Room was not clean and had bad odor to it like pet urine--stayed because could not find a room anywhere else that night -but will never stay there again====they need to take this off web site for places to stay !!

The bed sagged towards the middle. The pillow was flat (no support). There were live insects in the bathtub. It was the worse night I ever spent on the road.

Not a bad place, I would say a low end comparable to a Motel6. Door only locked with deadbolt and chain. Dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

Very basic, a little too basic. Not even a refrigerator. Toliet seems to be about to overflow after normal use.

The rooms were extremely small. The amendities were almost none existant,( no hair dryer, iron, or place to hang clothes. The bed was uncomfortable, and the TV remote didn't work. You could here every sound from the next room, and when someone walked down the hall, it sounded like they were coming into your room. There was no security entrance to upstairs […] hallways, so anyone could come in and roam them. Overall, this is the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced in the Tunica area. Devamı

We requested a downstairs room due to my wife's bad knee, none available, but only 5 cars in parking lot all night long. The room smelled bad and was dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were bugs in the hallway as well as filthy carpets. I understand that this is a low end hotel, but the maintenance and service could be much better.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years and 90% of the time the hotel was as advertised. Keep in mind that "you get what you pay for!' This hotel was well overpriced and should be removed from the Hotels.com website. Upon arrival the appearance was nothing like what we had expected when searching the website. I understand that not every hotel can […] be four or five stars but they should be priced accordingly, for what paid I could have got a room at a much better hotel, instead I got a room for two nights while the sign outside stated a very low figure like one you might see in a deserted town. Upon entering the room, it seemed that the smell was overwhelming, not sure what could have died in there, but at least the police tape was gone. There was a single blue light bulb that hardly lit the room and gave the ambiance of a brothel. The counter under the sink had been previously broken and appeared that no attempt at repairs had been made. We decided that it would be nice to have something to drink and I walked down to the "Ice Machine / Vending Machine" area. I was shocked to find that there was no vending machines in the building. This was additionally frustrating as the area is very remote and it would have been a five min drive to the nearest conveinience store. The first night we entered the room and noticed only three pillows on a king size bed, that is rather sad. We caught an employee the following morning cleaning the room next door and asked if we could receive a fourth pillow for that evening, keep in mind we were one of several people at the hotel at this time, the employee stated that he would certainly be more than happy to place a fourth pillow in the room. After a fantastic day at the casino's we returned to our room and....three pillows....the employee could not have forgotten to bring a pillow in with such a short distance between rooms.
