The hotel was clean, easily accessible, had a fabulous breakfast that had omlettes, sausage, & even oatmeal so i didn't have to eat mine that I had nrought with me. I dind't give it a 5 though because the rooms are FAR from soundproof or even private when it comes to noise! There was a crying baby across the hall from me that cried half the night & […] most of the next morning! Also if you are in a room facing the Sheraton Five Point hotel in front of the Hampton, the blinding lights from their sign are ridiculous! Had to make sure the black out curtains were pulled tight! I thought this hotel had some of the most attentive, courteous and professional staff we have ever dealt with. Every time we entered or left the hotel lobby, the desk person always said hello to us and knew our son's name. I was impressed by everything except the breakfast. I liked this hotel a lot and would stay again. My only complaint was that I called the night before to let them know that I would need a crib. When I arrived, no crib and when I asked for one they did get it to our room quickly but with no sheets. We were told by the person that delivered it that we would have to the front desk...REALLY??? So when we […] went to ask we were told that they would be brought to our room shortly. They did bring those quickly as well. But wouldn't common sense say hmm they might need sheets for this as well. This hotel is not the fanciest, but provides comfortable beds with good service. It is minutes from Northstar Mall and close to downtown. The continental buffet breakfast was a nice perk and provided all sorts of hot goodies as well as coffee/tea in the lobby all day long. It had a small fitness center with one treadmill, one elliptical, weights and […] a stationary bike and an indoor pool that looked like it was being enjoyed by many a child. We were unable to check in at noon as there weren't any clean rooms available (busy Spring Break weekend), but the staff were very friendly and even called us the 2nd night to ensure we didn't need anything (we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign placed as we didn't require service). The check inn was fast, the suite was clean and big, the breakfast was nice but can improve. Very good location for our needs. We've just been there for two nigths but certainly come back again.

The hotel staff opened up the pool after hours just to allow us to take out children swimming since we got in late. The staff has always taken excellent care of us when we stay here. I highly recommend it.

Overall the hotel was decent. The breakfast on the other hand sucked. You may as well go to McDonalds. The eggs were cold and dry and the food was very plain. No taste.

Mike at reception was very friendly and accommodating! The other receptionist made a mistake & only check us in for 2 nights vs. 3 nights. The breakfast & cleaning staff were very competent & friendly. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub was out of service.

I will always pick a Hampton Inn if available. Like the one in San Antonio. Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, nicely furnishedd most importanatly staff vpery friendly! Happy. Neatly dressed. Provide outstanding service. My advice, stay American Owned. I used to stay in comfort Inns. They do not meet even minimum standards.

Staff was extremely friendly during breakfast they went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had everything they wanted. Front staff was polite and speedy during check in and check out. Only problem was the pool hrs. I stayed four days and wanted to actually use the pool during all hours and they were strick to not let guest stay in the pool […] outside hrs of use. I was here because my grandsons football team had made the State Championship. This hotel was very accomodating to the team and their families and made the boys feel special! They went out of their way for us and I so appreciate it.They were all so friendly. We had pizza delivered after the game to our room which was great! The breakfast was great!!! The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. The location is conveniently located 5 mins away from the airport and across the highway from restaurants and a shopping mall. It was a great experience, I will be staying here more often.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels, but never have I experienced such warm, personal attention consistently from the staff of a chain hotel. Every employee was very helpful and friendly. We stayed three nights and never had a single problem. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Hotel is very close to SA airport. Surprisingly we did not hear noise from planes. Had a king bed-very comfy and the room was huge! Staff during the day was ok, not overly friendly but girl in evening was very friendly. Breakfast was good and had free wifi. Will stay there again in future!!!

We arrived about 30 min before check-in time. They had trouble finding our reservations and when they found our reservation they did not try to accomodate us with a room. They told us to come back in at check -in time. I've gone in to hotels a whole hour before check in and they have politely accomodated us with our rooms.
