Very comfortable hotel even though the room is not too big. The location is very convenient - close to metro stations but no local shops nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Clean rooms but hotel not as good as expected. Next to Spittelmarkt UBahn station in a very quiet area (a bit far from main tourist attractions). Very small lobby...not really pleasant to spend time there... A bit disappointing overall...

Cost us about $25 euros from Tegel airport by taxi. Was walking distance (15/20 mins) to Holocaust memorial and Brandenberg Gate. Room was beautiful, modern, comfortable and very clean. Staff automatically provided a map and always willing to give directions,

Hotel lovely. Rooms quite small but adequate. Not warm enough to deal with -10 degrees though as draught from window. Ideal for public transport. Close to all sightseeing "must sees". Would recommend

WHEN I GOT TO BERLIN ON AIR FRANCE , THEY HAD LOST MY BAGS. SO WHEN I GOT TO YOUR HOTEL , I TOLD THE STAFF. THEY MADE A COPY OF MY LOST BAG REPORT AND CALLED TO CHECK ON THE BAG MANY TIMES. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING MY BAG BACK TO ME THE NEXT DAY. I DO NOT THINK AIR FRANCE WOULD HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THE HELP OF YOUR PEOPLE, […] MR. RICHTER, WAS WONDERFUL AND ANOTHER MAN WHO IS TALL AND THIN, HE DID GREAT ALSO. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND WE LIKED THE ROOM. great location, amazing staff - the front desk employees were amazing, they took care of all our requests and questions, we even brought with us one of the finest Israeli wines to show aprecciation and they were well worth it!!!

Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin is one of those places that has on the face of it a lot going for it. A great location right next to a U Bahn station, good rates and big modern fun rooms. The lobby is nothing special and the bar area kind of ugly in that cold Ikea modern way. The elevator is decidedly slow. The hotel is a converted old courtyard building […] and should somehow be very charming and cozy: but isn't. Or at least I didn't find it to be. My three grievances are, in no particular order: they offer: "free Internet" as a marketing ploy, when you book the room. OK free Internet is a good thing and something essential to me as I am always uploading pictures and online or streaming videos that I might want to post, etc. I won't stay in a hotel if internet isn't included. Well what you quickly discover when you log onto the the free Internet is that it is basic Internet. So you really can't stream videos and to upload 4 pictures it took 15 minutes and if you uploaded too many you got a warning message saying you have reached your data quota (or some such thing). And to get proper actual working Internet it was 15 Euro a day ($20.36). Which the first several times I tried to buy it I was not able to as I kept getting error messages. And when I asked the front desk they said: sorry we don't control that it is done by an outside company so you have to call them. I did. They didn't understand the error message either, but in the end when I paid for it on my credit card instead of to my room it worked fine. And was very quick and allowed me to do everything I needed. So, not a hotel for business. Here is another example of why this isn't a hotel to stay in if you need to get anything done: A friend bought me a "pay as you go phone" so I would save some money while in Germany and as a birthday present. She brought it by on the afternoon of the 11th. The front desk of the hotel made no effort what so ever to contact me to say: hey you have something at the front desk. Devamı

Well maintained hotel that is very convenient to underground and you could even walk to many of the key locations.

Very convienient location about 1 minute from tube station and about a 5 minute tube journey from the main hub of Berlin. Friendly, helpful and multi-lingual staff and clean, modern, spacious rooms. Was the icing to a brilliant city break.

Room was clean, bed was good. Very close to the U-bahn (60 meters orso), friendly staff. The Free-Internet is a bit slow though.

a good hotel set close to the ubahn- use markisches museum as the closest station- and within easy walking of alexander platz and hackeschen hofe. staff are friendly and helpful, food in the hotel was surprisingly good. our room was clean and well looked after during our stay.

This hotel was super fantastic! Staff was great, very clean and friendly and had great suggestions fro km how to get around to whete to eat. Overall great experience :p

originally allocated a room on the 5th floor, way toooo small for the price, they nicely accepted my request to change it. and the difference was massive. did not like much the carpets but it's part of the theme. overall, very good hotel and so close to tube that make connections easier

we were very happy with the hotel it was quiet at night and near the underground station so easy to get around berlin

Very comfortable hotel, less gimicky than it might sound. Excellent and quiet location for museum island. Highly recommended.

The hotel was extremely convenient to public transportation and the beds were very comfortable. Very modern and pleasant. Staff all spoke very good English.

Very nice hotel. Small things was a bit off though. The room wasn't clean enough for Berlin standard and the duvets felt really old and "used up". ANd they never filled the tissue box even though I put it in clear sight, they just put it back in its place, empty. Nice staff at the desk, very central and easy to get around, less than a minute to the […] Metro station. Not suitable for new couple on romantic trip, as the cool bathrooms are completely revealing. We had a family trip (5 adults) during the February half term week to Berlin. We chose the Hotel after reading other reviews and were very happy with our choice. We had a great deal on the rooms through hotels.com excluding breakfast, which in the hotel was much more than we were prepared to pay. However, we found local cafes where we could get a great […] breakfast for €4 - €6 each. The Hotel has good facilities, our rooms were very clean and comfortable the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't use their restaurant (too busy exploring) the Hotel is right by the U2 and with a 5 person all day travel card only costing €15 it made for a fantastic base to explore Berlin. We would happily use the hotel again but next time I think we would go when it’s warmer! We used public transport to get to and from the airport and used it every day to get around, all very easy. We didn't use any of the facilities that the hotel had to offer but what we did use was great! Polite staff who were very friendly and were happy to look after our bag after checking out. Room was comfy, immaculately clean and small but no more was required. Fun carpet was to be had throughout the hotel and everything looked pretty new. Fantastic shower […] by the way! Devamı

I cannot fault this hotel, good location, fabulous design and good staff.

The hotel is very close to the Metro, which can take you all over Berlin. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The room was fairly large and bright. The bathroom doors did close and were not opaque, as I read in other reviews. The cleanliness of the hotel was not great. The hallways were dingy, the carpet in our room […] was stained and the hotel looked like it could use some paint and general updating. Close to most everything by walking. Building is a modern hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. Parking is poor on the street and requires paying extra for the garage. Bakeries and grocery just out the back door. Free wireless worked great.

I appreciated the stay, the staff was great, the glass elevator was fabulous, the entrance was impressive and one could sleep peacefully. If you are looking for a very comfortable hotel for business or even fun it is perfect. I loved the money bill carpet and very modern room fittings.

Overall, this was a very good hotel, but a little out of the mainstream with very few close by restaurants. The Hotel was quite nice but the room was small and wifi was spotty. There was a charge for using the hotel computer. Service was excellent and the entire staff pleasant and friendly.

It is not close to much if you are looking to walk. If you are willing to jump on a subway then you are okay.

Everything as expected, but with excellent staff, which turned it from being a good hotel to an excellent one.

Park Plaza Wallstreet Berlin is an excellent return for you money . Apparently recently renovated the room was extremely well planned and comfortable . It is located not more than a 10 minute walk to the Berlin Dom and Museum Island , and even less to the beautiful Nicolai Quarter . Breakfast is expensive but the hotel offers a huge and excellent variety […] of food . If you do not pay for breakfast ahead of time they will offer you a coupon for less than the "official" cost . Very nice hotel in a good location. You can walk everywhere if you are keen. For the less pedestrianly inclined, there is an underground station just outside the hotel. Everything in tip-top condition, good breakfast, which you can even have outside. Very friendly staff. Free internet access. What else can you wish for?

Overall very satisfied with the hotel and its location. Just a short walk to the nearest U Bahn station in eaither direction and then just minutes from almost anywhere in the city. The only complaint was that the air conditioning in the rooms was almost non existent, having it set at the lowest possible temperature and was still cooler to have the windows […] open at night. Pasamos nuestra luna de miel en Europa y al recibirnos nuestra habitación estaba decorada acorde a la ocasión. Cuenta con una máquina de café de uso libre en la habitación y siempre te dejan galletitas, café y té a tu disposición, sin cargo. Lo único que podría criticar es que la conección de internet es algo lenta. El resto muy bien.

Vi kunde från hotellet ta promenader till allt vi ville se. Dock var själva kvarteret kring tråkigt. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet då vi tyckte det fanns bättre billigare alternativ. Det var också lite jobbigt med den tunna glasdörren på toaletten. Annars var upplevelsen positiv och jag skulle ändå rekommendera hotellet pga läge, prisklass och bek […] vämlighet. Devamı

Hotellet og værelset var fint og rent, især sengen var behagelig Morgenmanden var dyr Isoleringen mellem værelserne kunne være bedre, idet vi vågnede midt om nattet til sexlyde - måske fra en sexfilm
