"sofitel spa really has an amazing spa"
no complaints... everything from the poolside to spa to lobby area was perfection...staff friendly and helpful... HOWEVER....the bar on the first floor...service was a bit slow.....otherwise best trip...all becauase of the hotel location and experience...have been fortunate enough to travel to many places...but would most certainly return!

Overall a great hotel with convinient location within an easy walk or quick taxi ride to the old town and bars, restaurants and attractions nearby. A perfect choice for someone not wanting to stay in the middle of the medina but still close enough to get there quickly and easily. Overall very satisfied, however, the rooms have thin walls and you can hear simple conversations between rooms. Our neighbors were not being "loud," yet it was easy to hear their conversations. We had to put our TV on high volume to block the noise. Restaurants in the hotel are not surprisingly overpriced for just average food. I could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel was an absolute pleasure. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive to all my needs. The breakfast buffet was great, and priced very well for a 5 star hotel. The pool area was impeccable and beautiful...as were the grounds. This was my first time using Hotels.ca and staying in a Sofitel and I was truly impressed. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The room was extremely spacious and beautiful over looking the two pools. We ate at the rooftop restaurant and used the spa. Both were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sofitel. L'hôtel est extrêmement bien placé, les chambres sont très confortables et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous sommes partis au mois de juin, et nous avons fortement apprécié l'immense piscine de l'hôtel. Sehr gepflegtes, schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel in bester Lage. Der Jamaal El Fna ist sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gutes Essen bei schönem Ambiente.
