Hotel was nice and clean. It was a little far from most of the Shanghai sites, but it was an easy subway ride away.

Overall nice hotel. Close to 2 metro stations, and the surrounding area is really nice.

Stayed here with a friend for 4 nights over Easter and was pretty average. Firstly ignore the pictures you see on the site - looks NOTHING like it. At first I thought I was in the wrong place but then accepted - pictures of hotels are always deceiving! Another thing I will warn you about is that no one there really speak English and if they do - it […] is VERY poor. Thank God for the translator and sign language! We never felt confident asking questions about anything and always ended up in the hands of another guest or local who stayed there and spoke English. The room was okay - my bed was like sleeping like a slab of cement but likely i was intoxicated when i fell asleep most days if not it would have been painful!! The shower and bathroom was decent however and found my showers very very relaxing and hard to get out! Mind you the water does take a while to heat up but when it does it felt amazing. The neighbourhood was pretty dull and suburban.....not touristy at all. We looked like foreigners big time and everyone thought we looked like aliens. But yeah overall I wouldnt really reccomend it and would try and stay in the Bund or somewhere more tourist friendly! Devamı

Even though the service at the front desk could be much better, willingness to help on requests and the english knowledge of the staff, I had a great time at this hotel. With a luxurious and big apartment at dispence, for the price of a normal hotel room. Huge balcony, free heated swimmingpool and a nice gym. The room was very clean and the entire hotel in very good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful, speak enough English to do job well. Only things I noticed were the hotel is a little far from the metro line 4 (or9), but not unreasonably far (about a 12 min walk, if you walk quickly), and the comforter on the bed was a little thin and didn't keep […] me very warm (I have trouble using the air conditioner because I have asthma). Booked the deluxe twin room for 13 nights and got a pleasant surprise of having two bedrooms instead of 2 beds side by side. Lock was spoilt upon arrival but the staff were friendly and helpful to fix it. Hotel is about 10 mins to nearby station but cabbing to anywhere is reasonably cheap and affordable. Hotel is 10 mins to supermart as well (Century […] Mart). Room was well kept daily and concierge was helpful with any request too. Cons - Room service with no menu, room heater will turn off by itself for a few hours in the afternoon and midnight but it was fine. Water temperature a little tricky to handle. Devamı

The water pressure is not adequate for a building like this. Having shower at 36 th floor is totally disastrous. The water is slow and not hot enough in a cold Winter.

good location, bad reception service , dirty room with lazy maid.

I stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and I am a little disappointed this time. It is not well maintained.

I like this hotel cleaniness & location, but the front desk and the room service was not so friendly. Telephone directory was not well indicate, so I have no choice to call the operator, but the operator seem like not on duty most of the time, I have to make a few call before somebody pick up the phone and this was not happen only on one day.

The hotel generally is good, but if the counter staff can be more helpful to some enquiries or assistance needed by the customers. Thanks Tan TB

Very poor hotel, staff barely speak English. The decor is so out of date and the facilities are poor. If you want comfort this place does not offer it.

The location was great. We took the city bus to go shopping. The bus stop was right in front. The hotel staff were nice and very helpful. The hotel rates seemed very fair and reasonable. We would stay there again. Now the drawbacks. The room did not have a folding suitcase holder. I put each suitcase on the desks. I did not want to bend over to use […] the suitcase. Lastly, the walls in some spots were getting powdery like there was dampness in them. We wiil stay there again but next time will get a suite. Out friends had a suite and said it was great. Devamı

Very pleasant experience after the horrific stay at Crowne Plaza Fudan Hotewl in Shanghai which is definitely not a decent hotel to livein

It's like a 2 star hotel not a 4 star hotel! Rooms are not clean and hotel condition is not good! I don't recommend this hotel to others!

Just like any major metropolis, the hotel is only as convenient as what you plan to do in the city. That being said, it's not far from the major attractions. We just took taxis everywhere as they're cheap and plentiful. My father's family is from Shanghai and they thought the rate, given the location, was quite a deal even by Chinese standards. I booked […] a deluxe twin room for my father and me and was pleasantly surprised to get a two-room unit with a queen bed in each room on the 29th floor. Granted, the rooms were small and I requested non-smoking but still got a unit that reeked of smoke. One thing I didn't like was in the bahroom. They had what looked like a medieval bidet opposite the toilet but I'm sure it wasn't that. My dad asked the housekeeping one day and she said if was used as a mop sink!! I thought that was rather distasteful and I could also see clumps of hair debris clogging up the drain. Yuck! That was my only main gripe. I may return here again if price was my major concern. 업무차 출장중에 이용한 호텔로서 세계 어느 도시에서도 접하기 어려운 가격 대비하여 뛰어나고 안락한 시설과 청결함이 돋보인 호텔이었다. 다만 문제점이라면 호텔소개에 나타난 위치약도가 사실과 전혀 다른 호텔이였고 지도에 표시된곳과 실제한 호텔은 같은 셀레브리티 단지내 이지만 500m이상 떨어진 곳으로 사전 약도(지도)를 보고 인지한 위치 때문에 호텔을 찾는데 무척 애로사항이 많았다. 이점 시정하여 위치 소개약도를 확실하게 수정 한다면 다음 이용자는 만점에 가까운 평가 점수를 줄것이라 믿는다.

朝食ビュッフェは全く戴けないが、選択によっては３キングベッドのルームを選べ、大家族が長期滞在するのにお勧め。ただ、周りに便利な店があまりないのと、地下鉄まで少し歩くため、利便性は少し落ちる。

6泊する必用があるため48%引きの価格に飛びつきました。通常の価格では高いかなと思います。寒い日が続き部屋のエアコンを最大にしてやっと普通に過ごせる感じでした。着いた日にエアコンの設定温度が30度Cになっていたのに納得。HOTELの住所は合っていましたが添付されたいるMAPはRAYFONT DOWNTOWNのMAPでした。

Hotellet holder standard som forventet, med moderne, nyoppussede rom. Det som trekker ned er noe lang vei til metrostasjon og meget begrenset spisetilbud.

離日月光中心很近,後面就是田子坊,飯店舊了點,樓下有按摩中心可自費,入住須要壓金500元(為預料到)沒有吹風機,要簽名畫押才能借,離機場三號線很近,但是不好等,班次不多!服務生比較冷淡!飯店旁邊有全家便利商店跟藥局!

酒店靠近姐姐家，一前一后，天气不好时，直接通过地下就可以到达，过年住得很方便！有两个独立的房间，挺方便。因为有个小宝宝，服务台很热情地提供了婴儿床。房间24小时供电、供热水，空调不是特别热，不过，也不冷，不过，空调的声音比较大。房间的保温功能不错，晚上睡觉关了空调，不会觉得冷。

ホテルの周りには「ファミリーマート」があるだけで食事には１０分近く歩かなければありません。 歩けば「上海１号」、「避風塘」、「Ｐｉｚｚａ　Ｈａｔ」があります。 ＦＦでは「マクド」、「ＫＦＣ」、「吉野家」もある。 端金南路を反対に歩けば中華料理の安い店が何店かあります。 ホテルのルームサービスでも炒飯とかパスタとかリーズナブルな料金で食べれます。（帰る時に気づいた） 最寄り駅まで歩く気にもならなかったのでホテル前から毎回タクシー利用でした。 ちなみにホテル～浦東空港（Ｔ１）まで早朝で１８２元でした。 部屋は２ベッドルームで快適でした。 冷蔵庫が小さいのでペットボトル２～３本しか入りませんので長期滞在にはちょっときついかもしれません。 タクシー利用するなら静かで良いホテルだと思います。 あとエレ […] ベーターに乗るのに階段を数段登らないといけないのが辛かった。スロープっぽいのもあるが急なので使いづらい。 Devamı

I booked a twin-bedded room, which I found that was very spacious. The room was clean and tidy. Only the recepionists there need to be trained again. Most of the time, "I don't know" were the answer to guess. Overall, the room was value for money.

浦東機場乘3號巴士可到達。地點也算方便,走5分鐘便到打浦路地鐵站。酒店附近也有便利店及食店。晚上比較清靜。衛生情況一般。沒有圖片般華麗。床發出聲響,一轉身就很吵,睡得不好‧

일반적으로 낮은 가격의 비즈니스호텔을 찾으실때 제가 이용하는 호텔입니다.소파겸 침대와 1인 베드를 같이 써서 최대 3인까지 묵으실수 있으며 친구랑 같이 여행 올때 좋지 않나 합니다. 일본인들이 자주 옵니다. 시내끼지 25분정도, 한인거주지까지도 그 정도 소요됩니다. 프론트 서비스 , 주위환경 뭐 아주 좋지도 아주 나쁘지도 않아 전체적으로 3점이면 충분한거 같습니다.

Bel hôtel néanmoins difficile a trouver depuis le métro. Son apparence ressemble a un building du style HLM. La réception est peu professionnel et en aucun cas bilingue. La piscine du sous-sol est remplie le soir mais vide le matin. Ce qui permet de commencer la journée par un peu de sport.
