Atlas Medina & Spa - Marrakech

Room was large and clean but no hot water for my shower. Reception was quick and efficient but they had problems with the free WIFI. Biggest problem was the noise form the nightclub below, it was that loud the bricks in my room were bouncing. If you check in and get a room between 101 and 115 then ask for a change. We booked this hotel after seeing the reduced price on hotels.com. We went to Marrakesh off season and cannot fault the hotel, the amazing food or the service. Marrakesh is a hectic city and a nice hotel really is a lifesaver... The only two negative things is: a) The pool was too cold to swim in it. I swam one lap as a dare. We only saw one other […] person swim in it the entire that that we were there. We did go off season so it may be warmer in the summer. b) The internet did not really reach up to the second floor. I would recommend requesting a room on the first floor if you have a laptop. I needed to work when I was out there and often had to go downstairs to pickup the WIFI signal. Devamı

This Hotel is defenietly not a 5 Star Hotel, but more like 4 Stars. Overall is a nice place but it lacks basic quality service from its staff. Front desk and Restaurant Staff are often rude and not very cooperative. UPsides: It is located in a nice area of the city, landscaping gardens around the hotel and pool area are nice, Restaurants food is not […] bad and the breakfast is very complete, Flat screen TV in the rooms with at least 15 channels in various languages. DOWNsides: Internet is not available in the rooms, only in the lobby. Rooms are not very nicely decorated. Hotel cleaning staff and maintenance personell is often very loud in the hallways and don't show much concern for a Do Not Disturb sign hanging at the door of your room. Definitely not a five star hotel especially when it comes to service! Everything costs extra even though my reservation said it would be included (e.g. the safe and access to the spa). The staff were not helpful or serviceminded at all, rather pretty aggressive and ignorant. To use the inroom safe costs extra and I even had to pay for it, although the […] safe didn't work and I had tried to get someone to fix it for me. I have never been treated so unfriendly at any hotel before, and Atlas Medina claims to be a five star hotel... If you don't care at all about service, Atlas medina is a good choice with spacious rooms and a nice location, but if you want to have a smooth visit, avoid it! Devamı

Good hotel freindly breaaakfast and restaurant staff, good food and good service, definately going back and highly recommand,

Would not recommend this hotel the service is poor and you have to pay to use indoor pool!!! Shower was broken, certainly not a five star!!! Staff are not friendly, don't even have tea facilities in the rooms!!

The hotel is very convenient and its far from all the crazyness and the medina. Marrakech is a beautiful city but it can be stressing, loud and crazy at times, so it was very nice to take a petit taxi for 20 DH or 40 DH at night and be able to go back to the new part of town and relax at the hotel. The room was huge, and there was a very big bath tub […] so it was perfect for relaxing after a long day walking all over town. Excellent hotel. Beautiful ambience with relaxing colours. The dining area provides delicious moroccan cuisine for dinner and breakfast. HOTEL IS CLEAN and has beautiful pictures well-spaced on the walls and really competes well for a five star range

Très bel hôtel, calme tranquille, le personnel de la restauration très sympathique, très belle chambre, très propre, service d'entretien impeccable...Seul problème la surprise de la taxe de l'hôtel qui n'était pas inclus dans le contrat qui était pas très élevée mais à 2 , 8 euros la nuit.

Hotel super bien luxieux, personnel tr-s accueillant, très serviable, Quant à la SPA pas très confortable: très chaud à l'intérieur, on vous fait attendre longtemps avant de vous servir! A voir ou à revoir! Amir.

PLUSS: - store rom og bad - ok seng - bra utsikt fra balkong - bra basseng - bra restaurant & bar på hotellet - god service - meget bra frokostbuffe - flott lobby MINUS: - måtte betale for bruk av safe, synes det var unødvendig (25 dirham/17,- kroner døgn).

l'architecture de l'hotel est magnifique mais l'entretien est nul et le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5* Domage car cet hotel est vraiment très beau; il est récent, mais je pense qu'il va continuer à se dégrader rapidement si la direction continue à ne rien faire pour le remettre à niveau

Hotel très confortable. Piscine pas très agréable car trop "bétonnée".
