Suburban Extended Stay West - Lithia Springs

The place is active and clean. However, I got there with no towels and didnt recieve any even when told I will.

when i arrived the look of hotel was ok but there was alot going on and alot of people hanging on the property in almost every section.I had reservations so i went to the office to check in and it took close to 30 minutes to check me in they were busy and correcting earlier mistakes made checking other guests in. When i got my room there were only a […] few towels and NO SOAP. It was very cold so i had to go back to the office and pick up towels, wash rags, and soap. Overall the room isnt worth what they are charging, it felt like a low budget hotel and my stay wasnt comfortable Devamı

Our reservation was booked wrong but the staff was friendly about fixing it. The only complaint about the room was that the outside light was out so it was really dark in front of our room. Other than that, it was a nice room for a good price!

There was hammering and work going on in room above me from 11 pm until 5 am. Desk clerk did not do anything about it. Could not sleep

HOTEL HAD ROACHES, RUNNING AROUND THE FLOOR, THE BED WAS NOT COMFORT AT ALL, THE BED WAS LOW TO GROUND, LIKE THE BOX SPRING NEEDED TO BE REPLACE, DIRTY BLANKET ON THE BED WITH HOLE IN IT

Good points: Location, near highway, grocery store, restaurants. Grounds were kept clean. Office staff was very friendly and corteous. Could be better: Bed was too small for two people.
