Very Spacious suites, a little out of the way but, they do have a free shuttle service to Universal Studios. I would stay again, thought it is a great value.

Great family resort.

Everything we needed was near the resort. Universal and Island of adventure was only 10mins from resort.Great location will come back again...

We just stayed 4 nights at Floridays. To sum it up - FABULOUS! We had a 3 bedroom unit (4 adults and an 11 year old) and could not have been happier! The hotel was in a good, quiet location. There was a Trolley stop right at the end of the driveway and the bellhops were happy to come and pick you up and take you to the pool or trolley stop if requested. […] The outlet mall was right around the corner, as well as Benihana, Carraba's, Longhorn Steakhouse, and other great restaurants. We had actually stopped by the hotel in May to get a "sneak-peak" at the rooms since we were planning on staying there in July. They were very pleasant and happy to show us around. The only down side (and it isn't the hotel's fault) is that the road that connects you to the Downtown Disney area (Vineland) gets VERY backed up at certain times. Other than that, totally awesome. We were at Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon in 15 minutes. Great main pool and nice quiet pool a few buildings over. We stayed in Building F in the back but the small pool was right there and it was very quiet. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. Devamı

Great hotel, very clean, nice, and spacious. Perfect for our family, great price.

This hotel is in a good location and has unique suites that create a great opportunity for people to stay as a group needing three rooms and a kitchen. We found the unit we stayed in to be dirty dirty dirty. Carpets were disgusting as was evidenced in my son's blackened dirty feet of being barefoot in the unit. The couch was threadbare and furniture […] was pretty noticeably beaten up with poor standards of appliances namely our sparky toaster! It is an average hotel....but maybe not for Orlando if there are lots of brutal spots??? Just a menh from us. Devamı

Overall nice resort. Rooms were large, staff friendly, pool great and good location. Biggest complaint we had is that the carpet in our condo was very dirty; if you walked on it your feet quickly became dirty. We were there when the cleaning lady came; all she did was make the beds and take out the garbage. I would probably look for another location […] next time. Devamı

The only thing I would ask for next time, is to stay in Building A,B or C as F you are stuck out the back away from pool etc...

We stayed there for 4 days. Amenities are wonderful, including the kitchenette, however rooms are crowded. The biggest negative is there is no housekeeping. The maids do come in to replace the towels etc, but no cleaning, vacuuming.I dont We did not go to a resort hotel to clean our own rooms, when they already charge room fees. Especialy after a tiring […] day at the parks it is aweful to come back to find a room that is not vacuumed. However room service is great- economical and efficient. The swimming pool is great too. We had a delightful time at this resort and the people were MORE than helpful. We would recommend it to all our friends. We did learn, however, that not all rooms are under the hotel's control...therefore, if something goes wrong with a room which is rented from an owner and not through the hotel, then they can't fix it, the owner has to. I had a wonderful stay. Everone at the hotel were nice and very helpful. I cant wait till my next vacation!!

The rooms are not as good as the photos suggested. Although the hotel was quiet when we arrived we were placed in a room with the balcony overlooking the road (where motorbike races happened each night). Lots of bulbs were missing and it was a long walk to the pool area. Good location centrally between Universal & Disney.

Great value. This was our second visit and we will be back.

For the price paid it was not a bad resort. Beds and pillows were not the greatest, but I have slept on worse. It was nice to have in room laundry and a full kitchen. Pool area was OK. Hot tub was colder than the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Floridays resort. Crazy close to shopping, food and to the parks. There is a reason this place gets consistently high marks. Clean, quiet despite its location and really a bargain for the 2-bedroom suite that my family and I stayed in. We would likely not stay anywhere else now that we've been here. Great experience, the only problem is the transportation to the parks.

While all the reviews rate this hotel as a great place to stay, I was still surprised to see how good it was for the price. Yes it is a condo/hotel with only limited room cleaning (they replace the towels and make the beds, but that is it - no cleaning, vacuuming etc), yes the walls were pretty thin (letting in a fair amount of outdoor noise - we had […] a few neighbors with loud kids), but other than that it was well worth the $$$. My family and I were supposed to stay in West Palm Beach but it wasn't as we expected it so we drove up to Orlando and booked at Floridays. We were extremely happy we did. This resort was wonderful. Very clean, nice staff, great amenities and we felt very safe here. We had a two bedroom suite which was great, full kitchen including a dishwasher/stove/microwave […] and the room even has laundry machines in it. Very pleased with our stay here, will definitely come here again!!! The only downfalls I can say is that the internet isn't wireless in the rooms and the location is a little far south from all of the main attractions. But if you have a vehicle or use the shuttle service it's kinda nice to be away from the really busy section. Devamı

Hotel grounds are nice. Great location. Nice pools. On sight Starbucks was great! They supply laundry soap, dishwashing soaps which was great. Condo rooms need repairs...stove was falling apart but it did work just fine! The shutters in master bath were falling apart. These things don't make or break a stay but esthetics do count re: impression.

This was a wonderful place & a great time had by all. Our 3 room suite had plenty of room &was just perfect.

OUR SUITE WAS CLEAN AND INVITING. WE THOUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS WE RECEIVED A HANDICAP ROOM AND THE SHOWER IN THE GUEST BATH WATER RAN ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR.

We stayed here for 4 nights in this 2 bdrm apartment which had everything we needed, except Wifi. There is cable internet but that's not so useful for iphones and ipads. Nevertheless, our stay was great and everyone was very helpful and friendly. There's an extra $12 per night charged for all the extras like free wired internet, and car parking etc […] which seems a little steep if you don't have a car, I think this pricing could be reviewed. If I couldn't find an equivalent place with free wifi elsewhere I would probably stay here again. Kids loved the pool. Great vacation place for families and wish we'd stayed here longer and skipped Miami. Devamı

Very nice hotel. There is a large supermarket very close by so you can stock your personal kitchen. Great location in Orlando. Great value, clean, spacious, and had everything you might need during your stay. If I had to say a negative, it would be that the internet in the room was not wireless, so you had to get a cord to plug in your computer and […] there is only one jack for one computer. Devamı

Overall, nice place to stay-- we would stay there again. 3 bedroom unit was perfect for us with 5 people. Do ask for ethernet cable or bring your own for computer access in the unit as wireless only works near pool/lobby. We had no problem with staying an extra day at same rate.

What a fantastic place! Not only is it beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were SUPER clean, we had towels in different shapes every day, as if we were on a cruise. This is a first class place, and we would definitely stay here again. If they make the shower heads a little stronger, We would never leave! :-)

The room was great. This was my family's second visit to Floridays and we enjoyed the property just as much as the first time. The property was very close to Disney. And the rooms were great the master bathroom was huge. Very enjoyable, we will return again, and a good price.

The hotel lobby is really nice. The overall rooms were great, only thing was I wish the maid service was a little more cleanly. They just provide bed and towels they do not sweep the kitchen floors. Also when asked for a broom to clean floors our self the maid said she would ask her manager never heard back from them. This is why I give them only 4 […] stars. If they would of provided the broom i would of given them 5 stars. The rooms are large and spacious, they provide shuttle service several times a day to all the major resorts, including Epcot. I hope they improve there maid service would love to stay at this hotel again. Devamı

I am glad I canceled my booking at another hotel just a few days prior to my holiday and decided to book at Floridays instead. This place is extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The shuttle service to the parks was great, you do have to book a day in advance which is no big deal. Its close to the Premium Outlet Mall and Publix, a huge […] supermarket which also happens to be the bus pick up area to those visiting Busch Gardens. However, if you are not driving I suggest you take the I-ride bus to visit the other areas coz taxi fares are very high. Overall a very good stay, definitely recommended. Devamı

This is a beautiful hotel, clean, new and very suitable for families. We stayed here for 6 nights, and we had 4 adults and 3 kids in the 2 bedroom unit, and there was plenty of room., The rooms and bathrooms were, very clean, the kitchenette was pretty much full size. There was laundry and dish detergent supplied daily. A tidy service was done daily, […] which is making the bed and giving fresh towels, and that was fine for us. The pool and hot tub were exceptional and kids were happy to spend a day breaking from the parks here. The bar downstairs was nice, the cafe/ shop were a bit expensive but convenient. There is a grocery store and Outbback steak house up the road, 5 -10 min walk, outlets, and sea world are not too far away, the hotel provided shuttles to Disney universal and sea world but the return times sometimes were not convenient for park closing times. It is situated in a quieter part of International drive, a little farther from the airport,but that was fine with us, and the price was very reasonable. The Floridays hotel was close to almost all activities and dining. The I-trolley was a very convenient and economical means of transport

The Floridays is a great place for a family to stay. With the suite configuration, it provides privacy and the ability for everyone to relax at the end of the day. Although we personally didn't take advantage of the kitchen, it had everything that is needed to make a full meal. All the appliances were full-sized. Having a normal sized table afforded […] us the ability to sit and play cards and games as a family. My only complaint was the "entertainment" around the main pool on Saturday. We went to the pool to relax, read, play cards and nap. The DJ that was playing games with the kids was TOO LOUD and talked non-stop. This followed up by the man playing island music with "steel drums-from his piano" was just too much. There were times where we just sat and stared at each other because it was too loud to talk comfortably. Other than that, the pool was beautiful and comfortable. If we would have gone to it another time of day, it would be getting glowing reviews. Overall, the rooms are excellent. Worth the stay especially if you are staying any length of time. Devamı

The hotel was conveniently located within 15 minutes of the Disney World Resorts, Universal and Seaworld. It is a great resort for families: the kitchen is well equipped, the pool area is large and wonderful. Everything was clean and the staff was easy to work with. We loved our stay and will definately be back.

The facility and location were great. The pool area was great for all the kids from toddler to teenager. The room was clean and the layout was perfect.

I was totally suprise the three bedroom was beautiful. My family and I only stayed one night we were returning from a cruise. On are next visit to Florida we are planning to stay at Floridays

We have stayed in numerous condos in the Orlando area and Floridays ranks as a top choice and we will stay here again!
