Hellsten Helsinki Senate - Helsinki

We stayed at Hellsten Hotel Senate for five days during easter, and had a room with kitchen/livingroom and bedroom at a very reasonable price. Since Helsinki is pretty much closed during easter, being able to cook for ourselves was vital, and also having a comfortable place to crash. The room was a bit dull, don't expect fancy Finnish design, the furniture […] was worn and the television was tiny and had odd spots of colour, but the size and comfort of the rooms made easily up for that. We also loved the sauna! Additional benefit: The tram stops very close to the building, so unless you love walking: buy a tourist pass and enjoy easy transport home! Devamı

we were surprised that we had selected such a wonderful location, the one bedroom apartment was large and we also had a balcony that opened up the vistta to views of a lot of very historic houses and apartments,it was about 30 seconds walk to the number 4 tram that took you into town cost of 2;30 euro and the location was a 10 minute walk to the boat […] terminal to go to tallin in estonia a very enjoyable trip over night is better as you need more than 4 hours in tallin to take it all when we arrived in helsinki it was snowing heavilyso we caught a taxi from the airport at a cost of 50 euros but on tyhe return the tram to the railway station 2.3 x2 plus the airbus to the airport to the airport 7x2 total 19 euros so a good saving Devamı

This hotel has no on-location service, which makes it a bit cheaper as a place to stay in Helsinki. There is a direct line from your room to a 24hrs reception in one of their other hotels if you need to talk to anyone, so really not a problem. Building A is a hundred years old building that has been repaired to meet needs of this day.Building B seemed to be a little newer. Yleisesti varsin hyvä. Hyvä hinta/laatu-suhde. Ehkä ei olisi ollut yhtä onnistunut jos huone olisi olluta katutasossa

Super prestation. Appartement spacieux et au calme . Situé près du centre (accessible à pied en 5/10 mn et arrêt de tramway au coin de la rue) et à proximité d'une supérette. Attention, il faut penser à contacter l'hotel avant l'arrivée pour obtenir les codes d'accès car il n'y a pas de contact sur place. Gute, einfache Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Aktivurlauber und Selbstversorger. Lediglich Entsorgung der Abfälle wäre verbesserungsfähig (Sammelpunkt hinter dem Haus >> viele Gäste lassen ihre Müllsäcke bei Abreise einfach in Treppenhaus stehen). Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen

Très proche du centre de congrès, un peu excentré mais le centre ville est proche à 10mn de marche. Pas de réception le soir, on retire la clé avec un code. Internet n'est disponible qu'avec un câble, donc pas de chance pour les smartphones.

Удобное, красивое место в старом городе. Все близко. Удивило отсутствие Reseption, но как оказалось, при грамотной организации можно и без нее.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja tilava, hotellista oli helppo lähteä liikenteeseen raitiovaunulla kun pysäkki vieressä.

Lungt och ostört läge men likväl på promenadavstånd från centrum och färjan till Sverige. Rymliga och bekväma rum. Värdefullt med pentry för självhushåll. Vär mycket nöjda!

Selkeät opastukset avaimesta ym. Tosi hyvällä paikalla ratikkareitin varrella. Kauniissa, vanhassa ympäristössä.

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im Haus B im Erdgeschoss - das Schlafzimmer lag genau neben Hauseingangstür und Aufzug. Ein Zimmertausch war nicht möglich, da keine Rezeption vor Ort ist. Das Apartment war von der Größe her gut, jedoch leider schon sehr abgewohnt, nur das Schlafzimmer war OK. Die Küche war dreckig, hier wurde schon länger nicht mehr gründlich […] geputzt. Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren auch klebrig. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren sauber. Beim Duschen setzt man das halbe Bad unter Wasser, also lieber nichts auf die Erde legen ;-) Bei Fragen konnte man ein Telefon benutzen, dass einen mit einem anderen Hellsten Hotel verbindet. Hier mußte mehrmals angerufen werden, bis jemand ranging. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, in 5 min. ist man in der Innenstadt. Alles in allem eher Jugendherbergsstandard, aber das ist dann wenigstens günstiger... Devamı

Zimmerausstattung angemessen, Sauberkeit gut. Vorteil: Ruhige Lage - trotzedem nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Markt und ins Zentrum. Nachteil: 100 % Selbstbedienung, kein Personal, keine Rezeption. Schliessvorrichtungen für Türen sehr effektiv, verursachen aber llästige Störungen der Nachtruhe durch lautes Zuknallen der Türen.
