I would never stay at this location again. The rooms are newer, but the size of a 10X12 Bedroom. The Neighborhood has a bar directly across the street and you cannot hear yourself speak or try to sleep when the locals get their fill and are forced to move on when the Bar finally closes at 11:30pm. They then move on to another bar further down the street, […] but you can still hear them until 1:30am. I mentioned this to the Desk clerks and they said that they would look into it, but nothing was done. Devamı

Very nice hotel. I stayed for a total of 6 nights. It was a single room, though it was a bit small, it is very comfortable and clean. All staff speaks good English and is very helpful. Especially Front Desk staff Valeria, she is helpful and always with great smile. Compared to the week in France, the stay in Palazzo Ognissanti was much much better. […] Hotel Staff in France were not bad, but no smile, never make you feel warm. At Ognissanti, you feel like home. For sure, I'll visit Florence again and I'll definitely go back to Ognissanti. Devamı

It surprised us that the room was very clean, the food was good. The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of Florence so we could walk to all attractions, restaurants and the river.

The hotel is close to the train station which makes dragging luggage along the bumpy uneven streets a less unpleasant event. A decent distance from most sights. It is possible to not use public transport, though a good pair of walking shoes is essential.

Great location near all Florence's attractions but far enough away not to be crowded. 1 minute from the river, 10 minutes walk to the Duomo through attractive local streets. Lots of local trattorias and ristorantes. On Saturday there is a local craft and produce market on the street right outside. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast. This is a pleasant hotel in a convenient location, it is within 15 minutes walking from all the main attractions and is also just 5 minutes from the railway station. There are not a huge number of restaurants or bars near the hotel, however as Florence is not that big you only have a 5 to 10 minute walk to reach a plentiful selection. Our only real […] disappointment was that for our first breakfast there was a hot plate with scrambled eggs and bacon, however this failed to appear for the subsequent 4 days of our stay so sadly back to the usual Italian sticky bun and coffee for breakfast! This hotel was fine for what I needed (a place to sleep) but I would downgrade it to a 3-star, not a 4-star hotel. I had friends who were staying at the Plaza Lucchesi, also a 4-star hotel, and it was much nicer (and more expensive). I had a single room which was the size of a monastic cell, but I was relieved to see that the bathroom was quite new […] and clean. There was one window, over the door which provided the only light. The AC was on pretty high, and it wasn't obvious how to turn it down -- on the other hand, I understand other hotels don't have AC so maybe I should count my blessings. While the hotel isn't smack in the middle of the city, the location really isn't too much of a problem. A good pair of shoes will get you to most parts of Florence--it's fortunately not a sprawling city. The breakfast is decent, and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a functional place to sleep that's fairly okay, this place fits the bill. However if you're looking for a room that you could lounge in, I would look elsewhere. Devamı

My single room was small but well-appointed, and had a lovely balcony with table and chair. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the train station, in a very convenient and lovely part of town... 2 minutes' walk from the river. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay there again.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. You can walk to the hotel in 5 minutes. The place is near all the main attractions. I never used public transportation on this trip because I didn't need to. Everything was near by. I am going through this area again I would stay here again which. The staff is nice and spoke English. They left candies […] for me during this stay because I was staying over Easter. Had a good experience. Now the only thing is that you need to get ear plugs to sleep the windows does not shut out all the outside noise. I am light sleeper and I usually carry them anyways, but this saved me form a restless night. Otherwise everything was great. Devamı

The hotel room which we stayed in was on the ground level and it was clean and quite quiet at night. We requested for a electric kettle and it was promptly delivered to our room, complete with coffee and tea sachets. The room was modern and stylish. The cleanliness was a plus. The best thing is the hotel is pretty near major tourist sights -- Churches […] and Museums and Art Galleries. We often just walk to these tourist attractions and walk back. You just make sure you have a good map and chat with the hotel staff before going off. Devamı

Hotel is very close to the central train station and just outside the central area of Florence, but still an easy walk to any of the historic areas. The street is very busy during the day and is noise at night due to a bar across the street from the hotel.

This hotel was a little hard to find but was conveniently located once we got there. We had a car so we needed a hotel with parking privileges and we wanted to be near the Centro. This hotel has restaurants and shops close by. It is also within walking distance of the train station if you happen to come to Florence via train. The room was quite comfortable […] but the bed was like a slab of marble. This seems to be the norm in Italy! Good elevators and air conditioning made our stay more comfortable as well. There was also a farmers' market in the street outside the hotel on Saturday which was a nice surprise. One tiny complaint was that they cater to buses and breakfast can be mobbed. Also, we asked for information about the Chianti wine country south of Florence but the ladies at the front desk had no information AT ALL and acted like they had never heard of Siena or Chianti. A bit weird considering it's an easy daytrip from Florence! Devamı

The hotel was very nice and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing maps of the city and also we couuld buy tickets for the bus tour of the city in reception, which worked out cheaper than buying on the bus. Parking was convenient and in a secure car park in the next street, the hotel provided a discount on the parking, however […] it was still expensive for two days. The hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, and is a nice walk alongside the river. Devamı

We were happily impressed by this newly rennovated room. TV and beds were nice and they provided extra pillows. The shower was a bit small, though bathroom was clean and standard european size. There was a great Chinese restaurant around the corner which we actually went to a few times. Was the best location/price we could find -- would definitely  […] recommend. Devamı

Convinient location being 10-15 minutes walk from The Duomo and less than 10 minutes from the train station, near the Arno river; close to everything, but far enough away to have a quiet night sleep and not have all the noise and activity of a major venue outside your door. Even though, everything within walking distance, one street to walk down to […] get to the main historical area, I would recomend for the first time visitors to take a bus first to get familiar with the city or The Bus will take you to the other side of the city in 15 minutes. The bus stops about 50 meters from the hotel. Exit a Lobby, make a left, walk 20-30 yards/meters, then first street right. The Bus stop is another 20-30 yards/meters on your right). The breakfast was fab with really good service. The rooms are immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff (especially reception) is always friendly and helpful. There is nothing negative I could think to say about this hotel. I'd highly recommend the Ricasoli to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence, and I plan to stay there on every subsequent visit. Devamı

Du blir mottatt med øyekontakt og et smil, og interresse for å gjøre alt for at du skal få det greit. Bestille billetter, forelså spisested etc alt etter det du har behov for. Det føltes som å komme hjem igjen etter en tur på byen.
