Great hotel for business or pleasure! Room and grounds are beautiful and the staff - customer service was great. Can't wait to go back.

We didn't find the valet service helpful or timely at all! The bar upstairs did not over look the beautiful grounds, it was dark and dreary. No, fat free ice cream in the ice cream store

Stay was wonderful. We had a great time. We had to call customer service twice. Once for the bathtub that wasn't draining and the other time for the tv remote that wasn't working and they were there within minutes to take care of the problem. Definately would recommend this place to any and everyone.

Hotel satified all needs with the exception of nothing being within the immediate surrounding area. Near International Drive but was confusing. Staff was very nice and is definitely a 4 star.

Other than a really rude guest at pool side who cursed at me in front of my children it was nice. I tried not to let it bother our vacation with the family but he seemed to think he owned the place and told me we should go someplace else. Apparently it was a huge latin wedding.

Very nice hotel for relaxing with the family. Staff was really nice and ammenities are great. We stayed over a long weekend and it was very crowded so approaching the front desk was difficult at certain hours of the day. The rooms are big - just what we needed for a 5 and 1 year old kids; however our room was far from the elevator and it coult take […] me 3-4 minutes to get to my room after I got off the elevator. We arrived at 11:00am and even though check-in is at 3:00pm they allowed us to check-in without delay. The only bad thing is that the next day they were knocking the doors at 9:00 asking us when we were going to check-out.

Wow, a lot of restaurants on site, love the Star B every morning right on site! Would love a longer walking trail someday too. We are not folders but its a beauty of a course! The prices for food and items in their market are not bad, they are being kind. After SoBe it's a deal! Everything is close nearby, Don Pablo's, Lobster House.

Hotel facilities were great. The check-in process was awful. No clear definition on who was next in line. The people at the counter took a long time with each person, making the wait time over 45 mins and I was "next in line".

My wife and I stay here with our 10 year old daughter often. And it is perfect. Clean, beautiful, professionally run. I cannot say enough about Rosen Shingle Creek. Book a room here. You will not be disappointed.

I loved how clean the rooms were. Best of all, the location is fantastic! The only thing I think they can improve on is their customer service. The lady at the valet looked like she didn't want to be there and was unprofessional.Other than that, we loved staying there. We will definitely be returning.

Shingle Creek stands is just amazing. the staff are attentative yet never in the way. The atmosphere is perfect for getting away and close enough to reach all the attractions that are in the area.

My family really enjoyed this hotel ,the room was clean and very very comfortable ,the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We really loved the late night kitchen,it was also a convenience store ,perfect for late travelers or night owls.Great golf course and the pools were excellent as well Can't wait to go back

beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities to include several restaurants. Comfortable clean room with a nice view. However Parking was a long walk from the hotel and there was no valet parking available when we arrived

So many amenities on site, you never have to leave! Beautifully appointed rooms, spectacular grounds, and extremely convenient location. My only complaint would be parking. For $16/day self-parking, I shouldn't have to lug my bags a country mile, while valet is paid $28/day for the closest parking spaces. Staff should be running the extra distance […] to cars...not guests. They do occasionally have shuttles from the parking lot, but in 3 days, we never managed to catch one. Very inefficient use of the shuttles...a 5-6 seater hauling one guest, etc. Otherwise, put on your walking shoes and be prepared to stay awhile. You'll love this property! Devamı

We always stay at the Rosen Shingle when visiting Orlando. The staff there is always amazing and truly makes you feel like you are coming home. Everytime you come through the guard gate the security guard says "Welcome home" and that is exactly how you feel when you stay here, like this is your home away from home. I thought I would splurge a little and spend my final night in Orlando at a more upscale hotel. Overall, the facilities of the hotel are very good, nice shops, good restaurants, nice pool area. The furniture in the room was very dated. The green chair looked like it had been there since the 70s. The bed was comfortable. After paying $240 bucks+tax for […] the room, I didn't expect to have to pay to use the fitness centre. I probably won't return for this reason alone. I didn't like that all of the self-parking lots were blocked with pylons, even though the lots were not full. The self-parking charge is $16 and valet parking for one night is $21. Don't pay full price to stay at this hotel. The quality of the room just doesn't warrant spending that kind of money. The hotel facilities are great, but the room quality wasn't any better than that of a Super 8, seriously. You are paying for the facilities. Don't expect a lovely room. Devamı

Its nice place to stay few thing they don't tell you they chage for car parking even you there guest they still you about $16.00 for self parking to $20.00 for valet per day other then that everything is fine and cool stay .

The hotel was beautiful...very clean...plenty of amenities...free internet...pleasant staff. The only downside I had was paying $16 per day to park my vehicle. The hotel was near Downtown Disney, Orlando Premium Outlet, SeaWorld, and a Publix shopping center across the street.

After we checked in and went to bed we noticed the bed had an awful odour. We "sniffed" the pillows and the smelled horrible. We called housekeeping and 20 minutes later they arrived to change the pillow cases. We said " not good enough, we want new pillows" the housekeeper said " you will have to call again, I can't get them ". So we did and they arrived […] a short while after. Then we smelt the sheets and they also smelled. So they were changed also. About 35 minutes after our call we seemed to have a clean bed. They next day we found old dirty coffee cups in our room. When we checked out we asked to speak to the manager. We did and he did nothing. We gave us his card and said " call me when your back in town. Well we live in another country and if we return to Orlando we won't be staying at Rosen Shingle Creek. Extremely disappointing for a hotel which promotes its "world class hotel. This is how a hotel is supposed to be done! We don't want to stay anywhere else, now. However, if you have trouble with a potentially long-ish walk from the parking lot, you should explore premium or valet parking.
