Arlington Place - Bogota

The hotel is very conveniently located with ease of access to all of the major, prominent zones for business, shopping etc. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and the staff were extremely helpful. They go out of their way to assist you! Highly recommended!

Great location near restaurants of Av. 19, and close to Autopista Norte. Big rooms, really full apartments. Hot water and internet down in first room, was transferred to another floor where these worked. Breakfast is COP10,000 additional. You can probably find better value elsewhere, unless you really want this location.

I have stayed at Arlington Place about 3 times. The hotel is very safe with a good location. The carpet was dirty this time,left the bottoms of my feet dirty ..yuck yuck..

I am torn about this place. The upside: great location, clean rooms, pleasant staff. The downside: no wifi - dial up only and I had trouble every day with it. NO HOT WATER in the showers: only warm (I have encountered this all over Bogota). NOISY at night if your room looks into the center of the hotel (some rooms in the two-room apartments have windows […] onto the central enclosed atrium. It's noisy and echoes a lot. People checking in in the middle of the night (and they DO...) make a lot of noise. I had to get up at 1:30 to go out and tell people to PLEASE be quiet.) Also: the night of a big storm, the electricity went out, and the staff did NOT have any kind of light for us when I returned from dinner at 10 pm . Not even flashlights so that we could go to our room. The desk guy offered me MATCHES, for goodness sake. I pointed out I might have burned down the place with matches. Also, the front desk could be a little more helpful: one day I asked them to get me a cab for my daughter who needed to go somewhere alone. "Es complicado" was the reply, some perfunctory attempt to get a cab, and then she just gave up. I'm lucky that I am pretty familiar with Bogota. If you are NOT, you are better off staying somewhere more helpful. And if you need constant computer access, forget it. However, the cleaning crew is delightful, the office staff is professional AND helpful and the beds are clean and comfortable. The 5th floor single rooms are a little older and dirtier though. The two bedroom, two bath apt. we had on the 3rd floor was great. No oven in the kitchen, but a microwave and stovetop both worked great. Devamı

Great place to stay, convenient to d'Norbierto's Spa, in a very safe neighborhood, close to 93rd avenue where the night life happens. The staff is very helpful, but only speaks Spanish. Breakfast delivered to the room daily, clean, on the basic side, but very good. The Arlington Hotel at Bogota is located in Santa Barbara, a very nice, safe and convenience place, close to everything, shops, restaurants, beauty salons, transportation, etc. the staff is excellent, they treat you as a very important person. We recommend this hotel to everybody. Alfredo

Room and other areas very clean. Simple but stylish. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the money. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the club scene - a 30-minute walk, true, but I like walking. I liked the local cuisine touch with your weekend breakfast. Loved the whole experience.

The location is very convenient. Rooms are ample. Ideal for a long stay. Fully equiped kitchen is a plus. Comfortable sofa, but imposible for sleeping as base was bent. Floor is carpeted and it is extremely stained and dirty from previous stay. Debris is still there from prior occupants.

Dxhcjnkvhhvkvgna I was an American traveling  with my two teenage sons, so the fact that they could acomadate us with a two bedroom two bath, with a kitchen was great. The rates were very reasonable. Problems were; the rooms all face an atrium all in tile, so it acted like an echo chamber. So when ever guests arrived late at night, which they often […] did, it was very disturbing.also the garage was below the atrium with an open door to it, so all the fumes of the exhaust came right up and into the room. The room was great except for the shower in one bathroom did not work, and nobody in the hotel could seem to explain how to use the in room safe. The front desk was totally useless in everyday. Rooms were never cleaned unless 3, or 4 calls were made everyday to do so. We needed to make calls to the US and they had no idea how to do so. Also when ordering break fast virtually everything we checked off on the menu was sent to us wrong,  aside from the fact  they only serve till 8am. We ordered salt in Spanish, and after waiting over an hour, and 4 to 5 calls to the front desk a person arrived with soap.  Several more calls and another hour of waiting and a man arrived with a 1 pound bag of salt, and a bill. When we went out for the day we asked for a card so we could find our way back, it had the wrong address, and the cab driver took hours trying to find the place. Lastly upon check out,we had prepaid via the Internet they had no record of our payment. More headaches. We found it to be great accommodations as far as the room, but everything else was pretty bad. Excellent Hotel, you get what you paid for, everything went as expected. Highly recommended. Only issue was front desk clerk who for some reason did not want to provide an invoice.

Hotel refused to provide invoice for stay. Other than that, great stay, hotel very nice, staff slow and not very bright. If you do not need invoice for company reimbursement, very recommendable.

todo bien, buena calidad y precio, buena atención, pero hay que invertir un poquito en mejores utensilios, toallas y ese tipo de cosas para las habitaciones.

Es un lugar muy bien situado en Bogotá. Los servicios hoteleron son muy limitados (desayuno) porque se trata de apartamentos, sin servicio de arreglo de cama los domingos. Podría mejorar el aseo de las habitaciones.

Se preocuparon de satisfacer mis requerimientos. Cuando pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, por una con una cama más grande, lo hicieron de inmediato, y con muy buena disposición.

Por el precio, la comodidad, y los alrededores el hotel estaba fabuloso. Nada de cosas fancy pero lo suficiente para estar comodo. Sin embargo, Nos quedamos en el 4to piso y hubo una fiesta de cumpleanos en el lobby que nos molesto con el ruido hasta las 3:00AM.

es un hotel que no tiene muchs servicio no hay sala de informacion ,es muy sencillo la parte de recepcion y aparte no tiene letrero del hotel solo sale el numero del edificio y pareciera q fuese un edificio rscidencial y uno duda al entrar saber si es donde deberiamos estar,la habitacion estan buena pero deberian refraccionarlas un poco en cuentas generales […] es un hotel que no vale lo que cuesta saludos y gracias . Very pleasent place to stay. Its almost like you have your own little apartment in the city! Reccomended :)

El hotel tiene casi todo lo que ofrece, sin embargo el internet en la habitación nunca funcionó.

Quarto sujo, cabelos no chão do banheiro e na cama. Deixou muito a desejar no quesito limpeza!!

No recomiendo este hotel. El termotanque de la habitacion estaba lleno de oxido y era imposible bañarse con el agua que salia por la ducha ya que salia con mucho oxido. La canilla del baño no funcionaba.

Es un hotel muy sucio. El agua de la ducha salía color café de asquerosa que estaba. No cambian toallas ni ropa de cama cuando uno lo pide. No lo recomiendo, no obstante que el sector es muy seguro y cerca de muchos comercios de diferente índole.

bueno por el precio, sobretodo si viaja con familia y va a preparar comida, muy comodo.

Si ud. necesita dormir es mejor que lleve un cubre ojos o que no le moleste la luz porque los ventanales tienen cortinas traslucidas... Es limpio y la apariencia es muy buena. El desayuno es bueno hay espacio suficiente para pasarla bien. Se recomienda

Muy buena la atencion en todo momento. Un sito acogedor, hermoso, cuidado y tranquilo. Lo unico malo es que el desayuno incluido termina muy temprano, a las 8 AM, lo cual no es horario bueno para vacacionistas o empresarios cansados.

El hotel está bien pero no tiene los servicios esperados, pues no tenía agua y preguntamos donde se podia conseguir y no obtuvimos respuesta. En los alrededores no había nada y tratamos de ir con carro a sitios cercanos pero como era domingo todo estaba cerrado. Creo que es necesario que al menos ese servicio lo tengan. Tampoco sabiamos que no había […] shampoo pues menos mal que llevabamos pero como era un hotel nos esperabamos que eso hubiera. De todas formas todo lo demás muy bien. Devamı
