The hotel room was modern looking, especially the bathroom. It was small, but comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. The best thing about it was the location and how it was a close driving distance to the places we visited in Quebec City. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located within 20 mins from airport, old Quebec, shopping malls. Room was modern and clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in.

Excellent stay. Wonderfully thought out in terms of getting ready in the morning. Great shower. Beds are very comfortable. I would stay again without hesitation.

It was a nice hotel and clean...the staff were helpfull but it would have been nice to know they were shooting for the "European Style" When I pulled my comforter back there was no fitted sheet and when I asked that is what I was told that this is how the europeans do it. They offered a fitted sheet but I found it funny that this was the only European […] aspect of the hotel Devamı

We were not aware that we had to pay $2 for every cup of coffee we brewed in our room. We have never paid for coffee in a hotel room beefore. We found out when we got our bill at the end of our stay & were quite shocked.

Excellent value for the money. Very nice staff. Location was a bit out of the way but all and all an excellent choice.

All was well. Clean, tidy nice, etc etc. Except, wanting to charge you for coffee in your room! It is bad enough that they charge for everything else, but how 'cheap' can you get! Shame!

We loved this hotel. The bathroom was nice. It is not that far from Old Quebec either, only 15 minutes by car. My husband and I decided tha we will stay here again next time we go to Quebec to avoid the high price and parking fees. At Hotel Sepia the rate was good and the parking is free. However, there is no free coffee in the room?

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in mid-October. Surprised at location - seemed far from downtown Old Quebec. We did have a car, and drive to and from city was about 20 minutes! However, expect to pay $20 a day to park in city garage (meter parking is hard to find). Rooms are very modern and clean; front desk is very helpful in finding good […] restaurants. Walls were paper-thin, but this was only a problem if you wanted to sleep in late. Ten minute drive to St. Roch and Maguire Street (very posh restaurants, but affordable). Devamı

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Modern decor. We went to breakfast thinking it was complimentary, but it wasn't. Convenient to bus stop. We like complimentary breakfast and the room rate was enough to include that. No elevator. Had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Two floors. Although it was nice, probably would not stay there again.

For years, we have been traveling to the Quebec City region and staying at a hotel in Ste-Foy that has now closed. We weren't sure whether we would be able to find a place nearby that would be as good as where we used to stay. We decided to try the Sepia. It was a very pleasant surprise for us. The service was excellent, the room was very comfortable […] and clean, and the decor, rather modern, was tastefully done with all the amenities you could wish for in a hotel room. The hotel is situated next to a big highway, but the soundproofing is good and we were not bothered by noise. Breakfast, which in our case was not included in the rate, was excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we consider that our stay at the Sepia was excellent value for the money we spent. The only problem we had is that on one of the two nights we stayed at the hotel, the parking lot filled completely and we had some difficulty finding a spot. But the attendant at the front desk was very helpful and authorized us to park overnight in one of the 10 min spaces normally used to register. Had those not been available, I'm not sure what we would have done! But overall, we're very happy with our stay at the Sepia and we will most likely stay here again. Devamı

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and come with a fridge too. I was pleasantly surprised. The price was less than the chain hotels nearby and probably nicer too.

We got a wonderful experience right here. The place is so clean and nice. The rooms are well decorated and look modern. So sad that we did not try the pool because of rain. The location is great as it closes to the airport and not so far from the old city. You will be happy to stay here. And of course, we will be back again.

The hotel was very nice, the staff extremely helpful and polite. Rooms clean. My only complaint with the room was that the bathroom sink was in the bedroom area so when my husband got up early he woke us up. The shower was awesome though. I was also not keen on the location of the hotel. Our room overlooked what appeared to be an old, derelict builiding […] on wasteland. It was also very close to highways so not very relaxing whilst in the pool. Nothing very close such as shops or restaurants but it is close to the bus stop. All in all it was a nice stay but I would choose a different location next time I visit Quebec. Devamı

The Hotel was clean and sometimes the Wi-Fi doesn't work. There is no elevator and if you have large and heavy luggage, it's a real struggle. Other than that, it's okay.

Very pleased with service and confort of room we had. Despite being near a busy intersection, the hotel windows kept the room very quiet. We used outdoor pool a lot - great size but it could use a few more long chairs. Very good value for price we pay considering rates for Quebec City hotels at this time of the year.

The exterior is ordinary looking. When you got inside, you will be pleasantly surprised. The room is nicely decorated with gray, white schema. Very chic and modern. The bedding is very comfortable. Love the overhead rain show in the bathroom. Like to stay again.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The shuttleprovided by the hotel to Old Quebec suited our plans perfectly. The room was a bit on the small side but adequate for our needs. The staff were most accomodating; helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good, but the price should have been included in the room price, or a continental breakfast be […] provided. This is the first time that the coffee in the room that you prepare yourself was at an additional cost of two dollars. We would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit Quebec City! Devamı

Nice place with unusual decor and fixtures considering the location. Eight miles from Old Town, but very easy access by car or bus.

Nice rooms - not a high end hotel, but if you are just doing a stop over to get to the airport it is perfect.

The Hotel Sepia ended up being a good place to stay. Nice room with all amenities. Clean. Quiet. The bus sitution to old Quebec was a little confusing. Though we received info when we first got there, we ended up on wrong bus, etc. The tourist information is located in a building just up over the hill from the hotel. All worked out in the end. The service and shower were great. The towel and sheets were rough and the room had a slight musty smell. I asked to change the sheets on the bed because they were itchy, they did, and the new linens were better. We had sugar ants in our room and then we decided to leave.

The hotel's renovations were lovely. The only complaint we had was that the pool was not especially welcoming. Since the hotel is near an off ramp, the pool is close to the highway. If you don't want to swim, then it's a great place - easy to find, nice rooms, and efficient staff.

The room in this hotel was very clean, very comfortable. The decor was very nice. There had been a bit of a problem with my reservation (which was not the hotel's fault) but the very friendly very helpful staff took care of it very quickly and very efficiently. I recommend this hotel very strongly.

This used to be a Comfort Inn that was renovated with some stylish wallpaper and new washrooms. The rooms are small, the floor and walls are thin and the ambience is just ok.

very nice, very clean, very modern, i would consider this excellent until the pipes started making noise during the night. seems like they had pressure problems which is probably fixed by now, but that's what made my stay a little less than excellent. the rest is A1!

This hotel is a very nice place to stay and is very clean, This was my first stop on the way to NFLD and it was very close to highway which was very convient. The only negatives is that the breakfast wasn't that good for 10 bucks, the pillows are too hard, and there isnt much in the surrounding area.

During my stay, I missed the morning shuttle that the hotel provides into town. The desk clerk told me where I could get bus tickets a half of a block from the hotel and the bus picked me up right across the street. I came back to the room early, because I was not feeling well. A few hours later I decided to get some medicine from a local store. On […] my way back to the room, I had someone cut me off in my rental car and I hit the curb, blowing out my front tire. The next morning, the same clerk contacted a local garage for me and explained the situation, as I did not speak French. He gave me directions to the garage and a card so that if I had communication issues they could call him and he would translate. I have never had a desk clerk go so out of his way to help me. When I return to Quebec City I will definitely stay at this hotel. He won me over! I can begin to explain how stressful it was to be in a foreign country and not be able to speak the local language when an incident like this occurs and he took all the stress away. Devamı

The hotel was very good the room was great TV was flat Chocolate and others are not included you have to pay extra Do not be surprised.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean. The buffet breakfast was also great. The hotel had a shuttle service that ran once in the morning and returned once in the afternoon. A bus service was very close by starting at 10:00am and running until midnight. You could get an all day ticket. These services were available in the summertime. My family and […] I enjoyed the stay.
