phone call when I arrived and I had to interrupt him 3 times in order to ask him questions that he should have told me about in the beginning. Also, the shower head in the room had poor water pressure so it took forever to take a shower and the shampoo the hotel uses is horrible. Other than those very small issues, the place was perfect. Our stay was very good, only had a hard time to find it. With the help of Maurice he got us to the hotel.

My sister and I really enjoyed the room overall. The beds are very comfortable and also the pillows. You're so comfortable that you do not want to get up and get some of the continental breakfast that they serve. Staff is friendly and helpful when questions arrive.

The hotel was very nice, clean and very convenience, nice parking lot and you name it. Free breakfast and the receptionist was very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to others. The only thing I had comment was the shower curtain needs to be washed. I can smell something but not bad.

This hotel was pretty nice. It looked relatively new and It kind of reminded me of a college dorm, but it was cool none the less. Very clean and well kept. The only think I really didn't like was the absence of table lamps and the corded shower that was kind of a nuisance to use, other than that it was a pretty cute hotel.
