Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Brockton - Brockton

Kind of an upscale Motel 6. Looks very nice, but the staff is not very intutitive and their follow through regarding requests was not the best. For a quick one night stay it's a good bargain, but if I had to stay a couple of days, the front desk and I would have to have a discussion about some things.

pillows about 3 inches thick and no extras in closet. Hot breakfast buffet was just gross.

Very nice hotel, nice hot tub & indoor pool. Room was VERY comfortable and spotless. Couldn't ask for more !!!

Only negatve is arriving at 3:10pm, 3:00pm is check in..our rooms were not ready...we had a two hour wait.

I have stayed at Country Inn in WI so this was not a new experience. The room was extremely warm and wall controlled thermostat did not appear to work. The pillows were extremely flat and appeared to be feather as it aggravated allergies which did not appear to be affected at hotels slept at the night before or after. sorry that our stay was not up […] to expectations. My crew and I stay here often and it is always perfect. Special thanks to Heidi. The morning lady is especially nice too. Some of my crew smoke, but I NEVER smell it. Couldn't stay at a place that doesn't take care of my smokers. Will book elsewhere if they ever prohibit it.

I paid less for a Sheraton hotel the same week I stayed in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel if someone is planning to have breakfast somewhere else. The breakfast here was just really bad. Nothing was fresh. Only the waffle dough. Not even the bread. I picked this hotel because of the included breakfast and ended up having a bad experience. […] However, the rooms are nice since they look completely upgraded. Great service, nice front desk help, the smell of freshly baked cookies in the air(always a plus). Close to the highway, directly across the way from the Westgate Mall. All in all very satisfied

Hi, when we arrived there were kids yelling profanities out the window of a room in the hotel. The front desk was fine. Walking to our room we noticed the hotel was extremely dirty! Crumbs,papers,stains on the elevator doors,etc. On our floor there were kids playing hockey in the hallway. our door to the room happened to be where the goalie net was […] placed. Hotel stafff, hospitalble Freshly baked cookies in the lobby Hotel grounds, lobby, breakfast area and rooms very clean Breakfast complete Shopping and restaurants within walking distance

My stay was very nice. The staff members were very friendly and professional. I especially enjoyed my comfortable bedding. Experienced a very pleasant visit. Would definitely use this hotel when retruning to the area in Brockton, MA and highly recommend it.

Stayed in the room with the jaccuzzi, room was very clean, staff was nice, had a wonderful time and it was relaxing. My only complaint is that there should be an ice machine on every floor....

Stayed at this hotel Christmas night. Got a great price, which I didn't expect, great service, and a good room. The bed was more firm than I usually prefer, but still quite comfortable. My husband and I would definitely choose this hotel again when staying in the area. Convenient to Westgate Mall (across the street from the entrance) without the "run […] down" feel of other hotels that are right in the mall area. Devamı

I book 3 rooms per night, 4 to 5 nights a week for me and my crew. THIS is the kind of hotel I am always trying to find. Smart, efficient person at the desk, clean well stocked rooms, and a GREAT breakfast. This place even has a really good little library! We checked in early, so had to settle for 2 queen beds instead of king. No cleaning service on second or third day. The phone kept blinking a red light during our entite stay. We called the front desk several times only to be told that the light is not blinking any more, while it was. They sent an engineer over who said it will stop blinking in 5 minutes […] and he left. A great place to stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good. Exersize and pool area was clean. Westgate Mall was close by. Easy on and off highway route 24. We would stay there again. Reasonable rates, You get a lot for your money.

Friendly staff here although they split my family to either end of the hotel which was a bit difficult, the locality has a mall just accrossthe road and is minutes from another large retail area.

After staying in a country inn in Rochester NY which was great I expected the same or at least close to the same in Brockton, but it wasnt even close. My Phone in my room did not work, The internet did not work, the draws to the dresser kept opening up when I walked by them and the breakfast was really bad. The sheets were really itchy and the pillows […] need to be replaced. My opinion is don't stay at the Country Inn in Brockton, Devamı

It was very convenient to shops and restaurants Staff very courteous and helpful.

Attractive furnishings,pool. Refrig and microwave in rm with 2 queen beds included in price.Full breakfast with healthy choices.Ironing board was poor construction and broke upon opening it.Front desk quickly replaced it.Front desk also was able to quickly process three people that arrived at the same time.Good value for the price in this area. we have stayed at other country inns and this one matched our previous experiences; good check in attitude and clean and comfortable rooms,

this was my first time staying at this hotel and it was actually a pleasant surprise. The location was easy to go to and close proximity to route 24. The hotel was clean and well kept, the room wa spotless and the areas was pretty good; considering the poor reputation Brockton has.

We went there for the weekend.The hotel staff were great even gave us a 10% off coupon for the place we were going to eat dinner.They had homemade cookies in the lobby and there breakfast was way above normal with the staff cooking waffles for anyone wanting them.It was a wonderfull stay and plan to return again

The only issue I had with my stay was the door cards to get into my room. Everytime I tried to open the door the card wouldn't work. So I had to go to the front desk to have them program it for me. But the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Hotel was clean, quite, is in a nice area, and front desk personnel was very friendly. Hotel overall is a little outdated but its for sure a good place to relax.

Made reservation on Hotels.com smoothly. Arrived at Inn to find they did not have the room availabe that we booked (king/non-smoking). Only thing available was 2 queen/smoking at an increased amount. Clerk on duty said she could offer reduced rate without speaking to her manager. We told her to call the manager for approval. She obtained approval and […] we asked to see the room. Upon entering the room, their did not appear to be over-powering smoke smell so we agreed to take the room. Once checked in, we showered and began to notice the smell was much stronger. Upon looking around the room, we began to notice how dirty it really was and how much the beds smelled like smoke. In short, it was not at all a nice experience. I would never stay there again. We were immediately impressed with what a warm feeling we got from the staff and the accommodations. We will be looking for other Country Inns in our travels and will certainly stay here if we are in the area again.

The Hotel is ok. Need to improve the service at the check-in. I got there on Sunday 3 pm and I got my room around 5 pm. Two days the room was not made at my return to the Hotel.
