Apartamentos Jabeque - Ibiza

I spent 7 nights at this hotel and the room was not not cleaned at all during my stay. I also had to request toilet roll to be left in the bathroom. Despite leaving requests at reception to clean the room it was never done. Also was told the TV would be changed out as it was not working and again this never happened. I've been to Ibiza numerous times […] but the service in this hotel was very poor, the staff gave the impression they just didn't care. I always stay in 2-3 star apartments/hotels in Ibiza so I'm not looking for the Ritz but bathrooms not be cleaned are a big no-no in my books. Ironically there appeared to be lots of cleaners about the hotel everyday. I got the impression that as the hotel gets majority young people staying there, the staff take advantage of this and don't bother with customer requests. Its' not a cheap hotel to stay in either. Hotel was brilliant for the bargain price we paid, would DEFINITELY recommend to others! We were 3 girls sharing one apartment, worried it might be a bit of a squeeze but was really spacious so didn't struggle at all...we're even thinking of going back in September! It's a little bit out of the main strip of Playa D'en Bossa (probably about a 15 to […] 20 min walk) but overall a good location to get to all locations on the island. We recently spent 5 nights at Apartmentos Jabeque. We were after a cheap 5 nights of accommodation away in the sun with some good options for dinner, clubs and beaches. Jabeque delivered just that, the apartments are of a good size, comfortable, but not glamourous. You get what you pay for but they are well priced. They are located between Playa den […] Bossa beach and the old town, both of which are a short walk. There was a supermarket around the corner and it was easy to get taxis on the main street, 2 min walk from the hotel. The restaurants in this particular area are not spectacular, we either caught taxis elsewhere or walked to the old town, which is under a 20 minute walk and has some great places. We had a balcony looking towards the sea and over the pool (all rooms have a sea view). The pool looked fine although we also went to the beaches. I would stay here again. Devamı

Typical old-school Ibiza 3 star hotel with tired decor, bad lifts and no trollies to help with luggage, no internet/WiFi and no indoor pool or gym as described and pictured by Hotel.com plus reception staff rude and ignorant (except Titto whose only professional there). The 'Queen' on reception never does her paperwork so is always nagging you for bookings/details/confirmations […] and 30 seconds later finds it in her pile of paperwork at 2pm in the afternoon!! The hotel is also a long sweaty walk from both Ibiza Town and Playa La Bossa so bring a car (no parking except in the street which is a 50/50 chance as usually bizzy) 2 decent beaches a few minutes walk either side of hotel as hotel is on is rocks. Rooms a decent size but dated though have very nice sea views So a tired 3 star hotel, no modern conveniences and nagging reception staff drag it down to a lowly 1 star Devamı

If you're looking for reasonably priced, clean, somewhere to sleep and lay in the sun with a cloudy head this is the place for you. We had no problems - staff were friendly & helpful, room was a good size and included a large bathroom and sitting room/diner with a basic stove/toaster/kettle/fridge which was perfect for our girly holiday so that we could […] store food and drinks for lunchtime as well as having a place to socialise before heading out. The rooms had a gorgeous sea view too. Rooms were cleaned and we were given fresh towels everyday. Granted this is not a luxury stay and the communal areas needed updating as the bar was very quiet but is fantastic value for money and probably best suited for groups of party goers rather than families or couples looking for a quiet stay. The hotel itself was nice and in a good location but you really are just getting what you pay for. It is definitely a cheap hotel. Hotel key card would frequently not work, resulting in going back and forth to the reception, as they kept giving us keys that didn't work. Dishes in the kitchen are pretty dirty so I would was before using. Other than that […] it was quite and nice black out curtains for when you need to sleep in after a long night on the town. Devamı

Good value hotel but we found our stay a bit noisy. If you want a quiet stay, with not too much noise during the day or at night it would be worthwhile requesting a quiet room before you get there (we couldn't change as they were full - not sure if that was true however...) The hotel is shaped like the letter M with a straight block going out to one […] side of it. If you can, request to stay in the straight block, or on the outsides of the protruding sections. The central V part is above the games / bar area and so noisy most of the time with sound bouncing off the walls. Also, It looked like all the rooms faced the sea - so don't pay extra for a sea view. At worst you may end up on the ground floor facing the pool, with the sea beyond. The hotel was a bit dated, run down, but for the money it was great value. The location was good with supermarkets and bar/cafes and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk to the nearby beaches and reasonable to the D'alt Villa and port area, which are well worth seeing! Good points: Location is great, handy for beach, Ibiza town & local restaurants Apartment is spacious and has everything you need The rates are good The sea view is lovely Internet kiosks in lobby Low points Room not really cleaned, maids would forget towels, forget to empty bins, forget to make beds, floors never cleaned in whole week, one day not […] cleaned at all. The lift got stuck when we arrived there but luckily moved after a few minutes. Both lifts broken on last day so all checkouts had to bring luggage down stairs, 4 flights in our case. No signs on lifts to inform customers and nobody to help with luggage. Very loud music from poolside all day so it means you can't really sit by pool or on your balcony (if you have a sea/poolside view). If you prefer the day part of your holiday to be relaxing this isn't the place for you. We had to go to the beach every day and stay indoors in the evenings until it was time to go out. The music was pretty crap and probably not to most peoples taste. It was reflected in that there were not many people using the pool area which looked quite nice. Shame. Most staff were nice but one in particular made it quite clear she was not happy to help and would give you the minimal information so you had to keep asking questions. On the flip side the afternoon/evening staff were very polite and helpful. You need to pay a deposit for the security box plus there is a cost to rent it for the week. Make sure to hang onto your receipt as you need that with the key to get your deposit back. Its not a large sum but seems unfair that you need to pay extra for safety. Toilets in lobby, some lighting broken, hand-driers not working. So if your priority is location/room size/low cost this place is actually ok but some of the low points will make it wear thin by the end of a week there. If operations & facilities were addressed it could easily score higher. Customer care isn't a priority. Devamı

These apartments are minimilist in furnishings but very adequate for what we needed. The hotel and room was always very clean. room spacious and all had great sea views. the beds were a little on the hard side but then all beds in spain are. Location was great. about a 20 min walk to the old city, but this was a plus for us as you got to walk on the […] wonderful seafront promenade everday. The playa den bossa area was perfect with great local cafes/restaurants and bars, and was well located to all the major nightclubs etc and the great club...'bora bora". Everything was perfect. Great view. Reception was extremely helpful and nice! Would definitely recommend and go back.

It was a nice apartment. Parking is difficult to find at night. The check-out staff was rude and almost kicked us out with no courtesy.

We have just returned from a week stay at Jabeque Apartments - October 2009. On our arrival we had to wait 3 hours for our room but we did arrive early at 10.30am. We had apartment 203 - wow the view from the balcony was stunning, over the sea, across to Figueretas,Ibiza old town and also to Formentera. We had a one bed apartment, very comfortable beds, […] blackout curtains, small kitchenette in the lounge area but quite adequate. All the usual cutlery and crockery, pans, toaster, kettle and plug in grill come oven. Comfy sofa, tv and dining table/chairs. It was very clean and we had maid service each day and the towels changed each day. The bathroom was large, shower over the bath very good, hot water on tap. Powerful hairdryer. No complaints. Staff generally very helpful, my partner speaks fluent Spanish which helped but their English was very good. Hotel is right on the sea, rocky area immediately to the front onto the sea but sandy beach just 500 metres in Figueretas and about 800m to Playa den Bossa beach. Both clean. 2 pools at the hotel, lots of sunbeds. Sun goes round about 5pm and disappears. Planes coming in and out may put some off but I quite enjoyed them being an enthusiast. Never found the spa or kids room but didn't need them. All the hotesl around us had pretty much closed down for the winter as the club scene finished end of September. Weather was ok. Some sunny afternoons, temp about 20-21 up to max 25 on our last day. Lots of overcast clouds and a couple of thunderstorms but amazing to watch over the sea. Good wardrobe space in main hallway. Lights and door operated by cards. Some bulbs in our room had gone so we asked for replacements and fitted them ourselves. Balcony was good size with table and chairs. Heating/air conditioning in lounge area and in the bedroom. All in all a comfortable stay. The apartments are a little dated but decor was quite fresh. Had we stayed here in summer it would have been quite noisy i think but we were fortunate. Only Devamı

Have just returned from Ibiza and spent a few days there last week (end of June 09). The hotel was basic but clean and the man at reception was lovely and helpful... the girl not so much!! lol We had a really beautiful view and all though one of our rooms smelt a bit musky, for the money we paid, you really couldn't complain. It's realistically about […]  a 20min walk to Bora Bora from the apartments and getting a hotel outside can be a bit of a nightmare. There is a well stocked supermarket 1 mins walk from the hotel as well as cash machines and an exchange place in the cafe directly opposite. All in all, a very pleasant stay, although is probably more suited for young groups that are away on clubbing holidays. Would definately stay again. Devamı

We had booked this hotel with our 15 month old baby as it advertised as child friendly and with a kids play area. However, they do not tell you they cater exclusively for the Italian package market and all entertainment is devoted to them. Music at the pool blares from 10am in the morning and they refused to turn it down. We were told to go elsewhere […] if we wanted to relax. The kiddies play area is also located right beside the speakers so it is impossible for children to enjoyThe staff are completely rude and have no consideration or respect for anyone. They frequently shouted at us when we had problems or requested the manager. We were on the fourth floor and the lifts were often out of order. When I asked for help in getting the buggy down the stairs, I was told a flat 'no', that I would just have to wait until the lift was working again. There is absolutely no excuse for that sort of service! We also had issues with the noise at night, as did many other residents. Surprisingly, it wasn't all the younger clubbers but the inhouse entertainment blasting music until the wee hours. Again, they repeatedly refused to lower the volume. I would not reccommend this hotel to anybody as the staff just seem to thrive on making your holiday a misery. Many of the guests we met there felt the same way about the place. NEVER AGAIN! Devamı

Jag rekommenderar starkt detta hotell. Innan jag bokade hotellet så hade jag läst på ordentligt om det så jag hade ett humm om hur hotellet skulle vara. Jag blev positivt överraskad när vi anlände till hotellet. Rummen var stora, fräscha med en fantastisk havsutsikt. Rummen blev städade varje dag. Enda negativa var hissen som var väldigt seg och ibland […] inte fungerade alls. Tog ca 10-15 min att promenera till bora bora (centrum av playa den bossa) och det var även gångavstång till ibiza stad (ca 20 min). Poolområdet var helt underbart där de även hade som sängar där man kunde sola som var riktigt sköna att ligga på. Det fanns 2 utomhuspooler och de var rena och fräscha. Det var inte högljutt alls på hotellet förutom en natt, hade förväntat mig betydligt mer ljud med tanke på att det ändå är ibiza. Rekommenderar detta hotell starkt!! Devamı

Struttura recente,per chi cerca un posto pulito,con reception aperta 24h , la spiaggia a 200m ed il mare a 10m(scogli bassi), con spettacolare piscina fronte golfo , l'hotel va benissimo. Per arrivare al centro (porto) bisogna camminare un po,circa 20min a piedi ma tanto quasi sempre si prende il taxi per spostarsi da un punto all'altro comunque sia. […] Fatevi dare una camera panoramica,quasi tutte lo sono , ma alcune molto di piu.Consigliato. nous sommes partie en famille, super! situation de l hotel tres calme bien situe, pres de la plage et de la vie nocturne. des plages sauvages magnifiques. le seul bemole le nettoyages des chambres reste a desiree. super les vacances.

Já estive hospedada no hotel Jabeque outras vezes mas confesso que desta vez me decepcionei. Paguei quarto com vista para o mar e primeiramente me colocaram em um quarto horrível, cheio de mofo, sem janela no quarto. O quarto dava para um corredor barulhento. No dia seguinte me mudaram para um quarto sem vistas sendo que sei que haviam bons quartos […] disponíveis com vista para o mar. O pessoal da recepção dificultava qualquer pedido. Ficaram três dias sem limpar nosso quarto. Tudo está muito velho e sujo. Os pedidos que eram feitos para a recepção eram sempre ignorados. Muito triste. Não volto mais!!! Devamı

The hotel in a perfect location, close to eivissa city and to Playa en Bosa. Everything in a walking distance. The apartman has a living room and a sepateted bedroom. Great for your money.

Hotellet ligger en bit ifrån staden Ibiza, ca 20 minuter att gå. Hotellet ligger rätt nära sand stranden ca 300meter. Vi var där i slutet av maj, inte så mkt aktiviteter på hotellet, ingen poolbar var öppen, etc. Rummet och badrummet var bra men rätt obefintlig städning... Inga byten av handdukar, det enda som ingick i städningen var tömmning av papperskorgen […] samt att sträcka till lakanen... Köket var rätt dåligt utrustat! Tex ingen brödkniv, kork öppnare, torkhandduk etc... Men totalt sätt med det priset vi betalade är vi rätt nöjda med vad vi fick... /Robban ifrån Sverige Devamı

sur la plage den bossa mais très proche de celle du figueretes. très sympa en moyenne saison. Proche de l'embarcadère pour l'ile de formentera qui est a faire absolument.

Hotel faces the water, we saw the sun rise every morning. Walking distances from the beach and cool bars. Bus to city center is nearby. Got good restaurant less than 300m away with sea view. Very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are large, albeit simple furniture. Possible to cook simple meals. Nice swimming pool facing the sea. We had a blast.

petit dejeuner très pauvre, pas de parking, bruyant la nuit, pas d'acces direct à la plage et pas possible de se baigner devant l'hotel, petite piscine, clim ne fonctionne pas, personnel pas accueillant. hotel un peu vieux qui aurait bien besoin de rénovations.....

sehr zu empfehlen, nettes Personal, super Lage (ca. 15Min zu Fuss nach Ibiza-Stadt ca. 5 Min Taxi Bus oder Scooter, trotzdem sehr ruhig zumindest Ende Mai ;)) bietet 2 Pools, Appartments sind super grosszügig, viel Stauraum, schöner Balkon, Sofa, kleine Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank. Einzig das Geschirr war extrem dreckig, Schwämme, Abwaschmittel etc. […] muss man selber kaufen (hat diverse Supermärkte in direkter Nähe), unser Zimmer war nur oberflächlich sauber, aber auch nicht schlimm. Auf jeden Fall alles in allem wärmstens zu empfehlen :-)) Devamı

Tolle Lage, Ibiza Stadt und Bossa- Stand gut zu erreichen

Je recommande cet hotel plutôt à une clientèle jeune ou qui aime l'animation du fait de la musique au bord de la piscine de 10h à 22h. Musique lounge style chillout d'Ibiza. Met dans l'ambiance de l'ile... Nuit et matinée très calme (tout dépendra de votre voisinage...veilleur de nuit à l'affût des perturbateurs)

Accueil correct. Appartement sympathique et propre sauf au niveau de la propreté de la vaisselle et des plaques électriques

est ce que c'est moi qui me suis mal exprimé, ou est ce que c'est eux qui ont mal compris? toujours est il, mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir trouvé la salle de gym qui est sité dans la description.... sinon tout est bien. tous les apparts ont vu sur la mer Relavez bien les couvert qui vous sont mis en disposition dans la cuisine...

belle vue, bon emplacement.Nous avons pris aucun repas et de ce que j'ai entendu dire c' était mieux.Pas très propre. Si c'est seulement pour dormir je recommande cet hotel mais paspour rester toute la journée sur place
