they don't have anything available...no shampoo no soap we needed a safety pin they had nothing....we got a bare room. The desk lady was nice.

Close to Boardwalk without all the traffic. Great view! Nice and clean rooms.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very family friendly. Room was very spacious for 2 adults and 3 children, ages 14, 6 and 1. One thing to keep in mind for future stays - hotel does not provide cribs or shampoo or conditioner. I would highly recommend this hotel, excellent value for the price!

I have stayed at the Emerald Shores Hotel twice now when I am visiting Daytona Beach Shores. I have a great experience at both stays!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will be back!!

Its right on the beach, the Staff was friendly and helpful on good suggestions for seafood restaurants. Will definitely recommend is to others.

The hotel looks pretty nice from the outside. The inside is a bit dated and worn, but it was clean and comfortable. Our room was not ready at check in time-3pm so we wandered around for a couple hours and came back. The wireless internet is a joke-took me 15 minutes to be able to log on....and that was in the lobby, not my room. Continental breakfast […] was coffee, OJ, pop tarts and doughnuts. Yuck! I don't eat sweets. There was NO real food served. If you don't need the internet or breakfast it's an OK place to stay. Devamı

First we didnt get the two rooms together like we ask for. They werent even on the same floor. Then the key wouldnt work for one of the rooms later that night and the manager was not even caring that we had a screaming baby wanting formula from in the room. Talked to us like we were idiots. Then we had no parking spots left and they wanted us to park […] in a unsecured parking lot across the main street and walk back with kids. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Devamı

Outstanding comfort and value! Staff went over and above with their friendliness and helpfulness. I was expecting much less due to the low cost. What a pleasant exerience ~

The room was clean and right on the beach. Everything was fine. We had a great time.

Hotel was very clean and sits right on the beach. The only negative comment we would make is that the breakfast is individually wrapped Little Debbie snack cakes and a pot of coffee. Had there been milk we could have made due but decided to go down the street to IHOP. Other than that it is a very nice place and the staff was very polite.

Stayed here as part of an anniversary road trip with my wife. The hotel was very clean, it was obvious everything was new. Unfortunately we had to stay on the first floor in the room closest to the lobby because of so many people staying there. It was a little noisy on the first night with teenagers running around and slamming the door between the lobby […] and the pool. Other than that we loved it. The staff was very nice, I couldn't get over the cleanliness, and the beach out front is a far cry nicer than what we're used to at our usual ocean front destination in Myrtle Beach: fine sand, clear water, and a much wider beach. The pool area was nice and wide as well, it didn't feel like everyone was on top of you like other hotels. We would stay here again if we return to Daytona Beach. Devamı

Hair on the shower walls, toilet paper roll falling off the wall, stained carpets, and the doors slam shut like a prison cell. No ice in the ice machines. The only nice thing is that they were on the beach. The continental breakfast was generic pop tarts and generic honey buns, thats was it for a selection. The hotel was clean, but nothing special about the place, really. The sign out front actually says "Newest Cleanest". Clean, yes, but not the cleanest. I don't know the actual ages of all of the hotels on the strip, but I have a very hard time believing that this is the newest, considering the condition of some things around the hotel. This is a very nice place to stay The Staff are extreamly pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beach / pool / jacuzzi access were easy. Pricing was excellant The only thing I could find wrong was the wireless internet was extreamly slow. Would definitly stay again.

Its funny because I misread how many stars this hotel had but the price was good. So I booked and paid. The hotel had a lingering stink to it from the lobby to the 9th floor that I stayed on. And my carpeted floor seemed damp so I didnt walk around barefoot in my room. The cool thing is that it is right on the beach and was good priced. Nice place for Bike Week.

this was the most expensice motel i have ever stayed at and the personal was so rude and unfriendly their continel breakfast was awful...for the best the room was awful...i would never go back there ...we left early we didn't even stay the full 2 nights!

We had plenty of towels...but no maid service and no toilet tissue brought, so I had to go and get some. We also had German Roaches in our room. The room was spacious and our view of the ocean very nice. Overall it was an okay place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend it personally.

The hotel had the best service!!!! The hotel was very clean the pool was nice and hot tub. Very conviently located. The room was nice. The beds needs updated but they are comfortable!!! I would highly recommend the Emerald Shores as a relaxing and economical place to stay. The rooms with an efficiency kitchen are clean and comfortable with a beautiful oceanfront view and balcony. My only complaint is that the sheets were very thin! I will definitely return to this hotel!

I loved this place! Usually stay in higher star hotels so I was a little nervous about staying in a 2.5 property. I thought this hotel was better then a lot of higher rated hotels. The room was big and comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Definitely pay the extra few bucks to be ocean front. I have no complaints about this hotel except I was a bit dissappointed in the breakfast selection that they give you. It was more like snacks to hold you over until you find an actual place to eat. Nevertheless, I'd definately stay here again, the view was not short of amazing and it was the first place in Daytona I had stayed at that actually had a […] working hot tub. Devamı

I had gone to Hotels.com and looked through all the hotels, liked the review and was able to get Ocean View, with two queen beds...the room was neat and very clean...the AC/Heat worked and was very quiet...the sliding doors to the balcony worked well and the drapes kept the room dark when we wanted it dark...the pool was nice and the jaccuzi was hot […] enough..the steps to the beach, which was very near, were sound...The complimentary breakfast and other snacks, including the drink machine, all worked well. I dealt with different staff members and all were competent and helpful, especially Stacey. I recommend Emerald Shores and will stay there again....Leo Devamı

Great location on the beach, good value. Very slow internet though- so go to relax and leave your laptop at home :)

Basic hotel clean nice staff

We have used this hotel in the past and were very happy with everything, but on this trip everything has gone down hill. No internet access in the rooms, no shampoo, etc in the bathroom, shower leaked from under the all over the floor. Some of the employees excellant, some just plain rude and will lie to you about the problems. Continental Breakfast […] is a joke weak coffee and a moon pie wrapped in cellophane. Devamı

It was good for the price. The ice machine was broken at our floor and we could not find another one the floor up or down. The breakfast was just coffee.

This hotel was a great value for a hotel on the beach. Like most beach hotels, you can tell it takes a beating, but it was still clean. My only complaint would be that the breakfast needs to be improved. As others have mentioned, they only leave out packaged pastries and one container of OJ. If you go down towards the end, the OJ is gone and they don't […] refill. (I think they should leave out actual bakery muffins with a variety of juice. This would appear better than the packaged goods.) The manager was very nice and sent our son's teddy bear to us (that he forgot) for a very small fee. Since it was off season, they even left us have an extra hour in the morning prior to checkout for one last beach walk. The pool was nice and warm, even though the outdoor temperature was cold. The room was large and clean, with a microwave and refrig. You can't ask for too much more for the great price. We were happy. Devamı

just drove up from Orlando for 1 day, i loved the resort, only downside that is that they didnt have shampoo in the bathroom, no iron/board, a microwave would of been nice, overall i would recommend it to my family....see u all soon!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Emerald Shores the hotel was clean, we had a private balcony on the 5th floor, and an amazing sunrise in the morning. Very private we kept our patio door open all night with the private balcony so we could listen to the sounds of the ocean all night....What a great sight and wonderful sounds of the Atlantic. Everyone that we came into contact was very nice, location was excellent, room was neat and clean, beds were slightly hard, plenty of pillows and parking was awesome!

Everything was clean and nice. The only disappointments were no coffee maker in the room and breakfast was purely pre-packaged buns or poptarts (nothing to heat them in).

I stayed over the Christmas break, the hotel itself was wonderful, the only problem that i had was getting a signal on there wireless servers, could not get a good signal and since it is unsecured I figure that the people in the condo's on either side are using all the band width for free, also had a hard time with a cell signal,so if your looking to […] get away from your electronic leashes, this is the place for you,,,,, Devamı

We expected to have an ocean view and didn't. We accidentally left a valuable item in the room, called the manager, & he assures us it will be there when we arrive back next week. If that happens for us we will have a good report.I

Nothing fancy, just a good room and amenities for a great price. Heated pool and hot tub were enjoyed in November sun. Will definitely come back.

The room was great. the view of the ocean was great. We did not have to get out of bed to see the sunrise. only had to open the balconey curtain. The staff was excellent. We will stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The ocean view at 5 am was the best. Thank you for making my trip just what I wanted it to be. See you soon:)
