Harrah's Casino Tunica - Robinsonville

we stayed in the Terrace section, which is one of the two a bit away from the direct casino area, by a lake and golf course. This hotel was much nicer than any comparable place I've seen in the area outside of Memphis and is an amazingly good deal for the price. They obviously must make up the money on most folks in the casino. etc., because the hotel […] and room were not compromises at all. Very comfortable bed and everything totally clean and well serviced. Only downside was a little bit of a rust stain by the sink faucet and the coffee/pastry shop downstairs was limited/ho-hum. Rooms were pretty nice and very well priced. Other than that, I have nothing good to say about the hotel. Cheap nice rooms to draw people into the casino. No internet included in room unless you pay their rediculous price, no cable in room but you can pay to buy movies (too much of course). Food in the cafe at the hotel was stale and overpriced-again […] they want you in the casino. Beds were uncomfortable. Food in the main casino was good at the Paula Dean buffet, but way overpriced. We paid $25 per person to eat dinner there and ate about $5 worth of food each. We drove into town and ate after that. If you're only going here to gamble, I guess this hotel would be alright, but if you expect to combine with a leisurely vacation you will be dissappointed. Devamı

I was under the impression Imy reservation was at Harra's casino hotel which has an indoor pool. Actually I was in a hotel owned by Harra's which was a half mile from the main casino hotel. It only had an outside pool which was not open.

In our travels we always enjoy our overnight stops at casino hotels. You provide "special" rates and we have always had good rooms. This was no exception. Room was nice size and very clean. Staff was helpful with luggage and parking the car. Hotel provided shuttle over to casino. Good stop.

Enjoyed the pick-up at the hotel for a half day Memphis tour. It was very convenient.

We arrived without a reservation and asked if they would honor the rate offered online and was told the best rate they could offer was $15 more. reserved my room online and went back to check in with my confirmation. They couldn't find my reservation in the system and left to check the fax for it. After several minutes she came back with someone that […] appeared to be in charge. He asked for the number to call and tried several times and said he was getting hung up on and walked away to assist someone else. The original person had finished with other guests and saw me still standing there checked the computer again and found my reservation. The doors on the credenza were loose and wouldn't close. The bathroom counter had one corner full of dust behind the tray for soap and shampoo, the tub grout was stained and looked moldy. The bed was hard and the TV remote required new batteries to work. We couldn't check out of the place fast enough and will never go back. There was a pile of tree leaves that had accumulated in one corner within 10 feet of the door and had to walk thru them to get to the parking lot. The elevator floor had piles of dirt and fuzz in the corners. Devamı

One bed was missing a comforter. It only had sheets. Great service though. Other than that small thing I enjoyed my stay.

Consist of 3 different buildings, two of which are not in close proximity to the Casino. However, free shuttle service is available every 5 to 7 minutes. A note should be explained as we attempted to check into the wrong building.

This hotel is in a beautiful setting away from Casino which I liked. The place became very crowd on the weekend and I was glad to go home as many guests were arriving. The elevator and hallways got massy with people leaving trash on the floor. Paula Dean's restaurant was excellent with great comfy deco and great foods, but not cheap. We went to river […] park and enjoyed beautiful modern museum and the river cruise which I recommend if you have extra time. Beautiful Devamı

My stay was not that well, the room I had received had bed bugs so we were transferred to another room. There are not enough pillows in room. The vents needed to be cleaned and room needed to be dusted. The room is spacious though.

very satisfied with room and cost even though you had to take a shuttle to the casino. the shuttle ran without any wait longer than 5 minutes. The Golf course was right behind the Veranda and Terrace hotels. All Streets to other casinos had clear sign directions and easy to find. Also only 20 minutes to Memphis Zoo and Graceland.

The hotel does not appear very clean, sure every hotel gets old but they don't seem to do the little things like vaccuum the carpet, or maintain the facilities inside the lobby. There are few restaurants located in the casino only and they close early. The hotel has really nothing but the rooms, and the service in the hotel coffee cafe was terrible. […] I waited 3 minutes while the staff completed their personal phone call before I could purchase a soda. Its location is so far out you are literally stranded on an island, everything is a good 15-20 minutes away. I've been to casino hotels and gaming areas and this place is one of the worst for customer service. With little to no competition of any proximity they simply don't care about your experience and really don't have to considering its lack of competition around its location. Devamı

The overall experience was good but we ran into issues with customer service on the shuttles and at the eatery in the hotel. The casino staff was amazing! We will be back.

the room was very nice, as well as clean and spacious. the lobby was beautiful also. if there were a downside to the motel, it would have to be that the parking lot is too far from the entrance, but i'd still give it a five star rating!

For the price paid, this was a great deal! The hotel is showing wear and tear. The furniture in the rooms and lobby had stains. However, the beds were simply dreamy. The staff was friendly, patient, and very professional. The lobby cafe was a great place to grab a bite to eat and had excellent coffee. Wall's were pretty thin and the neighbor's were easily heard; conversations, TV & kid's - not pleasant. Major buffet/dining opportunity, Paula Dean's Buffet was $27.49 per person and nothing else remotely affordable within 15 miles. Talk about a captive audience... I suppose if you can afford a 4+ star hotel, gambling and all, this price wouldn't be […] a deal breaker. However, for a working-class couple, it was beyond us. The bed was soft, warm, dry & the shower was hot with soft water and soft towels were abundant. For the price paid, we would drive the distance from Memphis again, if we needed another room. Devamı

I was very satisfied with my stay. Very relaxing. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Now if I wanted to be knit picky I would knock off a little on the over all rating because of dust bunnies in the coners of the elevators. But I'm not going to be eating or sleeping in them so it's all good. Truth is we all have dust bunnies in our own homes. Also […] the staff at HOTELS.COM was very helpful. I made a mistake while booking my room online. I made one call and everything was taken care of. Devamı

This is not very accessable for handicap people. It it a distance to get to elevators, the doors to the elevator do not stay open long enough for walkers. Not very many handicap parking. The free valet service -- the bellman was not happy, acted like he was not happy to be working there. The linens on the beds are so tight, no one could "wiggle your […] toes". The service was poor! I had to wait over 2 hours for extra towels. The bathroom was not clean and the carpet had huge stains throughtout the room. I was so uncomfortable I checked out a day early. I would never stay there again no matter how close it is to the casinos.

Loved the stay at this hotel . Pro s outweighed any cons. The cons were that there is only only one entrance and that there is a 50 incidentals fee, and that the internet is charged by the day . Other than that just for a relaxing stay its great. The bed was comfy the room was clean and the only amenity missing was a microwave. Room service was delicious […] and prompt. Devamı

The floors of the main elevator in the hotel were always dirty. The floors of the bathroom in our room had hair in the corners. The indoor pool was very small. The area around the indoor pool was very dirty. The floors looked as if they needed to be power washed.

Hotel could be updated with newer amenities in room, however the room was cleaned daily.

The room was very nice and clean. However, the Air conditioner did not cool properly and the plumbing did not function properly at times. A request for additional towels went without response. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

I have stayed in a couple of other hotels in this area and by far this one is the best. Rooms are very big and not crowded at all for 4 people. Room was also very clean and staff was nice.

This hotel was just ok. The bed was hands down the most comfortable Ive ever been in even better then my own but the wall paper was peeling off the wall and the girl who was at the front desk when we checked in wasnt very nice she wasnt mean but it was very clear to see that she did not want to be there and was annoyed at not only me but the people […] that were in line ahead of us. But it was very very clean thank goodness. But I will still not return. No clue how this hotel got 4.5 stars its more of a 2.5 star place I think and I have worked at a 4 star hotel myself. Devamı

The carpet in the room and the hallways is showing a lot of wear. Check-in was slow because only one person was working the front desk.
