We had busy days, but the hotel was an oasis for us to rest and recuperate . Breakfast room was a bit crowded but the food was very good. I would go back tomorrow.

No surprises. The exercise room was basic but enough to burn off the excess energy from travel. Room was small but clean. Breakfast buffet was limited but sufficed.

Hotel location was very close to Narita Airport which was very handy if your flight arrived late. The Hotel shuttle bus also was very handy to go from and to the airport. However the Hotel was very far from tokyo city at least 1.30 min travel non stop to reach Tokyo. This Hotel is only good for stop gap measure. The basic hotel was adequate. We did request a smoking room for my spouse, but the smell was very strong. Well., that may be expected. The problem was that we arrived in the evening jet-lagged and expecting to have a drink and a meal. Amazingly there was no bar or restaurant at all. We were told to go back to the airport if we needed a meal. As if we […] wanted that. Finally, we had to walk about 15 minutes on not very pedestrian friendly roads in the dark to another hotel for some food service. The Narita Port is our favorite hotel whenever we are in Narita. The rooms are comfortable, the amenities are very nice. The staff at check in are efficient. The offered breakfast is excellent in a very pleasant surrounding. This hotel has a very nice little shop in the lobby. We will be back!!

It is convenient to the airport and they provide the free shuttle service but the quality of the staff and their service need improvement! Internet only works in the hotel lobby.

I arrived into Narita in a Friday night and just needed a place to crash before I trekked into the city. This place got the job done. Convenient airport shuttle. Rooms were spacious compared to the hotels I stayed at in Tokyo. Nothing special about the room otherwise. Although this place does have soft pillows as a choice!, and not just the hard buckwheat […] pillows. Breakfast buffet was great with a mix of Japanese and Western offerings. My only complaint about the place is the bed. Mine was hard as a rock! The TV had some English stuff available, which was nice. The buffet for breakfast was quite good. The shuttle service rocks, it gets you back and forth quickly and easily. The front desk speaks English, which is nice. Overall, not a bad choice, especially for the price. I'd do it […] again. Considering our need to be as close as possible to the PVG airport... is a good option. The inconvenience is the lack of english spoken personal.

Very close to Narita Airport - convenient when you have an early flight. There is a free shuttle bus from 6am to 10pm, the taxi ride is about 2500 yen.

The hotel staff were wonderful. I enjoyed the wifi lounge. The shuttle service to Narita station and the temple, or to Narita Airport ran plenty often and helped me get where I wanted to go when I wanted to go. Loved the Breakfast buffet! Lovely view and great food.

This 2nd stay was w/2 jr, high-aged sons in a twin room. 'Single' beds were doubles. Easy for table, chairs, tv on 3-drawer dresser, full closet & a roomy bathroom. So clean! Boys slept solid on the firm beds & pillows until a 2 a.m. earthquake! The bedstand did lights, alarm, a/c. Key-in-the-card-slot to turn on/off the electricity was efficient. Lovely […] view of the 'Tottoro' forest. Elevators smooth, fast & quiet. The front desk always had at least one very fluent English speaker. The 24-hr. full gym w/wood floor is across the hall from laundry (wash/dry 300-en total). Breakfast buffet is the best!!! My all-American eater filled up on hotcakes & cereal while us others ate from the 30+ items. The hotel relies on a bus to get guests around--airport, train station, & huge mall. Frequent & very punctual. Amazed at the driver's skill! We also liked being w/other foreigners for a bit. The little store in the hotel does its best to make up for the Port's isolated location--laundry detergent is 45-en, plenty of snax & souvenirs. Nice waiting area w/2 internet computers for 100-en/10 minutes. Re: comments about lack of room wi-fi...we didn't have to deal w/that b/c at Narita we rent a portable wi-fi (can also rent cell phones) for 1050-en/day so we ALWAYS had internet on our American phone. The only thing I couldn't figure out was why hotels.com wouldn't let us list 3 people although the room was rated for 4. Maybe b/c of that, we were charged for a 3rd breakfast. Devamı

Room had no kind of ac, so prepare to boil. The staff was a little short with there guests. Left earlier then I wanted to because of lack of services and the no ac.

A clean hotel, located in close proximity to the airport. The rooms are clean, but are beginning to show their age. While the hotel is nice, and in good proximity to the airport, the fact that the hotel does not have a restaurant is very inconvenient, especially if you are arriving on a late night flight. During the day, frequent shuttle service links […] the hotel with the AIrport, Narita Station and Aeon Mall, which means it is fairly easy to find food or any other necessities. The hotel is very convenient for staying near the hotel, and the free shuttle is on-time, clean, and timely (stopping every half-hour during peak times and hourly at non-peak times. I would prefer to have free wifi in the room, but the wifi in the lounge area was fast.

The hotel and shuttle bus staff were polite and friendly. Room space was adequate and the breakfast was tasty. The bathroom was slight old (had a plastic feel to it) but it was very clean and offered various amenities (ie. body soap, shampoo, and conditioner as well as razor and toothbrush). The hotel was just fine and so many tourists stay there and quite annoying. I was checked out late for less than one hour and been charged for 700 japanese yen.

Perfect budget hotel close to Narita Airport. Could not get internet to work but everything else was great. Helpful and courteous staff. The usual free shuttles make the location work well.

The hotel is clean and sersers are friendly. The devices and staffs in the room work ok and easy to use. Bothroom is comfortbale and the toilet work good too. But the wireless internet is too slow.

This hotel was picked mainly out of desperation when I missed a flight out of Tokyo. There is a free bus that services that hotel plus 2 others. The room was adequate although the AC never really cooled down enough and it was very warm and humid in the area. Sounds carried so I heard noises all night long in the hallways. quite close from Narita international airport. Free shuttle bus is a huge plus. It takes guests from and to the airport to the hotel, and also from and to Narita train station. They have breakfast buffet with a mix of western meal and Japanese meal. They charge for the buffet, and I paid about $12 US dollars. I got a smoking room - I don't smoke, and expected to get a non-smoking room, but somehow got a smoking room. The whole room smelled like cigarette, but I was too tired to ask a room switch, so I just took it. Not a newly renovated look, but everything was well kept and looked clean. This is my third stay at Narita Port Hotel. They offer a free shuttle to the hotel from the Narita Airport, very convenient. There is also a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to the Aeon Mall. Our room was quite spacious for a twin room, also very clean, good amenities. Staff at the reception very courteous.

I have been on a vacation trip in China, S. Korea and finally Japan, I have been in over 8 different hotels during my vacation and I can tell honestly this was by far the worst. They are going to charge you for absolutely everything. $15 for using the internet was outrageous, specially if you must use the internet to get flight information, communicate […] with your family, etc. The room was old and bathroom dirty. They should keep the restaurant open later. There is no place to eat in the neighborhood, except the airport, and all the restaurants there are closed by 9:00. Air conditioning didn't work, I was sweating like a pig all night.

The hotel had a great shuttle bus service to and from Narita Airport and Narita Railway station which operated frequently. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel was great value. All the hotels in Japan had hard beds - that was the only problem we found anywhere.

What a gem! The rooms are clean and pretty big for Japanese standards... enough room to actually turn around! The bed was a bit hard for my taste. Japanese beds are a bit smaller than American sizes, too, but you will find this the norm for Japanese hotels. Part of the experience! The people who work there are so very nice and helpful. They understand […] and speak English very well. The shuttle runs on time and when there were too many folks for the shuttle on my last visit, they called taxis. I was so impressed. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful Japanese breakfast. (Don't expect much American food if that is what you must have.) The Hotel condition was old .No free wifi in the hotel.No restaurant in the hotel.Although they offer buffet in the morning.We had to take a shuttle bus to eat in a different hotel.Hotel advertise free wifi in the hotel.There was none.You could use there computer downstairs for 100 yen for 10minutes.
