Great hotel, very conveniently located. However, being a 4+ star, they could provide a pick-up service from the train station.

Very convenient to train and bus, quiet. Had hoped for room with a view of the lake as this was a special trip, and that did not happen (did request it). Excellent breakfast buffet, especially for someone with a hearty appetite.

This is my favorite hotel in lucerne...steps from the train station, next to the kkl concert hall, right on the lake, has a car rental place downstairs, and has an awesome bar and restaurant. It is properly air conditioned, and has great bathrooms with large bathtubs. It is worth the little extra cost.

Very clean great breakfast but bit expensive good rooms and good location

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne is a beautiful centrally located hotel in Lucerne. Lobby staff could not be nicer or more willing to accomodate any request. I hurt my knee and ice was made available to me immediately upon request. I would highly recommend this hotel. Improvement - cosmetic mirror doesn't work - it is not placed properly for use. Lighting is not good in bathroom for putting on cosmetics. Room service was great! Very timely and pleasant waiters. Info at desk re restaurants and tours(tourist facility was closed due to Easter holiday) was inadequate and sometimes had misinformation. Suggest counter […] personnel have up-to-date info on these items. Being near the train station was really helpful! Most wonderful-Michael-night counter. He saved our lives by getting our return tickets straightened out. We found that someone had cancelled our return flight, and we could not solve the problem ourselves, but Michael spent the time and expertise that he has to get us on the proper flight home. We cannot say enough about this gentleman. We hope that his progress within the Hotel staff will be considered because of his knowledge, willingness, and abilities. g the Hotel Devamı

Hotel is close to everything in Lucerne. Easy walk to all the places we wanted to go. Hotel staff was very nice. Recommend this hotel

Great hotel located right next to the train station (which we couldnt hear :)). Walking distance to all the great sights. Opaque glass wall between the bathroom and sleeping area.

Very nice room, the people was pretty friendly and they validated our parking for an additional 6 hours.

All in all the hotel was very good, very modern and minamalist. We had a great view over the lake. The room was clean but the maid did not replendish coffee that was used nor were there any napkins in the room with the coffee and tea. The bathroom was again very modern but the shower water was hard to keep in the tub. As well, the sink faucet sprayed […] water all over when used. Devamı

This is the first time we ever chose a hotel partially based on our amusement at a negative review (Peep Show(er)) from a previous hotels.com user. His description of the view of the shower from the bedroom was too good to resist! The hotel was overall very clean and pleasant.

Really great lakeside spot but the surrounding area is a bit under construction.

We were really happy to find a place with complimentary internet...very rare for the rest of our trip in Europe. The rooms were quiet, the breakfast offerings were great. Beware of the bathroom walls. While I wasn't concerned about the opaque glass walls for privacy reasons (traveling with my husband, it was ok), I hadn't foreseen the fact that if […] the light is turned on in the middle of the night...it illuminates your entire bedroom. This hotel was a huge disappointment. First, we got to the room after dark and could not get the lights or TV to turn on. I was finally able to figure out the number to dial for the front desk and they told me I needed to insert my card into the slot beside the door in order to activate the lights. Unfortunately, I did not understand that the card had […] to remain in the slot until the maintenance guy came to the room and showed me. The front desk folks seemed amused that we could not figure out the lights. The worst part of this hotel, though, was the shower. It has an "opaque" sheet of glass that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. Unfortunately, the shower is immediately on the bathroom side of that glass. Consequently, when my 85-year-old mother was showering, I had a "peep show" that I am still trying to get out of my mind. We started showering without any bathroom lights to save the other person the embarrassment. Lastly, my mother and I had to leave the hotel at 4am in order to get to an event. When I asked the front desk personnel if the area was safe for us to walk to the train terminal at that hour, he laughed and told us all the criminals were sleeping. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenem, der einzige negative Punkt der zu erwähnen ist, ist die Parkhausgebühr des hoteleigenen Parkhauses welche den Hotelgästen nicht erlassen wird. Auch eine Reduktion für zahlende Gäste ist nicht vorhanden. Die Gebühren belaufen sich auf ca. 30.- sFr pro Tag.

Sehr zentrale Lage, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, super Service, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal sehr schöne Zimmer.

front-desk: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!! Zimmer: alles sehr staubig; air-condition sehr, sehr laut; Fenster waren öffenbar, aber Lärm von draussen auch spät in der Nacht gross (auch aus Bar im Hotel) Frühstück: unfreundlicher Empfang (statt anzubieten, sich an einen beliebigen freien Tisch zu setzen, die "Anwesiung", sich "ausschlissliech an […] eingedeckte" Tische zu setzen; grosser Lärm wegen interner Baustelle; ab 10:00 wurden Tische für Mittag eingedeckt, Nachlegen an Buffet sehr eingeschränkt Umgebung: Bahnhofsnähe, Umgebung leidet darunter - laut, unsauber Devamı

Das hotel ist direkt beim bahnhof und sehr zentral gelegen

Auf dem einen Bettlaken befanden sich mehrere Blutflecken. Das Laken war zwar gewaschen, das Blut war jedoch noch immer zu sehen. Schade, dass beim Beziehen durch das Personal nicht darauf geachtet wurde. Um 08.30 Uhr klopfte es an der Tür: Das Zimmermädchen wollte fragen, ob es das Zimmer machen dürfe. Der gebuchte Preis unter hotels.com ist OHNE […] Morgenessen. Für dieses müsste pro Person zusätzlich knapp dreissig Franken bezahlt werden, auch für das 14-jährige Kind! Ansonsten: Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Direkt beim Bahnhof, dennoch ruhig. Die Sicht (Lakeside-Zimmer) auf den Schiffshafen und den See ist sehr schön. Devamı

Die Zimmer sind "kalt" eingerichtet, das Bad hat Schimmelspuren in den Ecken, die Bettwäsche war ebenfalls nicht ganz sauber und es gab auch keinen Bademantel den man mittlerweile in einem guten 3* schon bekommt.... Alles in allem: eher nicht noch einmal...

Wunderbar alles tiptop. sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr nahe in der Stadt. Badzimmertüren kein Problem, sind nicht durchsichtig wie von anderen beschrieben. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Sehr sehr sauber die Zimmer.
