Sheraton Rockville Hotel - Rockville

Excellent hotel! Rooms very well apointed, very clean and comfortable. Could not have imagined anything better!

The room was comfortable and the check in staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast menu was a little limited, but there are plenty of places in the area to eat. They picked me up from the Metro station a mile away which was very convenient.

The first room was not ready. The bed was not made and the sheets and comforter were in a ball on the bed. I was moved to another room. The bed was really bad. The springs were broken and you could see the lumps with the comforter on. The bed was very uncomfortable due to the conditions of the springs. The rest of my stay was fine.

So I started my morning wasting $25 on a continental breakfast buffet the scrambled "eggs" sat in about an inch of oil.after complaining I was told "I was the only.person who complained so it must be my tastebuds"i travel w/ a small puppy who kept retreiving tortilla chips,candy wrappers and other misc. Items upon checkin from behind the desk the housekeeper […] left.for lunch I asked.for a shuttle to take me.to the nearest sandwich.shop I.waited 20 mins then received a call telling me to come.downstairs the shuttle.was ready.i immediately came down to find out not only.was the shuttle not there but they had no idea where the shuttle.or the driver.was.they called 30mins later tellin me to come back down by that time.a friend went,ordered,brought me.lunch and I had.already eaten.the front.desk staff was.very snub,rude,unwelcoming and unaccomidating.lastly on the day of.checkout I.asked if the shuttle could take me to a particular train station I called 20 mins before departure.via phone they said it was ok.when I got in the shuttle the driver was.told by staff to take me 2 the metro station.when I.told him thats not where I wanted to go he goes inside to bring out a woman (im.assuming was a manager) In a state of frustration,i told her thats not where I asked to go.she raises her voice and says in the most condescending tone"what are you talking about!?its the same place!"i told her I didnt know that because I dont live there.she turned around and.walked back to the frontdesk midsentence.i wound up getting dropped off at the wrong place,missed my train and had a horrible day thanks to a horrible hotel w/ a horrible staff,w/horrible food and dirty rooms. Cons: Small lobby, restaurant but it's very clean. Our room didn't have a tub which was ok. No other choice of restaurants in the hotel and they close early too! Pros: Room was beautiful. twice we where woke up at 4 am by noisy neighbors . people should think of others , they are not the only ones there...

Great accommodations and friendly, professional staff. Close to restaurants. Quiet--just what we needed for a weekend get-away.

This was a stopover to visit family on our way to another destination at Christmastime. The hotel was reasonably priced and had a lot of nice amenities, including a quaint lobby area w/ a fireplace and bar area to hang out. (The bartender was weird, but I disgress.) Excellent hotel. Very nice staff and furnishings and location. Clean and new. I will stay there again. But my wife noticed that their literature says their kitchen stays open during the day, but it actually closes. She missed a lunch when the kitchen was supposed to be open. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

We stay here every New Years Eve while celebrating with family in the area. We have always been pleased with this beautiful hotel, from the friendly and helpful staff to the warm fire in the lobby. I love the room arrangement and decorating. The only down side is that we stay for such a short time.

Very new and clean. Plenty of free parking spaces. No free in-room wifi, but free in lobby.

Great location!!! Room was small with poor heating system. Had to call two of three mornings for soap. Would probably stay again with a good rate.

I ask for a refigerator and they dont bring. Me nothing. Because they was out ...

the Sheraton was clean, modern with a friendly staff. the discounted rates were available which we appreciated. it was easy to find when leaving my son's house in Olney and only 15 minutes away. we didn't need the Metro this time but it's convenient to the Shady Grove station. I left an item there after checking out and they saved it for me---honest […] staff. the only problem was that the King size bed was lower on one side and made a noise each time my husband turned over. no fridge in room nor a safe, but those are minor issues Devamı

Our 2 nights stay was very comfortable, The only problems we encountered was no refrigerator and no micro-wave.

The Sheraton, located in Rockville, MD was a bargain for what I paid. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeble. Approximately 3 minute drive to the Shady Grove Metro Station. We utilized the hotel shuttle to go there and back from the hotel. We ate in the hotel for 3 meals. Food was good, not great, but good. A very nice very clean hotel in a very nice area. Only 1 mile off the interstate and 1 mile from metro station to Washington.

We were very pleased with our stay. The Metro was a short drive down the same road the hotel was on which made getting around soo easy. The staff was extremely helpul - even made suggestion on the best order in pizza we could get - and they were right on point. The pizza was really good and delivered in half an hour. Our only complaints was in regards […] to a rather large group of 70 travelers that seemed to take up a lot of the hotel space . .. and were rather rude to other guests staying at the facility. The pool at this hotel was only open a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening - not very convenient. This hotel provides a lifeguard, which explains the limited hours. However, as hot as it can get in Maryland, it would be nice to be able to jump into the pool whenever you want.

We ended up leaving the hotel after 3 hours due to awful customer service. Room service was unvailable and the lounge was closed to private party. Staff that we contacted very unprofessional.

The hotel was nice and clean. The neighborhood is very convenient with grocery stores and places to eat. You can walk to resturants, and the staff is very attentive.

We rented 2 rooms, one for myself and my husband,and the other for our two grown daughters. We had requested by telephone a room with 2 double beds for our daughters, but received a room with 1 king. Although we were assured this request would be honored, it was not. However, the night clerk apologized and gave us all vouchers for free breakfasts for […] the duration of our stay. Our room was perfect--the beds and the pillows were EXTREMELY comfortable--but there were ants in our daughters' room. We learned from other guests that this was a problem that was not just limited to their room. One lady we spoke to had to switch rooms 3 times because of ants. The hotel is very clean and nice. The restaurant has a really nice menu and the food is quite good. The hotel staff were very nice and helped us to the Metro, which is a 1 minute drive to park and ride. FYI- Awesome Italian Restaurant very near by. I've been staying here during my business trips ever since they opened back in 2006 or so, and love it for the proximity to pretty much everything (dining options, grocery stores, coffee shops etc. - all the basics you would need when traveling), as well as for the attentiveness of the staff. (That's not something to take lightly, and I've found it […] to be consistent over the years). Any minor issues are always dealt with quickly (missing ethernet cable in room, room mixups/changes, missing toiletries etc.). The only drawback is the lack of wireless throughout the hotel (still!!), and their $10/day charge for a throttled wired connection. Devamı

I checked in early morning after having traveled most of the night. I had an appointment later in the day and had requested a 1:00pm wakeup call, which never happened. When I approached the desk around 1:30 and asked them why this was not executed, the answer I got from the front desk clerk was "I knew this would happen". Apparently the hotel did not […] take into consideration the time change to daylight savings time, and as such the equipment was not reset. In the meantime my office also tried on 9 separate occasions to phone the hotel, and the phone either rang out or was picked up and dropped. When I questioned the gentleman on the front desk about this, he told me that he was on his own, and had been on the phone for about 1/2 hour trying to deal with another irate customer. The Sheraton at Rockville is a great place to stay for the price. It was pet friendly which was very important to us as we were travelling with 2 dogs. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

The hotel was on good location and the front desk people are very alert and as soon as entered in hallway invited with warm greetings. Room was neat and clean.

Billing system software totally inadequate and confusing, even for the desk clerks. A major overhaul needs to be done so that a bill can be presented to a guest when leaving that is understandable. This flaw is costing a lot of time and aggravation for you and your guests. Please fix it !!!

the room was very relaxing and the price was wonderfull couldnt find a better price anywhere

This was a very clean and well maintained hotel that was very pet friendly...they did not charge any extra fees. The front desk staff were freindly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I only wished there had been a refrig or microwave . Otherwise, there were several other ammenties available. The Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a charge for internet in the room which is uncommon in my experience with hotels.

Excellent service! All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very nice...and clean! We enjoyed our night at the Rockville Sheraton and would definitely stay there again.

A great hotel near the Shady Grove stop. Great location only problem is getting there via the Beltway.

The room was classy, clean, comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to pay for the internet for even then the internet was slow and disconnected at times. Fix your internet people - some of us have to work! This is inexcusable for charging 10 per night for internet.

Hotel was good except for room service which was well below Sheraton standards.
