We were in town for a concert and the front desk staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond in providing us with maps and information to get to the concert venue.

Excellent service and experience-very friendly hotel staff and nice atmosphere.

Good bed and pillows. Quiet. Good shower. Good workout room. Good service. Awful internet speeds (150-200kbps) with full bars on wifi. Location is meh, but lets be honest, we're talking about Waterloo and its close to the major roads and mall. Breakfast was good and they allowed us a noon checkout. Very nice hotel for the money. The king suite was only $5 more a night than a regular king. It is very clean and orderly. The hotel is extremely close to multiple restaurants and a mall.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, friendly service desk. Cons: The TV remote control worked 5% of the time. Only had 2 towels for my wife and I; had to request a couple more. The pillows were awfully soft. The free breakfast was ok-eggs were cold and the coffee was very weak. Summary: I'd stay again.

Got to hotel at midnight. They made us wait 20 minutes to check in due to night audit. Very tired and very upset!! Not pleased to spend this money and can not even go to my room.

This hotel had comfortable beds, was quiet, and had a good, complimentary breakfast. Hotel personnel were all courteous and friendly.

The hotel was nice and the most important part is that it was CLEAN. They even wash the duvet after each guest. I would definately stay here again. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. The only draw back were the beds were kind of soft. I tend to like a firmer mattress. the movies are expensive, what's up with that? The adult ones are way to expensive!

Great breakfast. The bath was very nice and clean. One caveat - the front desk gave me an extra key without verifying who I was..........too trusting in this day and age.

The beds were super comfortable - and I got one of the best night's sleep I have ever gotten in any hotel!

Waterloo is a bit of a dump of a town, but if you are stuck staying there, I highly suggest the Hampton! It is a bit pricier (approx. $20 per night higher than the surrounding hotels [which other conference goers complained at great length about THEIR hotels]) but completely worth it! During my 3 nights there I found the staff constantly helpful and […] happy to assist you. The rooms were also great; cozy, clean and roomy with anything you need from a hotel. My only complaints were that the jacuzzi jets were not working (which must be fixed by now) and the internet was not as quick as I would have liked, albeit still quicker than most hotels with that caliber of guests. During my conferences next year I will definitely book myself a room @ Hampton! Devamı

The hotel was very nice and super clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was nice and hot and refilled regularly. We would definitely stay here again and again. Excellent experience. Location was also great, close to shopping mall and lots of restaurants.
