Comfort Suites Near Seaworld - San Antonio

Thought the room was dirty - they hadn't cleaned the air vents in months. The facuet to turn on the shower was falling off the wall.

Very friendly customer service, quick check in, very clean rooms. Overall good night sleep. Enough said.

I needed a lodging next to Sea World for 3 adults and 2 children (3y, 5m). The double queens was perfect, with a small living room and a sofa bed where I could put the 3y old kid. It just fulfilled my needs.

Enjoyed the stay. Was able o check in early and made things a lot easier. Everything was in order, neat and clean. Breakfast is also great

My husband was thrilled about the fast internet service. We had a king suite and loved the two separate rooms each with their own television. The rooms were clean and looked new.

excellent room stayed for 5 days to attend BMT graduation ceremonies. Convenient to base and lots of local attractions. Comfortable bed and hot breakfast, including waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, buiscuts, and lots more. Location was perfect. Its nice to come back to a clean room everyday after being outside all day. The extra sitting area with TV […] was a bonus considering all our son wanted to do was shower and sleep. (and watch football) . The riverwalk and alamo was a short drive along with seaworld. Movie theatre and mall across the road. Would stay here again if I'm in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to sea world, a wonderful hotel. The rooms are large and have a lot of amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub are fabulous and the breakfast was wonderful! The staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered. Will definitely be staying here when we go back this summer!

More things out of order or broken than in proper working condition- waffle irons and juice machine at breakfast, ice machine, vending machines, cushions torn on chair/sofa in room. Also had to change rooms due to broken faucet in bathtub. Mattress very uncomfortable. Carpet and walls dirty/stained. This hotel was outstanding in every way. The service was great, staff friendly, breakfast superb, rooms clean and comfortable. My kids loved the indoor pool and I loved the hot tub! We will definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Our 2 night stay here was great. We were not expecting the extra room with the couch and additional TV so it was an added bonus. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great, less than 10 minutes from SeaWorld, with lots of restaurants nearby. The HOT breakfast was great, with the usual items as well as biscuits, gravy, […] eggs, sausage and potatoes. There was plenty of food as an attendant kept refilling everything as needed. Our child attends school at St. Mary's Univ. The location of this hotel is close to the school and shopping malls.

Great place to stay. Quiet,close enough to seaworld,and shopping centers.

We stayed one night in San Antonio with four 5 year-olds. If we were staying more than one night, I might have looked for a cheaper price, since we were out and about so much. The room was clean and comfortable. We booked a two queen/suite, which had a small sleeper sofa. Everyone had room to sleep. We didn't have outside noise. We did opt to skip the […] continental breakfast since it was crowded and it ended before everyone was ready. The Staff was nice and helpful. The room was very dusty and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The beds were good and the pool was good.

I have stayed at other Comfort Suites and this one paled in comparison. The rooms were not clean - there were stains on the chairs, sofa and bedspreads, and the bathroom area looked as if it had been quickly wiped down, not sanitized or really cleaned. The front desk staff was not very friendly, upon arrival or departure. We went down for the free breakfast […] and the space was cramped and smoky, with not much food left to choose from. The only pro was it's location to SeaWorld, but having been in this area before, I know there are better hotels for the money that are just as close or closer to the park. Devamı

The customer service was terrible! The room was nice and clean, but there were no towels as they were all in the laundry. When the towels were done, WE had to go down to the front desk to get them, they were not brought up to us. We went to breakfast at 9:00 (breakfast is over at 9:30) and there were no forks or knives left, the milk was all gone, and […] the breakfast area was crowded and a mess. hotel itself is very nice. love the suite rooms! breakfast was good and the employees very nice. just do not get rooms on the side closest to the freeway. there is a club that closes at 2 and the NOICE begins! and i do mean NOICE...hollering, screaming since they are parked right next to the hotel. will wake you up from a dead sleep. it was HORRIBL […] E! If you are going to watch a family member graduate from basic and will be needing a stay, I would recomend the comfort suites. When we got there although we had a reservation the kings were full, so without having to ask or say something we were upgraded to a king suite which was very nice.

Pros: Good price and location. (except is close to a discotheque (too much noise on first night). Nice warm breakfast. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Cons: Carpet definitely needs to be changed. Linen was clean, but bathroom fixtures were not as clean. No restaurant with hotel.

Hotel pool looked dirty, tub had leak, sofa bed was missing mattress?? Ice bucket was filthy.

Everything was alright except free breakfast. Eggs taste was horrible. Coffee pots were never refilled. I had to stop by at Dennys to eat breakfast. I would suggest the Mgmt to eliminate their free breakfast because they were acting like they were doing a favor to us by providing free breakfast.... Eggs taste runined my whole day.

We went to seaworld which was only 10 mins away. The hotel is surrounded by very good choice of eating places... very good stay. will stay there again..

Got a suite with 2 queen beds. The hotel is relatively new and the room was clean and big enough for a family with 3 small children. I really liked the fact that the living area is a separate room from the sleeping area; there is a door that you can close between them. Having 2 TVs was nice; the adults could watch something while the kids watched their […] stuff. The refrigerator was a decent size too; I always like to load that up with snacks and drinks. The free breakfast had a decent amount of options such as cereal, yogurt, waffles, bagels, pastries, eggs, and sausage. The WiFi signal in the hotel room was very strong also. The only downside of the hotel room was the AC; the AC unit-- while very quiet for a hotel room struggled to keep the room cool in 100% weather. Devamı

The hotel was wonderful. The hot tub didn't work, but other than that everything was great. It rained all weekend which could have ruined our visit to San Antonio yet the hotel and the indoor pool made the trip a success especially for my six year.

We would consider booking at this hotel again! Of course, if the price is reasonable, that was one of the main reasons would stayed here! Not bad for the price we paid at the time, but then again it was during "off peak season". I believe the price doubles during "peak season".

Clean and comfortable rooms. The microwave, refrigerator, and excellent continental breakfasts were a godsend. Liked that the living area and bathroom was separate from the bedroom area. Convenient to Sea World and not far from other attractions as well. Two TV's.

En general muy bien y si regresaría pero solicite una habitación doble y me dieron una con king lo cual si me afecto así que recomiendo que se aseguren que tipo de habitación les van a dar porque ya estando allá no hubo forma de arreglarlo!!
