I have to start off by saying that the staff was wonderful! Very serviceable, nice & tended to our every need with no hesitation. We felt very comfortable and met some very nice guests whom also had good things to say about their experience there. Thank you Christopher & Bridget!! It's a quaint, retro style hotel that has been newly renovated with many […] amenities! Pool, Jacuzzi, Computer, Wi-Fi, large Flat Screen TV's, etc. We absolutely loved the BEDS! Extremely comfortable and inviting after a long day of sight-seeing. The rooms were really nice and very clean. Modern decor, white with pastel colors. We especially loved the fact that we had a Pet-Friendly room with a large patio adjacent to a garden by the pool where we could take our doggies. They welcome animals and that is a HUGE plus for us! Not to mention the fact that it is very affordable, centrally located and they have killer continental breakfasts every morning! Needless to say...we're definitely going back! Devamı

pet friendly, cool "vibe" and great pool

This was a very reasonably priced, comfortable room in a good location. Only problem was that it wasn't ready until 2 hours after the posted check in time. Hotel staff were courteous and responsive on our second trip back to try to check in.

I recently stayed at the hotel. I was greeted by a friendly front desk person.I orginally requested a King Standard room. When I went into my room, it was a double Queen and it did not have a bathtub, only a handicap shower. I was not able to make a change of rooms since no other rooms were available at the time. Nevertheless, things turned out great […] because I was right by the pool (very convenient). Positives: 1.The continental breakfast was great! They had lots of fruit, hard boiled eggs, toast, muffins, great coffee, etc. Very good and free! 2.It's located off of the main road in Ojai and I could walk everywhere I wanted to. 3.The air conditioning was already on when I got into the room (thank goodness since it was very hot that day!) 4. 2 pools and a sort of jacuzzi (the jets are not working - but the water is hot) 5.Cool cabana tents in a back garden area (great for reading) 6. Staff is helpful for local restaurant info etc My only real complaint is that I happened to check under my bed to make sure that I did not drop anything under it. I quickly saw dust bunnies for days. The other Queen bed had as the same amount. I wish I had not seen that! Everything else was extrememly clean. I would go again! Devamı
