Basic but very comfortable stay. Did not eat at hotel as plenty of places to eat outside. Pool very basic with no poolside bar etc - but we didn't go to Marrachesh to sit by the pool. Great place for lively, vibrant, high energy holiday. Short taxi ride to 'The Medina - a must see place at night!

The staff are very friendly. The room very spacious but very dusty which cause us a cough the whole night . And we cancelled the remained reservation even we paid for the cancellation fees 58 euro but we couldn't stay. The breakfast very poor and we had to pay for water which never happened. the hotel was better than some five star hotels that we have been to. the service was spot on and the staff were friendly and approachable. the dining was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was good to as it was close to the Marrakech train station. overall an enjoyable stay with no problems.

Good hotel in good airport location.Short taxi ride into city centre,rooms very well kept and helpful staff.Underground parking not suitable for 4 by 4, so had to park on street. Otherwise great stay.

The hotel staff were unsmiling and did not understand English very well. The shower was broken. There was no plug for the bath. The room looked over a rubbish tip. The breakfast pastries were superb as was the coffee.

Well located, clean and generally friendly staff. The only issue that we encountered was with the shower head in the bathroom, which for some reason was positioned at knee height! As the height wasn't adjustable we had to simply take it off the holder in order to use it. Hotel In good location for both train and bus station. We were passing through marrakech and the hotel was adequate for our needs. Air con was dodgy as was the breakfast. Bathrooms functional but drainage from the shower was an issue. Overall a useful place if you are passing through quickly and are using the bus or train.

Nice spent time - good breakfast (not too big choice, but still ok), nice swimming pool, lovely SPA section (hammam, sauna), afternoon cake suprise. Overall nice time, very close to train station, where we had to be very early in the morning.

This isn't a four star by any means ; the rumor in town is that the owner of the hotel has bought the rating, and this sounds very credible. However, it isn't priced like a four star either, so I wouldn't call it a rip off. Personally, I would try the Ibis instead, which is just 2 blocks distance, has a similar price, and it is bound to be a true 3 […] star, which on paper would be much cleaner and well functioning than this property. Some of the services mentioned on the hotel's page (like the indoor swimming pool) must be payed for separately at non trivial rates. The outdoor swimming pool is crowded most of the time. Do not go to the restaurant, it is extremely overpriced, but also be careful with the local shops nearby, as I was intoxicated on one of them. We were upgraded to the Ryad Mogador Menara when the Opera couldn't fulfill our reservation. It's a "5-star" hotel, but two hours after dropping our bags in the room we came back to find that someone had tried to break the locks. We'd left the Do Not Disturb out, so there was no reason to come into the room except to specifically steal our things. The […] neighborhood is fine, but unless you're just staying for one night before a flight, as we were, I'd stay in a riad in the medina where you will be cared for, and less likely to be a victim. Whilst the hotel was clean and in good order, I appeared to fluster the reception staff when I requested a requested a double bed for my partner and myself. I fully appreciate that I was staying in a country which oberves different customs to the UK, however I expected an international hotel to be better prepared. Perhaps, additonal training is required. […] There was an element of sniggering in reception when I was given my key, which I found rather amusing, but others may not. This is a very pretty hotel and it is kept clean. I found the location ideal as we could walk to the medina and the new town without being in the middle of either. The staff were very helpful. I should advise that this is an alcohol free hotel although there are locations near by where you can purchase alcoholic drinks if you require.

A great hotel. Very clean and well presented, comfortable room. Air conditioned, sattelite tv and a decent size double bed. Hotel facilities were also good, restaurant provided a variety of traditional Moroccan food as well as fast food, tagines, pizza etc. Hotel also has a swimming pool ( outdoor-free, indoor- fee). Spa also available, although in […] my opinion it was quite expensive. Good deal from hotels.com for this hotel. A couple of minutes to the train station and about 30 mins walk into the main square. Room was clean and comfortable although the bed was noisy. Staff were pleasant and agreed to extend our check out although it did cost us around £20 but was worth it. Also had an issue with the safe which was resolved immediately. My wife and I stayed only one night, but we loved it. Friendly bi-lingual staff. My wife speaks Arabic, so there was no issues for her, but when I had to go to the desk myself, the staff were comfortable with English. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no toilet paper, but I was able to get some upon request from the front desk. When we were […] checking out, the room service caught us before we signed the receipt to let me know that I had left an article of clothing in the closet. That was awesome. I didnt see our luggage after I signed the receipt because it was outside being loaded into a cab by the concierge. Awesome stay. In fact, we'll be there for 2 more nights on our return trip home. I would definitely recommend this hotel. By the way, if you're a Westerner/American... this place is not the Marriott. It's not the Radisson. If that's what you're looking for, go to the Marriott or the Radisson in this city. Tired of seeing all of the negative rants about relatively good places to stay the night. Devamı

Modern hotel with a large swimming pool. The air con in the room I was origionally given didn't work so I was given another room which wasn't quite as good but the air con did work. This is a chain hotel and no alcohol is served in these hotels. There are however restaurants nearby where you can get a beer or wine.

The hotel was clean and nicely appointed but: 1. The room was in a run-down state. 2. The curtain wouldn't close fully. 3. The tv remote didn't work. 4. Many tiles in the bathroom were broken or poorly repaired. 5. The bath tap was hanging out of the wall with broken tiles all around. 6. The WIFI only worked in Reception or the 1st Floor Balcony by […] the pool. Never Ever in the room. 7. There was no Bar! No alcoholic drinks. 8. This is a nice hotel, clean and well priced but it is on a very busy road and if you get a room at the front (as we did) it is a bit noisy. Although billed as 4 star I would say it rates as 3 star. Be prepared to get ripped off on the cost of a taxi from and to the airport, although that said its not nearly as expensive as one from London to Heathrow […] or Gatwick. One of its best features is that the "hop on hop off" bus tour stops right outside so sightseeing is easy. If you like walking most of the sights are within walking distance of about 20 minutes or so and its pretty flat and easy going. Devamı

Very swanky and lovely hotel - good location, helpful & friendly staff. A bit far from the centre of town, but stil really lovely. The first room we were given was at the front, which can be very noisy, but we requested another and were accomodated straight away in another room to the back - very peaceful.

This is a great hotel that is located just opposite the train station and about 5 minutes walk from the CTM bus station. Stayed in the hotel twice on a recent visit, first stay for one night and second for two. On second stay, welcome bottle of water and pasteries left in the room which had been nicely presented. The hotel is a short walk from the new train station--which is convenient, and is within walking distance to the medina and other attractions. Check-in was quick, and we were easilly accomodated when we requested another room with a balcony instead of a window. We were also advised that the local tourism tax was not included in the Hotel .com price […] and we were properly informed of the tax per person which we would need to pay upon check-out. The staff appeared to be genuinely interested in making sure that there were no complaints and/or problems upon our departure. The room was large and spacious, there were some minor cosmetic issues in the bathroom, but this can be a problem anywhere in the world. The maintenace person arrived promplty, within minutes, in order to set-up our in-room safe. The breakfast buffet was ample; however, the was a smell of smoke in the room which appears to be from the moroccan pancake station, but after a while you got used to it, and that can explain why the employees do not notice it. We requested that they open the window, and the problem was solved. The hotel is in a great location, and it is nice to be away from the excessive activity and crowds of the Medina. Speaking some French and/or Spanish will definitely be an asset, as not everyone knows English The location also allowed us to interact with more of the middle class locals who live in the Gueliz area. The hotel does not serve alcohol, but there is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk, and they had an alcohol section. The hotel was a great deal for the price. Devamı

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. However the manager needs some interpersonal skills to engage with the guests. Hosain the restaurant manager is probably the best member of staff they have.

This hotel is right alongside the Railway Stn and the public Airport shuttle picks and drops off right outside the door! Moreover the centrallocation places the hotel to a brief walk over to main high St and entertainment. Breakfast was not much of selection however and service was passe. We did not wish to stay within the Medina Walls so chose this hotel for its location and reviews from previous guests. Hotel is very well located if you happy to stroll 30 minutes to the main square and Medina/Souks. Hotel is on a very busy road but our room was located at the rear so we did not suffer from the constant traffic noise which would have […] been the case if room was on the front. Our king bedded room was a very comfortable size but did not have the tea and coffee making facilities as detailed in the hotel spec. This was not a big issue but could be to others. TV was a little hit and miss. Breakfast was fine with eggs and hot fresh pancakes available. Staff were helpful and overall the hotel was just what we required for a 2 night stay in the manic but wonderful and interesting City of Marrakech. The new modern city area with restaurants, shops & a couple of bars is located about 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel is very well located for the main station (2 mins) and the airport is only about 10 minsin a taxi ( with a little bartering 60 MAD. Devamı

There are a number of Ryad Mogadors - make sure you're taken to the correct one upon arrival. This is a pleasant hotel, close to the train station, but a good walk (1/2 hour) from Place Jemma el Fna and the 'old town'. Much closer to the 'new town' of Gueliz and it's interesting restaurants. The breakfast was nice, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, […] ham, cheese and delicious hand made pancakes. Room was pleasant too, nice size, very clean, nice decoration and ours overlooked the pool. Bathroom was clean, with a bidet, and a bath and shower. Sadly, I couldn't always get very hot water, but it could have been the time of day (23.00) - however it was warm enough to shower in. The hotel has free internet, but only in the reception area and breakfast room. I suspect if you were closer to these areas, you would be able to pick it up in your room, but I was the last room at the end of the corridor. All things considered, I would stay again if I wanted to be near the train station, otherwise it was a bit tedious walking (or petite taxi) home. Devamı

Once I arrived at the hotel they had me pay an additional tax fee aside from what was already paid on line. I entered and the air conditioning was not working. They sent a repair person and he couldn't fix it and they never offered me any additional accomodations. Had to sleep with the window open all night which didn't allow me to sleep with all the […] traffic noise from the main street because the room was facing the main blvd. Got up in the morning and had no cold water to shower just burning hot water. I called for assistance and they told me that once the maintenance person arrives they would send him up and when asked when that would happen they had no clue. I went to the front desk and asked for tour information and they had nothing available because they said they didn't know. I asked about the hop on hop off tour bus and where I can catch it and suprisingly they also had no clue.. They couldn't even speak a simple word of English. Later I found out on my own about the hop on hop off tour bus and as you would expect they made one of their stops just in front of the hotel and how would they not know that. Probably the lowest service I've experienced the last 10 years. The hotel is fine, pool is nice, but there's just no service minded staff at all. And even though you ask then kindly to do things for you, they just pretend they do not understand you (even though they understand everything else).

hôtel qui ne vaux pas plus que 2 étoiles, trop de bruit que soit coté boulevard ou piscine. meuble mal entretenue, eau chaude a faible et fort débit pas stable. petit dej n'est pas varié. décoration de la chambre + TV médiocre en conclusion mauvais hôtel non satisfait de tout.
