This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel! They only changed our bedding twice while we stayed there for 10 days, the food was terrible and all the other families from all over said that they would fight to get their money back! The beach and water sports are nice. The hotel looks like it is not well maintained and the staff are not much motivated in the exception of few. The guest relation manager (Mr. Danny) is a very professional person and he is the one who made our vacation worth it.

It was good value for money but the rooms need improvement. The layout and spaciousness of rooms is good, but unnacceptable quality of pillows, bed sheets, towels and shower room cleanliness (ie. mold and mildew on grout and in corners). Beach and water sport items are great. Gym equipment good but needs major updating, proper small towels and cleaning […] product to wipe machines should be provided. This is a great hotel with large suites within beautiful grounds which are well kept. There are ample swimming pools, beach, a superb spa. The gym is not good (equipment is not maintained).The beach is ok but the ones accessible by car (Mont Choisy for example) are far better. If you are there without a car you are hostage to the hotel since you cannot […] walk to get anywhere (it is remote). But with a car this is a very nice option. The only let down is the awful food and service in the restaurant is usually very poor. If you can put up with the bad food (since it is a half board hotel), then the hotel itself (building and comfort) is very good and outstanding value for money. Devamı

The room did not have internet access as indciated in the room information. As we were staying on business this was inconveneient. The quality of service and meals was poor. it appears that the hotel is cutting costs and is doing this by cutting staff numbers and overall quality of meals.

Nice set up, hotel is on the beach but not well maintained. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are not great and as for the quality of the food there isn't much variety. They serve mainly indian meals and it is pretty much the same thing every day. Overall it was just ok. We got an "Easter special rate" which was great as it was heavily discounted […] and thank god as it is all it was worth. This is quite a big resort with 290 rooms but unfortunately there is quite a lack to the detail in this hotel, an example is that the light outside my room was gone (4 different bulps) each day I asked if they could be changed but nothing happend during the period I was there, another that there wait dried paint on my windows. The guest at this hotel […] are mainly french and all things are directed towards this. In general the staff is nice and smiling however the hotel manager seems to be very (french) arrogant not really interested in feedback (he would walk through the hotel without any interaction with the customers, nose high in the sky). The Food at the hotel was unfortunately quite sad when it comes to taste and no real variation - this also compared to other 4 star resorts I have stayed at ei "The Sands". Ficamos hospedados neste hotel, somente 1 dia pois iamos para o Le Toussorok,, que fica do outro lado da Ilha. O Hotel é maravilhoso tem um preço muito bom, os quarto são grandes e espaçosos mas muitos Indianos, e por isto a alimentação é muito direcionada, para quem gosta de comida Indiana.O Buffet não é nada bom, poca qualidade e pouca variedade. […] E muito longe de tudo !!!!!!! Après plusieurs séjours à l île Maurice, il est vrai toujours dans dues hôtels de haut standing, c'est la première fois où je suis déçue de la prestation des services proposées et de l'entretien du bâtiment : pas de serviette de plage disponibles, buffet du petit déjeuner incomplet avec un service minimum avant 8h00 pour cappuccino par exemple, pas […] de wifi dans les chambres, le murs de l'hôtel sont sales, et cloqués d'humidité, le revêtement au sol de la salle de bains dans la suite est décollé, les finitions mauvaises... Hotel e' molto bello con belle piscine, la camera aveva l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia (20 mt), la colazione a buffet era molto ricca e ben servita... Abbiamo gustato una buonissima cena la notte del 31 dicembre con una splendida scenografia . Abbiamo fatto amicizia con Olivier, l'animatore dell'hotel : ragazzo bravissimo, educato e molto simpatico. […] Ci ha fatto fare aquagym, e abbiamo giocato a pallanuoto. Magnifique séjour. Personnel souriant et aimable. Monsieur Souli, manager de l'hôtel est accessible et fait son possible afin que nous passions un agréable séjour . Ce qui a été le cas. Nous l'en remercions. Nous étions zen !!!! Les chambres sont très propres et bien conçues. Nous y retournerons.

les points positifs : les repas sont corrects (mis à part les desserts), variés et de qualité, avec un personnel agréable et efficace. les chambres sont correctes, bien équipées, le spa est bien. les points négatifs : le bar est cher et peu varié, les desserts sont catastrophiques (manque de fruits locaux) l'hotel est très isolé (voiture nécessaire). […] le site "en jette", mas il ne faut pas regarder dans les détails (peintures à refaire....). la quantité du personnel dilue complètement les informations (pas forcément de suivi dans les requêtes) gros point négatif : les soirées sont systématiquement polluées par des concerts de 21 heures à parfois minuit passé, fortement audibles dans toutes les chambres (même fenêtre fermées). ces concerts, du fait de leur intensité sonore, empêchent toute conversation pendant le repas. si vous cherchez calme repos et nuits tranquilles, passez votre chemin Devamı

Accueil et personnel très agréable. Dommage qu'il n y ait pas de navette pour l'aéroport organisé par l' hotel. L'établissement est vieillissant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Les repas étaient vraiment en dessous d'un 4 étoiles : toast rassi, mauvaise qualité des repas. Il devrait changer de chef. Pas d'eau chaude la première nuit. Personnel souriant mais un malaise subsiste.... C'est dommage. Le cadre est bien et plutôt animé le soir.

Sejour calme et reposant dans un cadre très spacieux . je recommande le all in inclusive car cela évite d exploser son budget vacances!En effet, comme la plupart des hôtels étoilés les prestations sont assez chères : massages à 80 € minimum par exemple.De plus, c est un endroit idéal pour des vacanciers qui veulent juste se reposer et se ressourcer […] car pour le tourisme, il faut systématiquement prendre un taxi car l hôtel est enclavé .Il faut compter pas moins de 36 euros ( 1300 roupies) pour une course vers Port Louis. Cependant le tout compris est satisfaisant surtout sin on sort très peu de l hôtel. C était notre 6 eme visite à Maurice et nous voulions juste de la farniente. Je déplore les problèmes de communication avec la réception : on a l impression de ne pas être, ni entendu ,ni compris et au final après 3 rappels cela finit par se résoudre .La restauration est correcte et surtout pas trop salée et pas trop épicée mais si les entrées sont plutôt réussies , les desserts sont peu variés et peu goûteux! Bien que le personnel persiste dans l'effort d'être agréable et efficace il n'en demeure pas moins que la question se pose??? : Les souris traversent l'espace repas;...... bar ect......La méconnaissance du fonctionnementde l'hotel pour le personnel se rèvèle très négatif . En effet malgré leur bonne volonté .concernant la restauration on est vraiement […] rester sur notre "faim et fin". Pour la troisème visite en ces lieux nous sommes vraiement déçus surtout pour la restauration "HYGIENE ET QUALITE des repas : 1 POUR LE PASSAGE DES SOURIS PARMI LES TOURISTES DANS L'ESPACE REPAS.2: IL N'Y A PAS DE VIANDE OU MIEUX ENCORE ELLE EST RESERVé AU PLUS BEAU SOURIRE............... OU MIEUX ENCORE LA VIANDE était bien caché sous le meuble ou mieux encore elle était surement réservé à on ne sait trop qui?Dans la chambre quand il pleuvait très fort on pouvait entendre le ruisselllement sur le canapé tout trempé.................... Das Personal ist bemüht, die Eigentümer anscheinend nicht. Das gesamtpotential der Anlage wäre gut,ist aber verkommen. An vielen Ecken und Enden wären Reparaturen zu machen. Das Abendbuffet ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
