I was actually pleasantly surprised when I stepped into my room. The outside looks kind of old looking, and the neighborhood not the best, but the room was nice and actually remodeled. The bathroom had granite and the toilet was brand new. The bed was a little hard but clean and the carpeting looked fairly new as well. It was comfortable and a good […] value for the money. I was not happy with this hotel at all. The room was cold and drafty drab ligthing and not at all fresh smelling upon entry. The continental breakfast consisted of stale items that were served and was located right behind another hotel with people who hung out outside of their rooms making it uncomfortable to even walk to the stores nearby for meals. I […] was afraid and uncomfortable the moment my husband had to walk out the door for business and remained cooped up in the room with my four year old daughter the remainder of our stay. Devamı

The hotel attendant had broken english and was unable to help me to get to the hotel after i got lost.

The price was right but, the host weren't very good hostess... My room had no towels pps room wall paper was coming off. When it was check put time they sent two different people up to tell us check time is at 11 and we still had 45 minutes. As though I was being rush for no reason, as at breakfast the milk was warm as if It was microwaved...also to […] top it off when we were leaving I seen a few baby roaches on the room door Ewwwww.... I threw my bag away and clothes no need to take little creatures bad home with me.... The next time I plan on having a affair with a fat ugly chick I'll stick to the parking lot.....period Devamı

Hotel is comfortable and well-maintained, but the location is not good. Subway station for downtown is too far to walk, but has park and ride lots. Included breakfast is adequate, but just that. Decent value for an inexpensive hotel.

The hotel itself isn't too bad. The exterior is beat-up and the Red Roof Hotel that it sits behind looks like something out of a Mad Max Film. Now inside the hotels rooms are fine. The staff is nice but not very efficient. The real problem is that they STINK. I don't mean as people. I mean literally that they STINK. They smell. It's a problem of Body […] Odor from their arm pits. It makes the entire front room where you check in smell horrible. This is to such an extent that you have to put your shirt over your nose and still your eyes burn. They don't care either. So that's it. That's my review. Not a comment on culture just smell when dealing with the public and serving their breakfast. Devamı

this is one of the worst hotels yet , the room was made up but you could tell the toilet had clearly been used cause there was left matter, also the breakfast was the cheapest ever just toast and butter, unlike how they advertise continental. The staff are friendly but the hotel's upkeep makes them loos a ton of points, I will never stay here again […] . Devamı

Our bathroom door would not shut at all because it was not mounted properly, and our beds sagged pretty badly. The neighborhood was scary, and we just brought minimal baggage to avoid multiple trips from the car. Even in the light of day the next morning, we loaded up and left quickly because people were lingering around and made us uncomfortable.

The carpet was coming up in places, the bathroom door did not shut, the toilet was not secure to the floor -- it would rock when sat upon. The non-smoking rooms were a joke -- our rooms and the hallway stunk horribly of smoke, and the lobby smelled of urine. The electrical outlet seemed to be a fire hazard, the security door located in the center of […] the building was unlocked, even in the middle of the night. We had four people staying in our room, and did not receive enough towels; when I requested an additional towel, the front desk employee said, "You want towel, you come get it." The milk in the continental breakfast was just a pitcher sitting on the counter. The one bright spot of the room was the beds. They were very comfortable, even though the sheets did not fit and kept coming off the mattress. We also were supposed to have an ironing board, iron, and hair dryer, and none were present in the room. Devamı

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EVER. THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY AND THE HEAT DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM. AND WHEN I COMPLAINED NOTHING WAS DONE.

Simply NOTHING good to say about this hotel!

The facility was dirty and it smelled really bad. The room itself was not that bad if you don't consider getting a room you didn't ask for. It was nasty in there. Also there was hammering all night long in a few rooms down where they were fixing things in a room. Plus the breakfast was old and nasty will old bagles and sour milk with stale cereal. EWW. […] It was horrible that me and my fiancé signed out early and left even though we paid for two nights. Thats how bad it was.When we got there to check in they told us in 20 minutes because they were still cleaning it and then we had to sit there in a smelling lounge for an hour and twenty five minutes before it was ready. Trust me it still didn't look clean. Also there is a safety door where you swipe your room key to get access and it was broken you could just pull the door open and get into the room. Also it is in a horrible neighbor hood. No where near the harbor. Only a drive away but nothing to do or feel safe around the area. Devamı

Overall the hotel was great for the price that I paid. It had a microwave and fridge which I was not expecting at all. The bad thing is that you don't get internet access in the rooms as they say. Teh signal os very weak and you have to go to the lobby area. The bathrooms are old and needs repairing. I also didn't like that they didn't clean the bathroom. […] They just replaced the towels. I had to tell the front desk make sure my bathroom is cleaned every day. I should not have to do that. After telling them they did clean it but it's just old and needs fixing up Devamı
