Given the location of the hotel in the northern end of the old town, I thought it was going to be noisy. However far from it, small, clean and tidy hotel with excellent customer service in a great location, with easy access to both bus and rail links to other locations. The hotel is in a central location just off one of the main shopping streets. The room was comfortable but there was a strong smell of smoke. If we were staying for more than 1 night we would have asked to change room. Breakfast not up to much, would be better just paying room only and going to a nearby cafe.

Bathroom was moldy, room was extremely sparse, alley that the hotel was located on was smelly, nowhere near the water. NOT A 4 STAR - more like a two star. The only good thing was that when after checking in a realizing how much I hated the hotel, they let me cancel my 5 day reservation without penalty.

A very nice hotel, a few rooms only, run by very concerning and helpful father and son (and maybe more family members). Situated lovely surrounded by mountains well prepared for nice walks. Nice atmosphere, close to the "square" with a lot of restaurants, a nice old train taking you to Palma and another tram taking you to the old Port of Soller, also […] with many good options for nice meals. Try the yellow house restaurant recommended by the Lonely Planet Guide (don't remember the name). The hotel is certainly value for money! Devamı

We stayed four nights in the Mision de San Miguel after reading glowing reviews online. The hotel itself was tasteful and clean and staff were very helpful in providing local information. However the hotel had an number of smalll things wrong, wihch the staff seemed unable to fix, making a very pleasant stay quite tiresome: * The air conditioner unit […] was of poor quality and we often returned to a hot stuffy room. *The light swithches were broken and therefore the light by the door stayed on all night, unless turned of t the fuse box. This problem was reported evey day, the staff promised to fix it but never did. *The room was without a hairdryer despite asking the male receptionist for one, multiple times during the first two days (he shrugged and said there was nothing he could do). This problem was sorted within five minutes of a female receptionist taking over later in the week. Overall a good base in the old town, but with too many irritations to recommend. Perhaps if the management took steps to empower the staff to correct faults this would be a great hotel. Devamı

My husband, son and I have just returned from a two day stay at this hotel and were very satisfied. We had booked a double room with extra bed for our five year old son but were allocated a mini suite. Very clean, contemporary room with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning, very welcoming in the July heat. Decent choices at breakfast and […] lovely secluded courtyard to sit for breakfast or drinks. Location is excellent , right in the heart of the old town of Palma. Mycket trevligt litet hotell i Palmas centrala delar. Innan man kommer på tricket att ta sig dit via en gågata kan det vara lite svårt att hitta, och taxin från flyget kunde inte köra ända fram. Rummen ligger i ett hus och reception, bar och restaurang mittemot. Fantastisk liten innergård ligger mellan; där kan man ta en kaffe eller bara slappa. Restaurangen […] är ny, modern och drivs av den kände restaurangmannen Marc Fosh. Inte billigt, men väl värt pengarna. Trådlöst internet som fungerar på innergården och nära receptionen. El hotel es perfecto y el personal es encantador y profesional. Tuvimos la mala suerte de dormir en la habitación 001 que esta en la planta baja, la calefacción del aire acondicionado no funcionaba demasiado bien y estábamos situado al lado del restaurante, en la noche del sábado al domingo hubo muchísimos ruidos a pesar de existir una puerta anti-panico […] para evitarlos. Por lo demás todo genial, si volvemos pediremos una habitación en otra zona del hotel. Devamı

Lite svårt att hitta till första gången men sen urbra läge för promenader och shopping. lugn innergård med bra bar och resturang gjorde att man efter en lång varm dag på stan kunde ta det lugnt hemma.

Bodde först i rum 007 som hadde lite källar lukt. Bytte till rum 211 som är mycket trevligt. Tillgång till garage mycket bra för det är mycket svårt att hitta pakering

Das Hotel liegt in einer stadtnahen Lage. Sehr gut. Sehr ruhig. Wenn man nicht Ihre Garage in Anspruch nimmt, schwierige Parklage. Wir habend einen Straf- zettel über € 60 bekommen, weil wir 10 Minuten über- zogen haben. Frühstück in Ordnung. Jedoch gab es keine warmen Eierspeisen. Resonanz von etlichen Hotelgästen. Orangensaft war unserer Meinung nicht […] frisch gepresst. (Vorbehaltlich) Ansonsten Preis- Leistung in Ordnung. Devamı

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder, da auch die Lage hervorragend war. Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit würde ich mir lediglich wünschen, dass der Teppich (ersatzlos) aus dem Zimmer entfernt wird, da die weiße Farbe des Flokati-Flaums inzwischen nicht mehr sichtbar ist. Das Dusch-Gel wurde, nachdem das Fläschchen leer war, nicht […] mehr erneuert.Da wir ein eigenes vergessen hatten und erst nach den Feiertagen welches besorgen konnten, war dies etwas unerfreulich. hôtel calme, situé dans une petite rue a proximité de le plaza mayor. Central pour découvrir Palma. Bon accueil, pour ma part, j'ai occupé une suite pour 4 personnes, spacieuse et confortable. je le recommande pour ceux qui souhaitent du charme et du calme dans le centre de Palma.
