The location was great, but the mattress was not. I was not comfortable at all. The pool was not what we expected, it was small and the pool room smelled funny. Overall it was ok.

Hotel is in need of updating.

Room smell and swimming was dirty kids could not used... Water was really dirty

Hotel was nice for our purposes. We could hear the people next to us and the people above us who were very loud. The breakfast was nice but the eating area was small. It was convenient to where we were going. I would recommend this hotel I feel it is worth the price we paid.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a great breakfast and very helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay at The Quality Inn. The continental breakfast was great. My kids loved the make your own waffles! They were so excited to go swimming, but there was so much chlorine, they couldn't stay in too long.

We rented 2 rooms, one was fine the other was not clean. floor, microwave, and bathroom dirty. The pool was nice and clean however no towels in the pool area, you had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was nice but could use some imporvement like adding eggs and bagles. Hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to provide directions to where […] ever we wanted to go. we did not use the exercise room however it appeared clean and all the equipement was in good shape. the hotel also offers a washer and dryer (coin-op) for guests which was nice Devamı

Coffee pot dirty. Cleaning staff took happened to be outside my room. They brought coffee pot back within one munute. wiped. but not washed. Two paper coffee cups in the room. Not used, but not clean. All staff personable and friendly at check in and out, as well as those I encountered on the property. Facility older.

I payed a three star rate for a for a one star room for one night and I didn't think it was worth the price. To start with, the towels were not white but dingy, old and worn. One of the queen size bed sheets had a RED stain on them. The continential breakfast was a joke. The sausage was grey and oily and the coffee was watered down. Last but not least […] was the overpowering smell of chlorine throughout the lobby, elevator and room from the indoor pool. I wouldn't let my dog swim in it. Devamı

Postage stamp size pool, thin towels, generally shabby, plastic everything, three pieces of exercise equipment all for a relatively high nightly rate .

Other than the non-existent wi-fi signal in our room this hotel was perfect for our visit to Hershey. It was minutes to the attractions, clean, good continental breakfast, friendly staff and affordable. We would definately stay here again.

Walked in to two gentlemen spraying the whole hotel for bugs. Enough said.

A friend of mine stayed at the Quality Inn near the Hershey Spa. We do not feel that we got our money's worth. The A/C unit in the room was not working properly. Not only was it loud, but it turned off and on in spurts and woke us up each time it turned on. We were promised that the indoor pool would close at 10:00; this was not the case, as noise from […] that area of the hotel (near which our room was unfortunately situated) continued well into the night; it was so loud, we had to fall to sleep with the television on in order to drown out the noise. Adequate but old. Breakfast was disappointing.

My children were excited to try the hotel. First we went down to the pool and water was freezing. My children were upset. I feel the hotel was very CHEAP when it can give the right service. Front doors open so the didnt have to run air conditioning, no heat in pool, not all lights worked in room. Only thing i can is the breakfast was very good.

When traveling with 3 kids, I see a hotel as a place to rest from activities. It needs to be clean, but I don't need thrills. That was this for us. I got the suite (still makes my husband laugh) that had 2 queens and a pull out sofa. This worked for our 3 kids- girls shared one queen, my husband and I the other, and our son got the pull out. The pool […] is tiny and as many said, high in chlorine! The lights in the pool room didn't work and one night the heater was broken, but the kids didn't care and had fun. The breakfast is free and decent for that price. The kids had some cereal, there was yogurt and juice. Easy enough for our brood who aren't big breakfast eaters. You are minutes from the Hershey attractions and there are a number of places to eat in the surrounding area. I would be fine going back. My husband rather pay more to get a nicer hotel. Only down side was the pool had WAY too much chlorine and my kids eyes were red and stinging later that night after only one hour in the pool. They didn't go back in because of it. That was one of the reasons we stayed there so the kids could swim, so we were bummed. Breakfast was great. Price was nice also.

Check in was good the front dest personnel were very friendly. The breakfast was not bad either. What we didn't like was the indoor pool was extremely small and the water was too cool for my liking. It was in a good location, close to Hershey Park, but there was a family with small kids above us who were running around and jumping on the off of the […] beds until after 1:00am. Hotel was close to the park which was a plus but had problems checking in. The room was fine for the price. They need to train there front end personal before I stay at this hotel again.

I was there for 1 night with my family. The breakfast was cold and poorly displayed. The hotel service was very poor. The bedroom heater did not work. When we requested the front desk to get a portable heater, they said they did not have any. The bedlinens were not clean (not washed well) and it was inadequate too. If your destination is Hersey Park, and your intent is to spend most of your time at the Park, then this is a good choice - 2 minute drive right to the front gate of the park, no traffic, easy in and out. Nothing special about the facilities - the game room has a few 90's vintage video games - half out of service. The pool is a large soaking tub, The […] Suites are a double with a pull-out sofa, and the bathrooms are small. But we went to Hersey for the rides - not the rooms - and at the end of a long day the AC was kicking and the beds comforting. Continetial breakfast was a plus. Devamı

Good value for the price. Great location!!! Just down the street from Hershey park and attractions (less than 5 minutes away). Room was comfortable and very clean. Surrounding area was very good. Breakfast was OK if looking for a quick bite. Eating area was a bit small in supporting the guests. We had to wait in line in the hotel lobby both days we […] were there. This was the only downside. I grew up in the Hershey area and visit often. I mostly stay wherever I can find a room at a good rate. As such, I've stayed in most of the hotels in the area. I was surprised to see here that the rooms were unbelievably small. With two queen beds, you can't even easily walk around the room. The door to the bathroom had to be closed in order for the […] door to the room to open because the doors were so close to each other, and the closet (not really because there isn't a door on it) was literally the width of the ironing board in it. Maybe you could hang 4 things, if you had winter coats, you couldn't hang them as well as any clothes. I was in the last room of the hall and the top floor, so presumably a quiet location. No. I could hear the people below me and even those a few doors down. And it was not that anyone was being loud, but more that the noise bleed was that bad. The room does have a fridge and a microwave, but don't expect any kitchenette setup. It is literally a small microwave sitting on top of a small fridge. My husband found the bed hard and uncomfortable, but it didn't bother me so much. If you are traveling alone and this hotel offers you a good rate, then take it. It's in a good location and if you are alone or maybe with one other person, it's manageable for the right price (right = low). If however, you are visiting with your family or if the seasonal rates seem high, spend the extra 20-30 dollars per night and stay at one of the many other family-friendly hotels in the area. The difference in price will be well worth it for the difference in comfort. Devamı

When I made the reservation, I thought I was going to be staying in a hotel that was only about two years old. However, the hotel was much older than I expected.

Excellent service, clean room, liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room, excellent free breakfast

Clean rooms, excellent complimentary breakfast with waffles and hard boiled eggs. Microwave and refrigerator in the room was especially convenient.

Affordable hotel minutes from the park. Check-in was easy and the staff informative and helpful. Ice cream shop directly across the street was a nice treat for our two grade-school aged kids! The only down side was somewhat of a foul odor in our room. As we heard the entire hotel was sold out, we did not seek a replacement room, but sprayed the room […] with our own deodorizer! The hotel was very convenient to Hershey Park. Restaurants and a supermarket were about 5-10 minute drive. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall hotel was nice for a short stay. For a family of four, we had a room with two queen beds. Room would be a little small for a longer stay with two kids (we only stayed overnight). But on the […] plus side, there was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Only one ice machine located in the basement level. The pool was on the small side but clean. If you're not looking to pay to stay at the Hotel Hershey or Hershey Lodge, then this is the next best hotel as far as the location. It's about a mile down the road to all the attractions.

We order a suite. What is was was an extra three feet attached to the room with a very uncomfortable "sofa" bed. It was actually more love seat sized. When unfolded it was so uncomfortable, we folded in back and the person sleep on it that way.
