Villa Carlotta - Taormina

Villa Carlotta is everything it says it is. Staff are so helpful, Hotel is pure luxury. Beds were very comfortable with beautiful bed linen. Breakfast was amazing with such an amazing choice. Nothing is a problem. The Dinner menu is rather limited but the quality was good. The only negative comment I would make is that the gardens and swimming pool […] are quite a few steps down and therefore not very suitable for elderly or handicapped. The main town Taromina is excellent but very pricey with designer labels everywhere. You have to really look for the cheaper clothing and shoes. A taxi ride to the town, if like my mother, she cant walk far is 10 euros each way. Parking is difficult as the whole town is resident parking only. Devamı

A wonderful small hotel with all the amenties one could ask for. Breakfast was delicious and offered an abundance of choices. You cannot beat the view of the sea below. Would recommend this hotel as a lovely respite. There is an interbus which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. (10 minutes if you are trekking luggage) The town of Taormina has good shopping […] and restaurants and is certainly worth a visit.. Only wish we could have stayed longer... Devamı

My friend and I arrived ill from another city and the staff at Villa Carlotta took good care of us going out of their way to make us a lovely restorative vegetable broth (not on their menu) to help us rehydrate. Our room was spacious, comfortable and airy with a nice view of their pretty garden and the sea. And breakfast every morning was ample in […] a beautifully appointed rooftop (good view) location. After a long bus ride to Taorima, we arrived at the beautiful Villa Carlotta and were greeted by gracious hosts and shown to our beautiful room. We enjoyed the short walk into the heart of Taormina and enjoyed a delicious and hearty breakfast in the morning. All in all, a wonderful, comfortable and lovely place.

My husband and our 6-month old baby enjoyed 4 days at Villa Carlotta. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They helped organise the free shuttle to the beach and full directions to the greek amphitheatre along with a map and which way to head into town which is nice 5 minute walk past the towns gardens. […] Breakfast was very opulent and we enjoyed a fantastic view from the terrace and even enjoyed a glass of fizz on a couple of the mornings. The deluxe room we had enjoyed fabulous views of the ocean and of the pool below. Although narrow it was quite long, so there was adequate space for the cot provided by the hotel for our baby. Staff helped with all of our luggage and there was a lift so we could travel between each floor. Only negative was there was a long set of stairs to the pool which was difficult to maneovure with a baby stroller. Though the staff did assist my husband with carrying it down and then up. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again. Devamı

Villa Carlotta is an exceptional hotel. The setting is beyond compare, the food outstanding & the friendliness & corteousness of the staff make it a place to revisit.

I can't say enough good things about Villa Carlotta. Certainly for an off-season stay this is far and away the place to go. We were upgraded on arrival to a absolutely beautiful seaview room. All of the staff were so friendly and everything was so lovely. I want so much to go back there. We came on the bus from Acireale where we were visitng friends, […] and VC was the perfect location. Outstanding! Villa Carlotta is a winner. The location is perfect. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The food served in the dining room was first rate....and the breakfasts...you have to see it to believe it. Walking distance to the main shopping area. The staff was wonderful. ホテルのスタッフの笑顔と対応が非常に良かったです。客室数は少ない小さなホテルですが、朝食の豪華さや部屋の広さは、大変満足でした。是非、タオルミーナに行く際には、また泊まってみたいホテルです。

No quedaban habitaciones en el edificio principal del hotel así es que tomamos unas que estan en un edificio cercano. Se trata de departamentos excelentes, con decoración moderna, muy buen gusto y una amplitud inesperada. La gente del hotel es muy amable. Todo es de gran calidad. Muy recomendable

estupendo! el mejor desayuno continental del mundo, acogedor,como ir a la casa de un amigo. bien decorado, maravillosas vistas. Personal encantador. Buena cocina y postres. Non plus ultra!

ひとりの従業員の態度が少し不快（コミュニケーションが特に投げやりで、チェックイン時のにこやかな感じがまるで嘘のように滞在二日目以降に激変）だったこと、そして、午前中に清掃は終わっているにもかかわらず、午後5時頃に部屋に戻るとなぜか部屋に人が入っていたこと。この2点はちょっとネガティブにとらえています。後者は、ごみ箱を空にしていたようだったが、1日に清掃は1度でいいと思う（何度も入られるのはいい気持ちがしない）。 とはいえ、上記は些細な点といえるほど、日本語を話せるTeaさんを筆頭に、スタッフは皆さん優しく、気持のよい人たちでした。朝食もおいしいし、メインストリートから少し離れているため、静かな環境で市民公園・バスターミナルともに近く、ロケーションも最高でした。
