Hyde Park Premier London Paddington - Londra

Deluxe double bedroom!! You couldn't even walk around the end of the bed as the width of the room was taken up by the very small double bed. To get to the other end of the room you had to climb over the bed.

this is a great hotel in a really convenient location for a great price. all the extras you'd need and free internet. if it was a Raddison you'd pay double.

This hotel was pretty bad. Room was extremely small. The TV didn't work, and when I got them to try and fix it, they never did figure out how and didn't do anything about it. The hotel advertised free wireless access, but there was none. There was a network cable, but no wireless.

this is a great hotel for the price with free internet and a great location. all the extras you would want in a hotel (except room service) but does the job. Friendly staff and nice rooms.

I was a tad bit disappointed in this hotel... tiny rooms, bad internet service, 10 tv channels and overall just not somewhere I would give 4 stars to, 3 tops!

I am less than 5 feet 9 inches tall, and the room was far too small for me. to get from 1 side of the room to the other, you had to climb over the bed, since the standard length bed went from 1 side of the room to the other.

This is a nice little hotel located about 4 blocks or so from Paddington Station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since I was stuck in London, due to bad weather shutting down Heathrow, I was extremely grateful to find such a nice hotel for such a good price. very central location, small rooms but with all the necessary, good staff, great price for value. Is the typical hotel for few nights not for long stay or for a sort of Wellness stay. I would advise ppl to stay there.

This hotel would get a 3 star rating except for the fact that the hot water is barely lukewarm. I stayed there for a week, and after two days of shivering through showers called to complain. They fixed it once, but then it was cold again for the rest of the stay (despite two other calls to complain). If you like to have a hot shower at night or in the morning then do NOT stay at this hotel. I had 3 cold showers because I could not wait any longer for the water to heat up. When it did heat up it was only lukewarm. Out of 21 days at this hotel I only had 4 showers where cold water was added to the mix. The rest of the time it was on full hot water […] only and then it was not all that warm. The hotel management is aware that the water system is not up to par and they still have not done anything about it. They prefer to see their guests complain and not have hot showers. With an attitude like this who knows what else is done on the cheap. Like cleaning, where hair was still under the bin in the bathroom or where I left an apple stem on the floor on purpose and it was finally removed after 3 days because I cleaned it up as I could not stand it any longer. Like tissues, a bit rough and scrapes the skin off your nose. Like towels, mostly clean but rough, feels like the detergent was not fully rinsed out during the wash. On the plus side I did not find the staff rude like in other comments. They were most apologetic, like every time I complained about the hot water again and again and again. Devamı

My boyfriend and I chose this hotel for the location as we had tickets to a concert in Hyde Park. we wanted to stay somewere within walking distance to avoid scrambling for taxis or tubes late at night. However, we still had a good 25 minute walk not realising how big Hyde Park actually is! The hotel is VERY basic, the room looked nothing like the […] images it barely fitted a double bed and you had to climb over the bed to get to the window. The room had air conditioning but it was very weak and didnt seem to cool the room at all! and with it being so small it felt very claustrophobic at night so we slept with the window open. We did metion this to reception but nothing was done about it. The room also advertised a minibar, however these have been removed from all the rooms due to 'health and safety' reasons. We asked at reception on two occassions for some ice, which was brought up 40minutes later! Unfortunalty we were very disappointed with our stay as we have visited London on several occassions and have stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot cheaper. However, the staff seemed friendly enough and I am sure people have enjoyed their trips, but if you are looking for comfort, a more central location and better facilities I would not recommend this hotel! The location is very convenient. Just a few blocks straight down the street from Paddington Station and just a block and a half over the Bayswater Road, so it is convenient for the Underground and buses, as well as the Heathrow Express. My single room was very modern with a nice American-style stall shower and plenty of hot water. I have never seen a room so small. The width was the entire length of the bed so you actually had to climb over the bed to get to the other side where there was a tiny wardrobe. Complicated manouvers were required for more than one person to get out of the door at the same time. Bathroom wasn't spotless. This hotel is not what you want if you want a 4* hotel. The rooms are tiny. This is the first time my bed has been the full width of the room!! To get to the table I actually had to climb over the bed. The lift is broken, the keys dont work, the staff dont care

Bor där gärna igen. Rent o fräscht. Kaklat badrum, charmigt, låt vara litet, rum och något för smal dubbelsäng. Inget konstigt med det! Mycket vanligt i London. Tyst läge i lugnt område, Nära till t-bana och buss. Tillmötesgående personal. Mycket för pengarna tycker vi. Motsvarade förväntningarna. Finns inget att gnälla över.

Hotellet var sådär. Det var så sjukt dålig luft på rummen så man var helt slut när man vaknade på morgonen. Sängen var nerluggen och hade som en grop i mitten. Varje dag när dom städade så öppnande dom fönstrerna på rummet, och det kändes som dom försökte dölja möggel. Kände en svag doft av det. Men läget var bra! Emma

Otroligt dålig service av personalen. Vi hade bokat '' Delux dubbelrummet'' men fick ett rum nere i källaren utan fönster. Kändes som att bo i en låda. Väggarna var ihåligt tomma som papper och duschslangen var det otroligt dåligt tryck i. Läget var inte heller bra, ganska långt till city och dåligt med bra små ''supermarkets/kiosker'' runt om.

Da jeg var med mit barnebarn på 14, er det nogenlunde OK, at det var én dobbeltseng, der var åbenbart ikke fler twinbeds, men det er ikke OK kun at have ét tæppe og lagen. Vi bad så om et tæppe mere, men fik ikke et lagen.

Min son och jag var i London i fyra dagar och är jätte-nöjde med valet av hotell. Det ligger nära Hyde Park, två t-banor och bussar. Väldigt mysiga kvarter runt hotellet och det kändes ok att gå kväll som morgon. Även om rummet var väldigt litet så var det rent och kändes behagligt. Me and my wife booked a stay at this hotel. BIG MISTAKE! I had been looking forward to this stay for a long time, as it was ment to be a surprise for my wife. We had made reservations at a great restaurant for that evening. We came back to your hotel at around 10pm, as we had to get up early to catch the plane back to Denmark. Around 11pm all the lights […] went out, the tv went out and the only lights that were on were the emergency lighting near the door. As we were allmost asleep we didn´t contact the reception, thinking the problem would be solved in the morning, so imagine our surprise to wake up 4am WITH ABSOLUTELY NO LIGHTS AT ALL...! We couldn´t see anything at all......we couldn´t take a shower......we couldn´t find our clothes.....we couldn´t find our belongings......a VERY VERY unpleasent situation!!! I imediatly contacted the reception, but no help was given....at one point they came with an iPhone with its build in flashlight, but i think you could imagine what help that did...!No further help was given to us and we left very dissapointed, as we weren´t allowed to contact the hotel manager ( i doubt there even is one!). I can´t really understand why a hotelmanager would leave a situation, where a whole section of the hotel is without power, to a deskoperator who is without power to take a decition or to even find a simple thing as a flashlight! We were given a mailadress and told that we would get a discount for our bad night/morning....but i have recieved NO answer to my mails and NO DISCOUNT! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Find another that cares about their customers. Devamı

Vi var nöjda med trevlig personal, rent och fräscht och modern standard, bra frukost och lugnt läge. Rummet var dock minimalt - skulle gissa på 10 kvadrat. Det gick knappt att vända sig i det marmorinredda duschrummet. Det passar bra för en kortare vistelse, men ska man bo en vecka bör man nog ha lite mer utrymme för att känna sig bekväm.

Et bra hotell til London å være, ihvertfall i forhold til prisen. Value for money. Lite rom, og kanskje litt smal seng. Samme med badet: pent med fliser og badekar, rent, men litt lite. Noe slitt. Frokosten er dyr. Velg andre spisesteder rundt Paddington hvis du ikke har frokost inkludert. Kan anbefales hvis du får et godt tilbud.

Ágætis hótel á góðum stað. Ég var í einstaklings herbergi á jarðhæð sem var fínt en nokkuð lítið. Frekar kalt var í herberginu þar sem ég sef ekki með lofthita á. Herbergið var hreint og þrifið daglega. Það eina sem vantaði í herbergið var upptakari. Hárþurrka og straujárn voru á staðnum. Eingöngu var hægt að tengja sig á netið með snúru en internet […] tengingin var frí og mjög góð. Hotellet låg väldigt bra, nära tunnelbana och hyde park! Om man vill kan man även gå hem från Oxford Street, det tar cirka 30 min. Tyvärr var läget bättre än själva hotellet. Värmen var väldigt svårkontrollerad, antingen blev det för varmt eller för kallt. Kortet slutade fungera lite när som och duschen hade lite problem med värmen. Rummet i sig var […] ganska litet, men det var inget större problem för två shopping/fest-galna tjejer så vi sov iprincip bara på hotellet. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam och kom med många bra tips om restauranger, klubbar och sevärdheter. Devamı

Kunde service betyder rigtig meget for et hotel ophold, og det tager blot en enkelt dårlig medarbejder at ødelægge det for de andre medarbedere! Jeg fik så dårlig kunde service at jeg følte mig dårlig behandlet og sur på hotellet.

Bra hotell om en ikkje er 2 personer av litt størrelse. I mitt tilfelle 2 brødre på nesten 2 meter på fotball tur. Litt lite rom men absolutt verdt pengene. Litt vrien plassering av hotell, men med kart eller taxi null stress. Ligger kansje 10 min gange fra underground stasjonen Lancaster Gate på Central Line. Nerme sentrum. Jag och min pojkvän bodde på Hyde Park Premier Hotel på en week-endresa till London. Rummet var jättefint och läget perfekt med gångavstånd till mycket och nära till tunnelbanan.
