Shangri-La's Mactan Resort & Spa - Lapu Lapu

We left my kid in The adventure zone, she joined many activites that fulfill all her time. The staff are nice. There are many fishes is the private beaches. We stayed in the hotel for two days and night and enjoy the facilities. However, it is heaven and earth outside the hotel.

One would expect the food in this hotel to be top notch. At a late night dinner and eat the salad that was contaminated. Good thing i had my own medication but nothing came out of the deem investigation of the staff what i told them of the problem. Disappointing. Will not go back there any more.

We had the most enjoyable stay with the whole family. I have to mention that the present General Manager is doing a GREAT job! My daughter left her diamond necklace and it didn't get lost! Thanks a lot!

The Shang-ri La brand excels on providing the best hotel service in the world and the Mactan Resort & Spa represents that statement very well. From the check in to the check out, everything was perfect! We are greeted without hesitation at the door, our bags are tagged and grouped for delivery to our room. We are given fresh juice at the Front Desk […] and are greeted with a smile and a hello by every employee that we pass by. Rooms are very nice, clean, and very well maintained considering the hotel isn't that new. The bathrooms are big (our tub looked slightly old and dirty, even though it wasn't) and there are speakers in the bathroom, so that you can hear the TV or set up mood music. There is so much to do in the resort besides the typical swimming, waterslides, and sunbathing. The resort is on the beach, with the ocean there for swimming (it was a bit rocky for walking in) and lots of beach chairs. The service was a bit slow on the beach because there were no flags or ways to notify the servers that you needed them. There were always enough beach and pool chairs available even though the resort was busy. It never felt over crowded. There is also a 6- hole pitch and putt golf course (if you don't mind sharing, I recommend paying for 1 set of clubs and sharing to save money), water basketball, volleyball, giant chess, a Time Zone, badminton, computer room, X-Box to play with, Adventure Zone (place to drop off your kids with a ball room, arts and crafts, etc), 3 or 4 restaurants and much more. I would recommend this place for families or couples. The spa is supposedly world reknown, but the prices were beyond even US prices, so I didn't have a chance to try it. What a dissapointment ! I stayed because of the good name of the hotel chain and because I wanted a relaxing vacation. The service at check in was great, the room itself was no different than any other chain hotel , the AC did not work had to call maintenance twice also the TV very old meodel no flat screen plasma here. For the price I paid it was not […] worth the money. The resort was huge, private beach- full of kids ! Like staying in a school or a huge holiday camp for Japanese tourists. The 9am breakfast was chaotic, full off people, full of children running around-madness not relaxing at all. The waiting staff were overwhelmed, poor service there. The restaurant Tides - not great food, I ordered the "Chefs Specialty" of fish and chips - frozen white fish in batter non tasting with cold fries, completely horrible. I would not stay here again. If your looking for luxury in comparison with the price they are asking, dont stay here try another resort. Devamı

Very overpriced for what you get in return. They nickel-and-dime you 'till you leave! Very nice and courteous, but not what I expected for the money. The rooms were just adequate and next time in Cebu, I will consider the Hilton for half the price and a nicer view of the ocean. very good hotel if you want to spend time with family vacation there,the hotel service is best and view are so great too.

해변이 모래가 좀 거치긴 하지만 물고기가 많아 재밌는 경험이 가능합니다. 부코바 음식이 제일 좋았습니다. 코코넛 쥬스도 맜있었어요

セブのマクタンへは過去に何度も行きましたが、シャングリラ マクタン リゾート & スパ は、少々値段は高いですが全ての面で今までの中で一番良かったです。きめ細やかなスタッフのサービスにより大変リラックスできました。 朝食のメニューも大変豊富でとえもおいしかったです。 ゆっくりされたい方や子供ずれのご家族にはお勧めです。キッズクラブも充実しています。

2박3일 가족여행 마지막 체크아웃하고 짐 맡겨놓고 아이들 수영장에서 재미있게 놀았어요

ホテルスタッフはみなとても感じよく、気持ちよく過ごせました。海も穏やかできれいで２才の息子もお魚を見たり、プールで遊んだり楽しんでいてよかったです。 食事は残念ながら全く口に合いませんでした。SMなどのモールにも出かけましたが全体においしくなかったので、フィリピンの料理のレベルがそんなに高くないのかなと感じました。１週間程滞在したので毎日全く同じ朝食は（パン以外はあまりおいしくもないので）結構きつかったです。 オーシャンクラブに滞在しましたので好きな時にお茶できたのはよかったです。英語は大丈夫なので我が家は問題ありませんでしたが、日本語ゲストリレーションズにつながる内線に試しに何度かかけてみましたが一度も誰も出ませんでした。 ビーチや海ではタオルと私物（貴重品でないもの、浮き輪とか雑誌とか）を散歩がてら朝行って置いておけばチェアが確保できるので便利でした。 ビーチでアイスコーヒーを頼みましたがうっすいお茶みたいな味でおすすめしません。マンゴージュースなどジュースはおいしいです。 レストランは全て行きましたが上記記載の通りすごく美味しいというのはありません。BUKOBAR(プール近く）のハンバーガーとTIDESでアラカルトで頼むハイナニーズチキンライスやワンタンめんはまぁまぁ美味しかったです。中華レストランは私はかなりレベルが低いなと感じました。noodle系など特に。 海辺のcowrie […] coveのディナーですが、前菜、飲物、と小さめのロブスターを頼んで日本円で13000円ぐらいしました。ロブスターの味を考えると高すぎると思います。 ホテルの前のHola Espanaは、パエリアはそこそこでしたが他はいまいち。 旅先での美味しいご飯が楽しみの我が家なので料理のがっかり度ばかり書いてしまいましたが、総合的に見てホテルはとてもよいところでした。スタッフ良し、敷地良し、海良しという感じで。 滞在中家族の体調不良でmain wingの１Fにあるmedical clinicに何度か行きましたが看護士が日中常駐しており風邪薬とか鎮痛剤とかすぐに出してくれます。ほとんどの平日、3-6PMにドクターもいるようでもう少し本格的な診療と抗生剤などの処方もしてくれるようです。 Devamı

サービスやメインテナンスを含め満足いく素晴らしいホテルでした。また、利用させて頂きます。

今回は、ダイビングするために、夫婦でセブ島を年末年始で訪れました。全部で４泊しましたが、最初の２泊はセブシティのラディソンブルセブホテル。後の２泊はシャングリラにしました。 オーシャンクラブの部屋をHotel.comのサイトで予約しました。 お正月ということもあり、値段は高かったですが、サービス、施設などとても満足できるものでした。 ホテル前のビーチでは、シューケリングができ、餌付けされた魚がたくさんいるので、子連れの方はとても楽しめます。 周りにはあまりレストランなどはなく、ホテル内での食事になりますが、レストランでの食事も思ったよりも高くなかったです。 また、帰りのフライトが夜中だったので、チェックアウト後、かなり時間があったのですが、プールやシャワーなどの施設の利用も可能だったのが助か […] りました。 Devamı

クリスマスシーズンで忙しそうでしたが、スタッフの人達はみんなフレンドリーで対応も素晴らしかったです。ビュッフェなどのメニューも多彩で、いろいろと選べて満足でした。家族連れの人には、最高だと思います。

总体来说酒店还是不错的，虽然有点儿旧，但是服务质量方面还是没得说。性价比美中不足的是沙滩是人工的，沙粒踩上去有点硌脚。带小孩出来旅游是一个不错的选择。

샹그릴라는 언제나 여전한거 같아요. 그림같은 리조트에 넓은 수영장! 경치좋은 바다... 하지만 예전보다 조식이 약간 부실해진거 같은 느낌은 듭니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 리조트입니다.

여기계신 대부분이 그러시겠지만, 저도 개인적으로 숙박만 예약학고 갔습니다. 아침부페는 포함이었지만, 저녁은 사먹었는데요.. 한끼에 2인기준 10만원정도 하구요.. 서비스나 리조트 자체는 명불허전이라고 말하고 싶네요.. 다만, 제 개인적으로 아쉬웠던점은 한국사람이 70% 정도 되는거 같더라구요.. 그리고 특급호텔답게 식사값이 무쟈게 비싸다는거.. 지극히 개인적인 불만들이죠 ^^ 전체적으로는 돈 쓴만큼 만족은 했습니다.

자유여행이라 호텔까지 택시를 이용하려구 했는데예상치 않게 호텔직원분이 픽업하러 나와주셔서 넘 편하게 호텔까지 갈수 있어서 넘 좋았습니다.(단,셔틀버스 이용료는 체크아웃할때 계산하셔야 합니다) 직원분들도 넘 친절하시구 담에 세부를 또 방문한다면 역시 샹그릴라로 ^^

시설과 서비스 모두 넘 만족스러웠습니다

막탄에서는 최고의 리조트라고 한다. 그러나 우리나라의 좋은 모텔급이라 보면 되겠다. 샹그릴라가 이런데 다른 곳은 어떨지 상상히 안간다. 막탄에 휴가를 떠나는 분들이라면 샹그릴라를 적극 추천!!

getillesse et serviabilite du personnel accueil fantastique ; buffet de qualité et très varié. plage et parc magnifique et parfaitement entretenu : rien n' est laissé au hasard quant au confort et l' agrement des sejournants .

하루종일 머물러도 심심하지 않고, 최고로 좋았어요! 스파도 다른 곳의 3배 넘는 가격이지만 그만큼 프라이빗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 오션뷰, 풀뷰 한 번 더 확인하고 가시면 더 좋으실듯. 익제큐티브 룸으로 업그레이드 해주긴 했는데, 나무에 좀 많이 가리더라구요. 그외엔 정말 좋았습니다.

남편의 사정으로 혼자 아이 둘을 데리고 여행을 해야 했던 터라 걱정이 많았었지만 그런 걱정을 모두 해결해 주는 완벽한 여행이었습니다. 어린이 놀이터와 프로그램 어른을 위한 스파와 휴식처 가족을 위한 정원과 수영장, 해변... 이 모든 것이 완벽 그 자체였습니다. 친절한 직원들 덕분에 식사 때마다 아이들은 즐거워 했고 맛있고 많은 종류의 음식은 과연 호텔의 명성을 보여주는 것 같았습니다. 가는 곳 마다 직원들의 친절한 서비스는 혼자 아이들을 데리고 다니는 제게 불편함이 전혀 없도록 해 주었습니다. 덕분에 너무나도 값진 휴식과 아이들과 예쁜 추억을 만들었습니다.

Un peu loin du centre de Cébu, quelques taxis tenterons de négocier la course Cébu/Mactan au prix fort, la course durant environ 1/2 heure. L'aéroport est par contre beaucoup plus proche. Accueil, prévenance, présence, le moindre de vos désir ou besoin est anticipé de façon discrète. Vous évoquez un léger mal de tête et demandez de differer le ménage […] de la chambre pour vous reposer, aussitôt un Thé chaud accompagné de miel et de citron vous est offert avec un petit mot d'encouragement. Lors de mon séjour, l'hôtel était quasiment rempli à 100% et pourtant l'attention qui m'a été portée à tout instant aurait pu me donner l'illusion que j'étais l'unique cliente. Le confort des chambres, la beauté du jardin et l'excellence des restaurants sont tout autant à la hauteur. Une adresse que je retiens et que je conseille. Devamı
