The quilt provided was too thick. In the air-conditioned room, it's either too hot with it, or too cold without it. It would have been better if we were offered a thinner blanket as alternative. Cheers.

For this price, I do recommend this hotel. Located within walking distance to major shopping belts with lots of restaurants and nightlife spots.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the heart of KLCC. Service is good with very clean rooms. The only issue is that one has to walk to the KLCC mall for food if one doesnt want to have food in the hotel.

Centrally located hotel and well-maintained.

Very good value for money, spacious room, comfortable bed and furniture. A bit thin walls was giving noise from the other rooms and corredor.

An excellent 4 star hotel simply cannot be more conveniently located. Very soon it will get a sky walk to connect it to shopping malls both at KLCC and also others. This is essentially a business hotel as it is opposite the Convention Center but it is not bad for the tourists as it is at the heart of the all the attractions in KL. Not my 1st stayed in the hotel. We like the location and the room environment. The parking is not convenience due to the construction. other than that, all are perfect!

The hotel located infront of KLCC convention hall, there are overhead pedestrian air-conditioned bridge to cross over the busy road to KLCC. It is quite close to Bukit Bintang too, 5-10mins walk to Pavillion Shoppaing Mall. Convenient aside, roads and traffic are mess though.  Hotel seems like to be in the heart of major  construction project site […] : - Grand Hyatt hotel under construction in front of the hotel . - Hotel own's expansion project. - pedestrian overhead bridge not fully open, some part still under construction(waterfall inside when heavy rain in one of the day I stayed in KL!)    - nearby condo development. Sound disturbance not a problem though, cause construction sites next to the hotel seems to be completed soon.  Booked single bed superior room, but got upgraded to  deluxe twin bed room, due to non available of superior room. Was given a room on 5th floor, view sucks, can't even see hotel's swimming pool! Toilet has separate shower and bathtub section, spacious. But stains on bathtub and shower section floor! Room not thoroughly clean, dust under desk, near lamp stand! Bathrode seems old! I even got a bathrobe with hole! TV has limited channels and reception is poor!  No wifi, no network cable, I dun bother to check with them, since I got data plan on my iphone. Swimming pool on 4th floor, a bit small in size. View are blocked by nearby high rise buildings and the new grand hyatt hotel does spoil its view too. Breakfast spread was so-so, local, western. Nothing taste exceptionally good, nothing taste worse. Overall I would say it is a value for money stay, a downright 4 stars hotel in terms of amenities, location add 1/2 star to it. If you can can stretch your budget a bit more, should try Mandarin Oriental. It is beside Suria KlCC. Get a room there w/o breakfast should be 20-30% more of the price of Impiana. Devamı

Overall, potentially good hotel with everything you need, except that amidst their ongoing expansion, they've lapsed on maintaining existing rooms. Overall the hotel was in ok condition for a 4 star hotel, customer service at the reception desk was good, amenities were ok. Location was excellent. Concierge and Valet/Door service was sub par and frankly […] unacceptable for any establishment. We had the room changed once due to bathroom drainage issues. The new room on a completely different floor had exactly the same issues. Neither the sink or the tub would drain properly, and even had water flow up from the drain while I was showering... completely unacceptable. The second room was bearable since it didn't have a smell of sewage coming back up from the bathroom. Other than the drainage issues, hotel is convenient and acceptable, though $15 more a night gets you upgraded to a 5 start hotel down the street with much higher quality. In the end, would not recommend. Overall, this establishment did not meet my expectations for a 4 star hotel. Devamı

We stayed at the Implana for 5 days, very convenient for the convention centre, Petronas Towers, shopping, and food. However, the internet worked only about 20% of the time that we were there! Cable broadband in rooms was very slow if it worked at all. No wifi in rooms, only in lobby and cafe, and extremely unreliable. Good buffet breakfast.

The hotel staff were efficient and the hotel was all you'd expect from a central city hotel. Central location

Room was fine, however a few small gripes. For starters, absolutely no sound proofing, other guests woke us up on numerous occasions. Also absolutely surrounded by building sites, so noisy plus they were eye level with the pool so I had workmen leering at my fiancé every time we were there. Plus DO NOT buy a cocktail, expensive and disgusting... Like […] drinking pure alcohol, which I suppose some people might enjoy ;-) also room service took around 45 mins plus to turn up. Devamı

Madam Camotim and myself had the pleasure and privilege to spend 5 N/6 D in the hotel and we both were extremely happy by our stay. We would really be too delighted to visit the property again in the near future. Incidentally, we both are Senior Citizens.

Considering its location, its an excellent value stay if you're in KL for a convention. Please keep up the excellent service and value.

Right next to the petronas towers and close to town but the staff where rude, the infinity pool was closed with no prior notice and while they advertised they had an alternative arrangement with another pool from 7am until 8pm when we tried to use it one morning we were told to come back 2 and a half hours later as it was closed. This happened twice […] and then all the notices where changed to say it only opened at 10.30am. When we asked if we could use the "free" wi-fi the receptionist made it clear he was unhappy on having to open the doors to the business centre. Finally and the worst bit was we were put in a smoking room when we specifically requested a non smoking room. When we asked we where told we would have to wait and move the next night. It was only when we spoke to another member that they said moving us that night would not be an issues. All in rude staff and mixed messages that become irritatin when you plan your day around a schedule they can't keep to. I would not recommend it Devamı

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family in Deluxe room. During booking we had clearly rqstd for King bed but drng check-in the lady @ reception offered me twin beds which i declined as I had my son along. she insisted saying they dnt hv any king bed rooms. whn I told her to upgrade me to next category, she found a room for me. That's not gud. The […] Deluxe room was very nice. big & spacious. Wardrobes were big, office table with free internet connectin in room. That was an asset. breakfast spread was gud, loved the fruit yoghurt served. The hotel is under extension & maintenance hence gym & pool were closed. they had temp arrangement for pool @ nearby Ascot hotel apts. location is gud, wlkg distance to Suria KLCC & petronas towers. also to Pavilion & other shpg malls & Bukit bintang. A quick glance hotel betrays the four star graded rating the hotel has received. The location can't be beat and most of the lobby staff are great, but the decor of the hotel nor the guest room services live up to rest. We stayed at their higher-end rooms, which were very large and decisively dull. It lacked lots of basic amenities of upper-scale hotels […] like an ipod dock, ethernet cable, or even a well stocked minibar. The bathroom was clearly in need for a clean-up, as it was rusting and some fo the rubber sealant was peeling off. The room cleaning services were terribly inconsistant. Rooms would be cleaned, but towels would be missing and at times our door was even left open. We stayed there over 10-days and they never failed to leave things half done, unfortunately. Overall, this hotel is still a good hotel based on their location (right between the Twin Towers and the Bukit Bintang area) and their mostly helpful staff, but losses on the decor and the poorly trained room cleaning services. After checking in a 10.30pm we were lead up to a room which was not the one booked. We then had to go back to reception to get another room. We then were lead to a new room which was non smoking but the room smelt so strongly of cigarettes so we complained and requested another room but the hotel wanted to spray the room and that was that. So again […] we complained to the management who finally decided to come up to the room. While we were waiting we discovered a dirty tissue on the floor, the mini bar door was off it's hinge, white stains on the arm chair pillows. It was a disgrace. Finally after threatening to leave they found another room. The manager insisted that he inspect it before we enter, and apparently it was up to standard. However, the mini bar was half stocked (we didn't want to be charged for stuff we hadn't consumed), there was missing hand towels, the shower was moldy. This hotel is in need of a shake up. They are in the middle of refurbishment but that is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness of the rooms. Devamı

Although I only travel twice a year on leisure, I spent three very pleasant nights at the Impiana hotel in KL. It is close to the Petronas towers and a 7 minute walk to the Monorail station of Raja Chulan. For the tariff charged via Hotels.com this hotel comes highly recommended. The staff were very accomodating and the rooms were large, well appointed […] (LCD T.V's, DVD player) with a large clean bathroom. The breakfasts were another highlight of this Hotel, the breakfast area was large, comfortable and the spread expansive, satisfying both Western and Asian tastes. We would without doubt stay at this hotel again. P.S Four nights later we stayed at another hotel in KL for a similar tariff where the experience was no where near as pleasant. Devamı

Lovely, clean, relatively central hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was large, clean and modern, and had a good view of Petronas towers. My only major complaint is that neither the Impiana nor hotels.com warned us that pool renovations were underway and it was closed for Aug 2011. Really nice hotel with good service. But the whole neighborhood was a construction site including the hotel, but there wasn't much noice. Swimming pool wasn't in use but we were offered to go to a neighbor hotels pool (didn't go). Breakfast was great and the room ok. Even the bathtub was full of hair so that the water didn't move. Just took a shower. […] Anyway the price was ok for the room and service. We were able check out 2 hour later for no extra cost and they storage our luggage for the day. Devamı

We arrived after a long flight from the UK with 4 young children. Check in was smooth. Rooms were ready on arrival, and we were given interconnecting rooms. The hotel is very clean. Nice large rooms with free broadband internet in the rooms and free WiFi in the lobby. Maid service was very good. DVD players in the rooms, kept the kids happy who had […] prepared a collection of DVDs from home to watch on the laptop. Breakfast, very convenient as it is Ramadan and they opened the breakfast buffet at 3.30am to allow Muslim guests to have some food before the fast began. Location : The absolute best. 5 minutes walk from the petronas twin towers. Always long queues to get into the tour of the sky bridge and observation desk. Location was so good, I could casually have breakfast and stroll down to line up. And I got a ticket. Many tourists had to get 15 to 20 minute taxi rides from their hotels to be disappointed. Very close to Suria Mall and the KL convention centre and the corresponding LRT. Car rental office on the door step. After all the positives, suddenly booom !!!! The water after 4 days suddenly looked like sewage coming out of shower, bath and sink. Several calls to reception led us to believe that it would get sorted. about 12 to 14 hours later, after several different stories the water still dirty. Went down to the reception asked for the manager, who arrived swiftly and apologised. We negotiated a complimentary transfer to the nearby Royal Chulan 5 star (which was fantastic too) I must say, the hotel staff were still courteous and I believe were doing their best to sort the problem. Had I been alone I would have put up with it a lot longer. However, kids can be a little less pragmatic. All in all a very good stay, and despite the issue, I would still stay there again and recommend this hotel Devamı

The Hotel are Comfort and Very Good only In CBD area.

I stayed 2 nights at the Impiana - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the service was great. The location was within walking distance to Petronas towers and 2 large shopping centres, very convenient. I would recommend to others to stay at this hotel.

Hotel was superb, the pool is a must see. All the construction going on around is slightly inconvenient though. Well placed to get to the major attractions.

I believe there should be a better alternative to Impiana KLCC at this present stage, as they are now expanding (building more levels I believe) and renovating their carpark. I was not informed prior to our arrival, and we had to pay an amount of money to park our car within the hotel premise (limited carpark slots available I suppose), if not we will […] have to park our car in KLCC and walk over (which is a hassle, considering our luggage). Right in front of the hotel, is Hyatt hotel still in construction, hence no view from the window. There are some other construction areas in the vicinity as well. The main issue that I have with the hotel room is the noise that the air-conditioner made throughout the night, so I did not have a good sleep. Plus point is that they provided towel and welcome drink when we arrived. It was a warm welcome after the long car ride. Devamı

Very strategic & centralized location. Easy access to eateries & shopping malls. Love the comfy room, once you lie down on the bed, you won't feel like getting up, heavens!!!!

The hotel was nice. The breakfast buffet wasn't bad. The location was very convenient. The service would have been exceptional and our hotel stay would have been perfect if not for the receptionist who assisted us on our check-out. Upon giving her the hotel keys, she just conveniently said thank you ma'am, that would be all. I was like, don't your visitors […] give a deposit and shouldn't you be returning that? Without checking, she said, it would be returned to your credit card ma'am. I was like, who used a credit card? I deposited cash! And as if not believing, she demanded for a receipt. I had to check all my stuff for the receipt which I very well know and which the manager also confirmed that they have a copy. I was so disappointed and I really felt sorry that the my rating is not gonna be perfect because of one receptionist. So sad right? Devamı

my first visit couple of months back was excellent and as such I'm back...this time however wasn't as pleasant. 1. I had to park my car at the convention centre which I really din know where...and I had a hard time locating the hotel due to the major construction works going on...so after going round and round, I wasn't exactly very happy and worst […] still, if I wanted to leave my car at teh foyer, I had to pay $18 per day...frankly as if I had wanted to, but I had no choice cos the concierge told me they will ferry me and whatever, was all too confusing and I din have the time. In the room, the platter of rooms was a delight..it was placed there the moment I stepped out...then the safe wasn't working and when I got downstairs my taxi wasn't there and I've asked the concierge to get me one in 5 mins and also reminded the reception...so I checked with te reception and she convenient told me "it must be outside" so I went again to check and she asked me for a copy of the reservations...hmm dun recall that I was suppose to print it....she asked me to go biz centre to print...OMG. then outside I din see the taxi so I asked the valet attendant...oh I dun know about it...ok I'll switch on the lights....lol still no taxi...reminded 2 but everyone promised but nothing in the end. Then in the evening, agreeable quite late about 2am. I called the front desk for cashew nuts and she said no problem...20 mins later a gentlemen called and said sorry no more....frankly I would have gone downstairs to get it or if service was good, they could have done it too since it was already promised.... sigh...just my luck this time Devamı

Upon check in we were given a double having asked for a twin. This was quickly sorted though with an upgrade. The hotel is vey nice the staff charming and nothing too much trouble.It is ideally located for the Twin Towers and skybar at Traders hotel which is a must at night! 2012年4月24日入住豪华客房1013#，景观非常好，可以看一部分双子塔，步行去双子塔百盛7、8分钟，和父母一起三人入住，房间大，加床后也宽敞，我们要的吸烟房，卫生间抽风机功率大且安静，能保证房间内无烟味，酒店服务很亲切，有会中文的接待。早饭比较西式。最精彩的是，酒店4楼有个露天游泳池，边上有躺椅，一边游泳，一边欣赏双子塔的夜景，很享受。

Bel hôtel de classe internationale, proche des Tours Petronas (5 mn à pied) et du métro. La terrsse avec piscine a une vue impressionnante sur les tours. Le décor de la piscine est un peu sommaire pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Personnel poli, mais sans plus.

Hotellet er bra med tanke på pris. God frokost med godt utvalg, servicevennlige ansatte, basseng og treningssenter. Gåavstand til alt som er viktig å få med seg.

Mycket bra hotell som jag kan varmt rekommedera, nara till allt, maktig utsikt over twin towers vid poolen.

ホテルの部屋はこの値段で？と驚くほど広くて快適。場所はKLCCまで陸橋で雨に濡れずに行けるので便利。但し、KLCCのフードコートは夜８時半には閉まってしまうのが残念。私達は延々と地下道を歩いてツインタワーまで行きました。また、チェックイン時にデポジットとして１００米ドル取られるのも、聞いてないよ〜という感じです。クレジットカードで支払いは済ませているのだから、デポジットはやめて欲しいです。

Nära till Petronas och shopping, bra pool, bra frukost 32 myr, lite överdrivet med all personal vid entren
