Staffs are VERY nice but they don't speak adequate English... You can communicate very basic, "Hi how are you" but if you ask more than that level, you don't get much help...

Stuff there was VERY nice. But most of all of them speak basic English only. You cannot communicate if you are asking a question or addressing issue. If you speak Thai, I'm sure you will really like this place.

My kids aged 4 & 5 years old enjoyed the kids pool very much. The camp safari was good also, me and my husband had some time alone while d kids were playing there. Room was very spacious. Karon area was less crowded compared to patong. It would b perfect if there's free wifi in the room.

What a hidden secret, great resort, great staff. Rooms upgraded to poolside ground floor after we explained that both men had knee problems and stairs were an issue. Transport staff sensational, in room dining cheap and great. Close location to local bars, beach and markets a bonus and far enough away from Patong hustle and bustle. My 24 year old son and I spent two nights at this hotel while travelling through Asia. We bought seats on a minibus upon landing at the airport and paid 180 Baht each for the hour ride to this hotel. It is a resort that we found filled with families from Australia who were spending two or three weeks here. We had to wait for over half an hour even thougn […] we had prepaid for our room two months earlier! We were escorted to our room which was fine....nothing really special, but decent room. It is NOT a four-star hotel by USA standards. Internet is available in the room by paying each day and they also have a business center with a few computers where you can pay a daily fee to use the computer. We needed to print something important, but the staff could not even get the printers to work for us on two different days. The hotel has a large lounge with bar, tvs and pool table that provides free Internet from 5:00 pm until 1:00 am. The Internet worked the first night, but not the second night which was frustrating. Walk about a block from the hotel entrance and go to Adis Tour and speak with Touk. Not only is she delightful, but she can arrange tours and transportation back to the airport at less money than you will pay through the hotel. We would recommend the tour of the five islands including James Bond. The tour guide Ibrahim was one of our best during a six-week trip through Asia and seeing five islands on a speed boat was perfect. Devamı

From the time we arrived our experience was fantastic , the hotel was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was fantastic . The swimming pools were really great the kids loved them. We are going back there next year

Centara Karon Resort is a great hotel in many ways when I had my spring vacation at Phuket. I liked it at the first sight when I got off the taxi. The bell boys, the receptionists, the room, and the environment, everything is fabulous but spa staff. It was an awful experience during my staying at Centara. When I tried to book a spa, I was told by a […] lady it was fully booked. I totally understood, and said I had booked at the front desk the night before. The lady immediately asked "When? Where?"(this is exactly her words) Her tone and body language were disrespectful, sounds like I didn't tell the truth. But the truth is I DID book at the reception last night. Overall, a good hotel with excellent spa. Clean rooms, good restaurants and bars and beautiful territory. The only thing that could be improved is the reception staff. Their English is very limited and they were not of much help. No concierge service and nobody can actually recommend where the best restaurants or places are.

the hotel has 3 sections each with its own pool area, but the main pool with slides was surrounded by 3 storeys units, this is where we stayed. me, my wife and 11yr son. breakfast at either restuarants is a good selection. calzone pizza by the pool for lunch . if you want to leave the hotel, the streets out the front gate are lined with restuarnts, […] bars, massage and clothing and bag markets within walking distance. the hotel has a bus service to patong and a taxi fare arent that expensive. We upgraded to a cabana this was the best hotel we have stayed in in Thailand close to everything you need, clean and huge room well serviced. Beds very hard. Will return.

ホテルは広くてキレイな庭に囲まれ プールも用途別に三つもありました。 こどもがいっぱい！ 大人はのんびりゆったり！ 値段以上のホテルだったように思います。 朝食も種類が多く、フルーツもなかなか美味しかったです。 買い物をしたい方にも街中にあるので楽だと思います。 スパも沢山あるし、ホテルは有利Wi-Fiでしたが、すぐ近くのレストランで 食事しながらFREEWi-Fiを使えて 便利でした。

Relativt fint rom, veldig liten balkong og kjempefin hage/fellesområder, men jeg synes ikke det var verdt den høye prisen (sammenlignet med andre hoteller i området) dersom man ikke stort sett har tenkt å oppholde seg på hotellets områder. På reisen bodde vi også i Kata og Ao Nang, som var mye koseligere steder. Karon manglet totalt sjarm og en god […] del av lokalbefolkningen var svært uhøflige. Området var altfor lite, slik at det ble kjedelig å bo der i en uke. På stranden i Karon var det nesten bare russere. Stranden i Kata var mye mer idyllisk og fin enn den i Karon. Devamı

因為泳池有滑梯才選這酒店, 泳池很適合小朋友, 但酒店整體比較舊, 餐廳食物價錢合理, 留在酒店玩樂及用膳, 也是好的選擇, 很少香港人及內地人選這酒店, 絶對是渡假的好地方

2012～13年の年末年始を両親と私の家族３名、計５名でこちらで過しました。 チェックインの時、カバナルーム２部屋を予約していましたが、１部屋が説明もなく普通の部屋に変更されていました。 クレームを言うと「混んでいてダブルブッキングが起きた。普通の部屋ではなく、キングベットが２つあるファミリールームでどう？１日あたり2000バーツ支払うから。」との内容で、仕方なく同意。 基本、スタッフの笑顔は少ないです。 朝食は困らないレベル。おかゆにパクチーを大量に入れて食べていました。長時間席を離れる時は、鳥が食べ物を狙っています。可愛いですが注意が必要です。 プールは３つ。低学年の息子が喜ぶ滑り台付きのプールでいつも過しました。 タオルも気軽に借りられます。海に行くときも持っていくことが可能です […] 。 カロンビーチには歩いて５分。海岸のビーチチェア代は１日あたり１つ100Bでした。 ３ｋｍに渡るビーチは見ているだけで気持ちいいです。パトンビーチより海が綺麗で、しつこい物売りもビーチボーイもいないので快適です。 12月31日のホテルのガラディナーについては、厳しいドレスコードはないものの、男性は適当な襟付きシャツ、女性は多少華やかに見える服装が必要です。 我が家では、ガラディナー直前に気づき、カロン地区内のショップで慌てて服を用意しました。 ちなみに男性は上が襟付きであれば、短パン・サンダルでも問題ありません。 ガラディナーの内容自体は、出なくてもいいレベルです。特に食事もおいしいわけではありませんし、退屈な歌やダンスを見てるだけ。正直無駄な出費です。我が家は１０時前に切り上げました。 それと、１月１日になると同時に、ホテル内とカロン地区周辺で空襲並の花火が打ち上がります。 時間にして約１時間。市販の睡眠導入剤と耳栓をして、部屋で寝ていたのですが、さすがに飛び起きました。 次の日の朝、年をまたいだため、ホテル全体で部屋の鍵が開かないという珍事が発生。 夕方には復旧しましたが、勘弁願いたいトラブルです。 レンタカーでの移動をしていたため、パトンや島内の移動には全く困りませんでした。 パトン市内は渋滞が結構ひどいので、落ち着いたカロンにして良かったと思っています。 カロン＋レンタカーは最強かと思います。行動力のある方は是非チャレンジを。 また、ホテル周辺には、徒歩圏にレストラン、ローカル食堂、バー、マッサージ屋、床屋、エクスチェンジ、コンビニ等が揃っていますので非常に便利です。 日本人は殆どいません。が、海外に来た気分になります。 オススメはホテルを出てすぐ右手にある「ローヤルマッサージ」のタイマッサージ１時間３００Bと、突き当たりの仕上がりの匂いがキツイ洗濯屋さんが１kgあたり40Bと格安でできます。（高いところだとkg/70Bします。） レストランでは、レッドオニオンのタイ料理かな。ヤムウンセンとパッタイが旨いです。ロシア人が行列を作っていました。あ、ホテルそばのＰＡＹＡＹＡもいいです。 チェックアウト時に２０００B×５泊＝１００００Bを返してと言ったところ、「現金ではなくホテル内マネーで１００００Bだ」と言われました。 最初に書いた書面のコピーを奥から持ってくると確かにそのように書かれていました。 書類のコピーを私たちに渡してくれていなかったため＆語学力が乏しかったために起きたトラブルでした。 最後に嫁と両親でホテルスパ内のマッサージ９０分を受け５０００Ｂほど残し、気分を害してチェックアウト。 うーん。ホテル以外は最高だったかなぁ～。 Devamı

壁が薄くて、隣の声が響いて来ました。また、1階の庭へ出る芝生はゴミがいっぱい落ちていました。インターネットは有料で、使い方が複雑過ぎて、ホテルの人に頼んだら忙しいから無理と断られました。チェックアウトも、ずっと待たせたままこちらから催促してから気づくという次第でした。お湯の出も悪く時間がかかって大変でした。ここの系列はいろんなところで使いましたが、クラビが一番良いと思います。客層は欧米が多く、アジア系は少なかったです。また、欧米系の人たちには親切な感じを受けました。とても、4つ星とは思えないホテルでした。

価格が安いので少し心配したが、センタラはどこをとっても良いホテルでした。特に中国人がいないこと。ポールでも朝食でも静かでリゾートを楽しむことができます。カロンの町中にありマッサージもレストランも徒歩圏にあり、その割にはホテル内は静かに過ごせます。

ホテルの環境も良く、隣接のレストラン、両替、ツアーオン案内所、マッサージなどが多く、不便さはなく、とても快適です。雨季なのでホテルの傍の海岸では波が高いので泳げませんが、その分人が少ないのでのんびり過ごしたい方にはお勧めです。島に渡ると波も穏やかで泳げます。行くまでが大変で船酔いするかもしれません。あと、ホテルに日本人スタッフがいないので意思疎通には苦労しました。けど、なんとか過ごせたので良い思い出になるでしょう。プールは４つあり、子供連れ用と大人用と自然に分かれているようです。大人用にも子供プールはありました。まあ、とにかくのんびり過ごすには良いホテルだと思います。

离海滩远，设施比较旧。 订了海景房，但是只能在阳台看海，而且只能看到半面海，眼前还有一个很高的楼挡住部分视线。服务员说5楼以上算海景，但是5楼实在不够高，海面都被树挡着了。总体上是不太看得到海。
