Very well run hotel, clean, efficient and friendly staff. Smoking in lobby very unpleasent, however. Rooms are good, fine, comfy beds, but not very convenient og hygienic that toilet and bathroom are separats rooms. Great location, just off Nevskij Prospekt. Fair rates. Small gym, reasonably equipped (not overwhelming) + turkish steam sauna. Would stay […] there again. Devamı

I traveled here for work. A nice hotel, especially in Russia. quick notes: the wifi didn't work, had to get a wired connection, and had to get a code from the desk periodically to use the network even though it's supposed to be free 24/7. Conveniently close to the train station where the Sapsam connects to Moscow, Nevisky Prospect, and some Metro stations […] too. Devamı

Room was OK but toilet seperate from bathroom with no washbasin in it which we found very inconvenient. No shower cap providd and limited toiletries in bathroom.Terrible view from bedroom window. Bed was large and comfy. Used glasses not removed from room. We were in building 2 which when the front doors were locked meant going in through Building 1 […] and taking TWO lifts and a long hike. Bar staff tried to overcharge ourselves and other guests during 'Happy Hour' Good concierge service. Not as well located as expected, it's a big city and Nevsky Prospekt a long street, this hotel was a long walk to Hermitage etc. Breakfast eye wateringly expensive so we didn't sample it. Devamı

Good location, just around the corner from Nevskey Prospect. It was super hot when we were there in August, and the A/C was not totally cooling the room. However that is standard for Russia, I am told. Good travel agency in hotel lobby, can book shows, etc. I asked for and received bag of ice each night from the bar which I used to ice my injured knee, […] truly appreciated that. Free internet. Good value for money. It is clean and confortable. The restaurant is also a relaxing place. When visiting St. Petersburg, it is important to choose a hotel that is located close to the center. Novotel is 15-20 min walk from the historical center but not on the main road. It is therefore quiet. For those who do not like walking, there is a metro station […] nearby. Devamı

호텔 위치가 아주 좋음.. 넵스키 대로에 위치하고 있으며 지하철, 기차역에서 가까워요... 다른 호텔에 비하여 상당히 깨끗하고 서비스도 괜찮았음.. 다시 상트페테르부르크에 가더라도 1순위 호텔입니다... 아침 조식 부페도 괜찮았음..

Гостиница Новотель находится в самом центре Петербурга, но чуть в стороне от Невского проспекта, то есть там довольно тихо и спокойно. Отель скорее для бизнес-поездок, хотя и для туризма подойдет (нет роскошных видов из окон).

Too expensive, food not very good and very small rooms. But very good area

El hotel es bueno pero su precio es bastante elevado y la tarifa no incluia desayuno. Los rusos no son nada amigables, ni siquiera en los hoteles que se supone viven al menos un poco del turismo

The hotel is of recent construction, rooms are clean, newly furbished and confortable. Not particulary spacious but adequate for 2 people. The hotel is located 4 min walk to the Metro station, so you can easily reach any part of town. We also found that is quite easy an practical to go from the hotel to Pulkovo 1 or 2 airport. Just take the Metro to […] Moskovskaya station and from there a shuttle bus straight to the airport for +/-40Rub instead of 1100-1600Rub of a taxi. Nevskiy Prospekt road just around the corner from the hotel is the main shopping avenue, and in 15 min you can walk to the Ermitage museum or some of the many beautiful cathedrals in the area. Being just around the corner of a main busy street, is also more quiet than you would expect for such central position. We didn't have any problem with noisy neighbours, not sure if due to no one next to us, or soundproofing of the rooms is adequate. The buffet breakfast has everything you may like available, from fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt, different bread types and jam; to bacon, eggs, variety of hams, cheese and smoked fish; also croissants and danish pastries, so you can indeed enjoy having a large breakfast to sustain yourself for a quite a while (expecially if you are there visiting in deep winterr with -12C outside). Staff is more friendly and welcoming that many other hotels I have been in Russia. There is also an AVIS car rental agency in the hotel itself. We also dined in the hotel restaurant one evening; food was good but maybe overpriced; one of the many restaurant around the block offer the same quality for better prices. Definitively to be recommended if the price is in your budget, and you can expect the same service you would in any other Novotel in Europe. Devamı

Hôtel de qualité satisfaisante, moderne situé non loin de la Nevski Prospekt. En retrait néanmoins, ce qui lui garantit une quiétude totale. Les chambres sont propres et lumineuses. Les rangements un peu succints. L'internet est gratuit et illimité. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est de qualité très satisfaisant. Une formule de buffet le soir […] permet aussi de bien se restaurer. Hôtel à recommander et d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Un service de concierge efficace permettant de commander des taxis à prix fixe. (accueil à l'aéroport ou départ depuis l'hôtel). Devamı
